It was a great experience

As first time movers, my wife and I were really concerned about how our things would travel. But hiring Infinity moving made it all too easy. I hired them because they were inexpensive. I wasn’t expecting a lot but they treated us like royalty. They came in right on time and started packing everything. It was great seeing how creative these men were with their packing skills. They did use a lot of packing materials though. There were no issues while loading my things to the van. The delivery was supposed to be made at 9 am but they delayed it till 12. Thank god they did because we still hadn’t reached our new house before 12. Everything went exactly how it was supposed to.

Inexpensive yet great service

We were moving from New York City, NY to Rehoboth, MA. I couldn’t be more proud of my hubby when he secured that big shot job. The trouble was, we had way too much of hoardings. We hired Infinity moving to take care of them. We guessed a fancy moving company like Infinity moving would charge us like crazy but they were surprisingly reasonable with the prices. There was no hidden cost in the end as well. The movers were very capable for this job. They were efficient, organized and experienced. The four men must have been working together for years. It showed in the way they helped each other out. Anyways, it was a great experience with Infinity moving. I will definitely hire them again.

Happy ending

Let’s not make it long. It was my relocation from Bronx, NY to Baltimore, MD and Infinity moving gave me the best support possible. I received all my stuffs safe and sound in my new place. No jerk in even the billing process. It was under the quotation. I would suggest taking them to be tension free.

Very mannered, very skilled

Infinity moving impressed my family by their happy go lucky approach. Yet, they had to impress me. Here comes their work. Moving company’s work can never be judged only by their goods shipment capability, it greatly depends on the negotiation and online and offline customer support. Infinity moving gave support like an all-rounder. Their manager, sales person, dispatcher, foreman and even the driver of the van were very keen and open to any query or requirement. The moment of truth came, when I received all my stuffs including my pets. It was completely uninjured. Truly amazing people with truly amazing service.

I will use them again for sure

We were very happy with their work in moving us from NY to ME. Two guys were very efficient, clean and protected our stuff very well. Seems like the moving companies all collude on price, since I called several and all had identical rates per man. However, other companies tried to sell us 3 guys, but the 2 from Infinity Moving did great and we only paid for the two guys and not 3. I recommend them and would use them again.

They can work in any tricky situation

Infinity moving was excellent from the booking to delivery at the new location. The moving crews were unbelievably helpful. They were in good humor and had to deal with some complicated situations with getting some of my furniture in the new place. They had three flights of stairs to deal with at my old place and four flights of stairs in my new place without having the facility to use elevator, but they never complain. They were incredible and I cannot praise them enough. You can use them without any doubt! Surely you will not be disappointed.

Terrific

These guys were terrific! I especially appreciate the care they put into ensuring that things were taken apart/put back together in the proper way and making sure things were moved in a way that nothing was damaged. I wish I could give Infinity moving an extra star for being so professional and easy to work with. Good stuff.

These guys were great!

These guys were great. We had Adrian, Marvin, Edwin and Carlos. They were wonderful, fast and very thorough. The final bill came in just as we expected even when it they could not get the truck as close as planned to our new location. We would definitely use Infinity Moving again. Highly recommended.

Best in the business

8 years back I used to work for a moving company in NY and with all my experience and observation I can confidently say that Infinity moving is simply the best in the business. I know a variety of movers in NY and nothing compares to the exceptional customer service that these guys provide. They are well equipped and all the staffs are highly skilled. I had them twice for my house and office move and I didn't have a single complaint. The price was very competitive both the time. I have recommended them to many friends and the outcome is always as positive. Needless to say, I would not hesitate to use them again.

Happy with their service

I have used Infinity moving for the first time and WOW- it is amazing! I am extremely happy with their service and treatment. Also, the entire booking process was really smooth and their salesman Mike was absolutely fantastic! He explained everything to me and gave me the accurate quote. On the moving day, the movers were prompt and very kind and polite. They packed my furniture carefully, prepared it for transporting and did not damage a single thing. There was no scratch or dent on my furniture. They did an amazing job really. At the end, I did not have to pay anything extra, just the price I got at the beginning. I would like to recommend Infinity moving! They are GREAT!

You are amazing!

Original price was so competitive. I was happy to pay for the extra services. The team of 4 could not have worked harder. They turned up on time packed, transported and unpacked within the allotted time. These guys were super quick and had completion happened more efficiently we would have been packed up and moved in under 5 hours. I was concerned that their speed might be at the cost to some damaged furniture but there was not a scratch on any of my possessions. They took apart my bed and wardrobes and put them back together again. Genuinely nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend Infinity Moving highly enough!

Well done

Infinity moving rescheduled the pickup date several times to fit our request. Their foreman Jose came with three gentle and trained workers to pack and load all valuables. They spent only four hours to finish the loading process. I had no remorse to work with them. They handed over all cartons filled up meticulously. Infinity moving will never let anyone down. I cannot thank enough

I really appreciated the support of the Infinity Moving’s team when I moved house end of last month! They were an absolute blessing! I could not get more time from my job, because I needed to handover my works before I move and was feeling rather shattered to say the least. The team were very good humored and efficient. I cannot thank them enough. My wife and sister in law were very impressed too and we were delighted to have the team help us to move our house. Awesome experience!!

AWESOME! These guys from Infinity Moving are hands down the best you can find. Was panicking about moving- let's be honest, no one wants to do it, and I couldn't do it on my own. These guys showed up right on time, packed AND took apart my furniture, moved it across country in record time and had it unloaded, furniture back together and unpacked. And all UNDER BUDGET! Between renting a truck and the hassle of doing it on my own, these guys were a great investment. Worth every penny- I won't move again without them!

All I can say is EXCELLENT!!What a great team! My folks were moving their entire house so they can be with us and their grandkids.My parents are elderly and I wanted everything to go as smoothly as possible and the crew from Infinity Moving made that possible. They treated my parents in a very professional and courteous manner. The whole house was packed and on the trucks in a few hours. Nothing was broken, scratched or damaged!!! The pricing on the move was very reasonable. I would have paid double and still would be very satisfied knowing how well my parents were taken care of. Great job, Infinity Moving! Thanks again!

worth every penny!!

These guys from Infinity Moving were total rock stars. They showed up on time, moved at warp speed and did a great job of wrapping furniture and expensive artwork. They even gave my cat and I a lift to the new place. 3rd floor 3 bdr. walk up to 3rd floor walk up, with about 1500 books, some 6 ft. paintings + the usual junk (along with a bunch of professional/industrial kitchen equip.), in under 5 hrs. Nothing broken and not a single mark on a wall. Use them - and tip well! Worth every penny!

I paid a lot of money for this and it ...

I sent in pictures-I had broken items. I wrote letters, and I haven't gotten any reply from them. I don't know what to do. I had broken speakers, I had scratches on my counter tops. It was terrible. The guys that showed up had to use my tools. They didn't take nothing apart. I paid a lot of money for this-it was terrible.

My best moving experience

If you want my opinion, I have nothing but good things to say about Infinity Moving. I was recommended their services from a co-worker and could not have been happier. I have moved many times and this move was by far the best experience I had. I must say these guys surpassed all of the prior movers I had. Not one thing was broken! Their customer service was top notch. Mark did an excellent job along with his crew! The 4-man were very careful with all my stuff, including my upright piano. The cost was very reasonable and even less than the estimate. Would strongly recommend these movers.

Infinity Moving is Great moving company! With great people! These gentlemen helped me carefully pack and move my inventory of fine art and related materials to NYC without a scratch. Since some of them are working for the company for many years, they understand the patience and logistics required to handle high value items. If they can move my extra delicate and valuable items, they can move anything! I highly recommend them if you belongings are important to you. You don't need to look anywhere else!

Moving a breeze for my family and I

Infinity Movers made the grueling process of moving a breeze for my family and I. Based on our unpleasant past experiences with other moving companies we had our concerns of course. They proved my husband and I wrong about our fears and showed us the different between choosing a rip-off company to a licensed and insured with many years of experience moving company. The trucks were at our door on time and finished earlier than expected. George and his crew were extremely careful with all of our belongings and made sure not to damage my former home along with my grandmother’s antique. Exceeded my expectations

These movers showed up exactly on time for a quote, were prompt in replying to emails and questions, and came in under the estimated price in the end. They showed up exactly on time on moving day, their movers worked their butts off, they were careful and loaded the truck expertly, and unloaded all the items exactly where I wanted them. They even disassembled and reassembled my furniture and large pieces expertly and placed enormous amounts of storage bins in our attic. They far exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier! I would recommend these guys without reservation.

Strongly Recommend

My friend strongly recommended Infinity Moving when I was looking for a reliable moving company. I called and spoke with Nick their sales rep, he was very attentive and answered all my many questions. At the day of the move Danny showed up on time with his crew. They started the move very carefully but they were never running behind the schedule. They were good to wrap, move and store all my belongings at the new place. I was amazed after checking my inventory. I did not find a single scratch! I was also very happy with the amount that I paid for the move. I am sure that this company is the best in town.

It was easy and they were really helpful. They were fantastic. They were friendly, there was a little bit of a time issue but it was nothing horrible. It was affordable. I paid exactly what they estimated.

Fantastic moving company

They were fantastic! They were able to, on short notice, pick up everything that we had from PA and move it down here. They worked with me on the specifics of what I had that I was moving and the gentlemen that moved everything were fantastic, they took everything in the house and they wrapped it for me. I have no complaints and nothing was broken. It was excellent, even the gentlemen who picked everything up -- I wasn't there but my father was there and he said they did a very good job and that they were very friendly. This company was very honest and they did exactly what they told me they were going to do.

Great Move for My Mom

Just wanted to drop a thank you to Jeff and the crew at Infinity Moving for handling my mom's move to Boca. I was a little worried when it came to choosing a mover, but after a little research, I choose Infinity. Jeff was awesome to deal with. He made an appointment to meet me at my mom's apartment, and had the patience to deal with an elderly woman who has to downsize. He offer a Binding estimate, and on the day of the move, the crew, came in, looked around and reiterated the quote price. The delivery guys were just as great according to my mom, as they setup her new residence and didn't leave until she was happy. Kudos, Infinity, for a job well done.
