My experience

To say the truth..I read some reviews after booking with them and got a little worried. But I also read bad reviews from every shipping company. Needless to say,these guys went above and beyond. They were outstanding with communication. Super impressed by Rachel and Denise for making sure I was well prepared with our families documentation. Such nice people,my experience was nothing like some of the bad reviews I’ve read and I’m actually very happy with the overall experience using ilines. I literally have no complaints about their services at all. I already referred someone and so far they are also very happy with their experience also. Thank you guys dearly for all your help!

Great service and communication

Shipped our belonging with them. Great service and communication throughout the entire process. Pretty straight forward with charges involved,which we appreciate. Highly recommend them.

20ft. Container to Peru

Great Experience all around, I had a much easier time than I imaged. The company was informative and provided all the services I needed to move to peru. Vehicle and personal items arrived in great condition. Thank you!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ILines ...

I have done 2 shipments already with ILines International and both went without a problem. I first shipped my household goods and then a container with my car and some additional boxes that I had left behind. Chris and his colleagues did a great job at keeping me informed all along. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Definitely made me feel at ease with my lifelong belongings. I highly recommend to anyone looking to ship overseas. :)

New fees added everytime you pay one

This company is horrible. They promise a stress free experience if you use them but my experience has been a nightmare. I haven't had a stress free day since the day I payed my first payment. First they changed drop off day for the container, then they changed the pickup day back and forth four times. Then they wanted more money, then they wanted more money again and so on... I ended up paying more than double the price we agreed on. The agent Vinny is a smooth talker, he makes you feel like you he is doing everything to help you but the minute I made my first payment that was all gone and he now became rude and reused to talk about solutions and just told me to pay the extra fees. He then just transferred me to other agents to deal with me and they basically said I should have counted on more fees and would do nothing to help. I was even threatened that if I write negative reviews they would take me to court. This is a bad company and im sure there are many other good ones out there. So unless you want to go bankrupt don't be the cash cow they think you are and find a better alternative.

Horrible experience

We have a horrible and extremely stressful experience with this company. The representative was adding expenses and changing their quote as we near our shipment date. After many lengthy discussions as a result of changes they want to impose on our original contract, we finally decided not to move forward and now in a quandary looking for a replacement. Extremely stressed out with the wife unhappy as a result of this unfortunate transaction.
