They never moved me. They couldn't ...
The day that they were due to show up, they were due to arrive at 10:00 AM ... The driver called me at 7:00 in the morning and said that he had another delivery, another move that same day in New Hampshire and he had that ladies stuff already on his truck ... He said, "Can I come to you later in the day?" I said, "No." ... Didn't hear back from him. He called me at 9:30 to say that his boss told him to call me and tell me that the truck was broken down. I called the boss who in turn hung up. ...Never heard from him. The man who was the driver of the truck called me later and said, "I'm very sorry for what happened with my boss. I'm personally gonna see if I can rent a truck and come help you." But it was too late, I had already moved.

Every aspect of the move was just ...
It was horrible. It took a day and a half when it should have taken maybe eight hours. ...They made three trips with their truck. The majority of my belongings were somehow marred or destroyed. ...There was not care and attention taken to it. And when they returned two days later to deliver the final delivery they told me that they were working for free ... The cost of the move was $1800 and it wasn't completed in one day. ...It was very very stressful. I felt like they needed a lot of direction, they were not self-motivated, they were very slow in moving. They didn't even lift or care for my belongings the way a professional moving company should. They pushed, shoved, shuffled. They slid the front of one of my sofas along the floor of their truck. They tore it.

An inexperienced crew
It was a 3 person team, it was 1 experienced guy and 2 brand new fresh guys. They had estimated a 6 hour move and it ended up taking twice as long as anticipated. One of the guys was ill in the morning, so they were not yet able to be efficient in moving boxes. I was really disappointed in that but their attitude was good and they were helpful. It ended up costing me twice what I had anticipated and it was due to an inexperienced crew. Other than that it would've been fine.

Service could have been better.
It wasn't too bad actually. I ended up having to move myself a lot just to make the time-frame but overall it was pretty good. The price was very good. If I hadn't moved some things by myself, then it would have been much much higher. I received all the services that I requested. The only complaint that I would have is that I ended up having to move a lot, help a lot more than I would think, if I had to pay because if I didn't then they wouldn't have finished or they wouldn't have brought as much as I did to finish in time. Packing service was fine. I would not recommend them.
