A Nightmare

My experience with this company has been a nightmare. Their employees were unprofessional in their behavior and demeanor. One of them even asked to see me socially! (Gentlemen, protect your wives!) They neglected many fine items in my home that had to be stored separately. I found items that they had tucked away in drawers and a fine art piece left in the carport! After being charged much much more than they originally quoted me for the move and storage, things came back to the house poorly packed and often damaged. Finally, they broke a $3000 lamp. Their mover took full responsibility for the damage as it was merely thrown onto the truck with no packing nor protection. Richard, the owner, at one point offered $1500 which I declined because it seemed too low. Once the claim made it to the front office, I was insulted to receive a check for $200. After hounding them and repeated unanswered calls and emails, they finally coughed up another $550 to make the total replacement check 1/4 of what the lamp cost. I regret hiring Johnson's Moving and Storage. Please protect yourself and your belongings from them.

Hardworking and speedy service

I had a wonderful experience with this company and the best quality of the company is that they were very quick and very hard-working. They delivered my stuff in a neat and clean fashion. I am very satisfied with the services provided by the company.

Everything went well

Just want to let you know how pleased we are with Johnson's Moving who have handled our move. They were on time, moved my things carefully. The crew were patient and courteous. My move went smoothly without any hurdles. I would defintiely recommend to anybody who wants a hassle free move.
