The move was good, but they didn't ...

They did an okay job on the move itself, but I have to keep calling them. Like the day before I still didn't know what time they were coming ... I had to always be the one to call them. They really didn't seem to have their pre-move communications going. And now they picked everything up and now I don't have any response from them as to when things are going or the final payment ... I'm gonna have to call them today and chase it down again.

Terrible

This is an awful and weird company. I communicated with someone named Gloria for months via email and phone. This week I was ready to book shipping and called. No answer. I left a message and got no response. I emailed again and Gloria simply responded, "I cannot assist you." What???? When I asked why she said they are no longer taking new bookings. Have they gone out of business? Having problems? I don't know but at least she could have told me what's going on. Instead, I just got those enigmatic responses. Now I have to find someone else. They are absolutely not professional. Stay away. I smell SCAM.

They Stole and Lied

First off, Google "INTLMOVE" first thing that shows up is all the bad reviews! From my personal experience, they bait and switched their prices and they will held our items ransom until we pay. They promised 4-6 weeks delivery, but it was really 6 months until I received my things. Once, we received our things, we noticed, that they, stole, our 2 years baby's toys, clothing, shoes, and our other household goods, like cups, pictures, dishes. My expensive shoes, and ties. Don't make the mistake I made... I am still paying for it. The communication with this company is terrible and rude. You will deal with 6 different move company's as well. Extremely nice and helpful

Happy to announce my move eventually arrived, and all in perfect conditions, I am so thrilled to have my belongings at home. The two english guys that drove it from England where extremely nice and helpful and all went really well. Thank you for all your help once again and should I send this to any other department please let me know. Hope all is well with you

Really pleased

I am really pleased that I chose Intlmove to handle the shipment of my personal belongings to the UK. I didn’t realize how ignorant I was of the process of shipping items to England until I started making the arrangements. Both Gloria and Bob worked with me every step of the way which reduced my stress to a managable level. I would recommend them to anyone facing the same challenges. Thank you Intlmove.

Very professional

Apologies for the delay in thanking you for your very professional assistance and everything that you did for me, in making the experience with IntlMove, so very easy. The pick-up went so smoothly, and the crew that you ordered in, were amazing! I am leaving for South Africa on Monday, would there be any chance that you may know, when my shipment will leave the USA, and when I could expect to receive it?
