This company is horrific!!!
First of all, let me say that by giving Jet Moving Systems 1 star is an insult to the other companies worthy of 1 star. They are the WORST company that I've ever had the misfortune of doing business with. My move was from New York to Maryland. I had initially scheduled my move with another company, but wanted to return their phone call to confirm that their service wasn't needed. The representative gave me a price quote anyway, and it was determined that their price was nearly identical to the initial company, so again, I declined service. The rep then put me on hold

The estimate was off and my stuff is ...
I was told my stuff was gonna be here Tuesday and today is Thursday and it's not here yet. But I received a call from the driver saying it's gonna be here tomorrow. That's the only thing. And the quote. The quote they gave me (I understand it won't be 100% accurate) but it wasn't even close.

Did not show up
We were booked for packing and loading on a Saturday, with repeated reassurances that delivery would be the following week, because the main truck for Ohio was leaving that night. This was very important to us and we booked them based on that. On Saturday, noone showed up and noone called. We could not reach anyone since it was a weekend. We left voicemails and sent an email. On Monday, we called again and the office seemed surprised. I'm not sure how they would not know that a pick-up had been missed. By then it was too late to reschedule or book another company, and the ensuing ordeal we went through - packing everything ourselves, renting a uhaul truck and getting everything to Ohio within a week - was awful. However, I will say they were fair and quick in refunding our 25% deposit, which took 5 days. I also note that they are also called "Jet Relocation Inc" and "Expert Movers Inc".

They were late and then charged us ...
Experience was OK. That's all I can say. Nothing too great, nothing too bad. Somewhere in between. I had told them many times that we had booked the elevator between 9 and 11 and they didn't inform us they were arriving late. I called them about 5 times and they arrived around 2 o'clock so that was a problem. When they came they looked at the stuff and said, this was going to cost more than they quoted.

It was the worst experience , everything was broken, the service was horrible, never but never take this company, they lie to you to get you as a customer, but then everything becomes to be a nightmare.

Multiple failures on their part. ...
Multiple failures on their part, they said they'd come at 8 a.m. and they didn't. Then they said 11 a.m. they didn't. Then they said 2 p.m. They didn't. They ended up around 3:30-4. It screwed up my entire plan! Then the guy comes and says it's going to cost you lot more. And he had like four guys come running around the place, should I watch those guys and what they're packing or if he has explanations and he said we can' move now. Until you sign this we can't move.

The reviews online were bad but I had ...
I used them only because they offered the cheapest rate. They have bad reviews, but I didn't really care because my stuff isn't expensive. They came on time, no overcharge, they came sooner than expected, no damage whatsoever. They were very professional and I was very nicely surprised, no complaints whatsoever. Don't look at the reviews online, they can be very misleading, their services were flawless. Overall my experience was great.

Late delivery and a disappointing move
When they scheduled the move, they didn't come when they were supposed to, they came earlier so I wasn't prepared. And then, when they promised the delivery of the furniture, they promised it would come in within 5-10 days and it took over 2 weeks for them to come. When I told them I wanted to have a small truck, they came and brought a big truck anyway. They couldn't fit in the driveway, so they suggested I come with them to get a U-Haul so they could put the furniture in the U-Haul and bring it to the house and I said no. Then they wanted me to pay for the U-Haul and I said no, and then they wanted a tip too. I received all my items, although some of them were broken, but that's to be expected from moving I suppose. My advice to the company is to communicate what you're going to do and stick with what you promised you're going to do.
