Great move despite the bad weather

The people were very helpful and it was pouring rain that day but they were good. I received all the services that I requested and the crew members were great -- they were on-time and friendly. If I were to recommend them to friends and family I would tell that they were dependable and the price is right -- they gave me a set price so I paid exactly what they quoted.

Inexpensive and excellent company

They were very reasonable. I'm happy with the price that they quoted me and the staff was very nice, as well. I think they did a good job. I've never moved before, so I had nothing to compare it to, but everything was taken care of and everything went smoothly. I had mostly everything packed already and I didn't have them unpack because we wanted to stick to our budget. It would have cost more to have them spend more time here, and plus I'm pretty particular about where everything goes anyway, so I didn't have them do that. My advice to future customers is: if you're looking for value and good customer service and honesty, I would go with them. We didn't want to spend an arm and a leg moving and they were charging less than half of what other companies were quoting us.

Efficient and quick movers

I recently moved to Hyde Park, New York and the move was good. They were very efficient and worked very quickly. They handled our things very well and very professionally. What I liked the most about their company, and the highlight of the move for me was their employees.

It was an average moving experience

My move was good, despite the fact that some of my goods were damaged. However, they were prompt in solving my issues. The movers were professional and very helpful. They were on time, but they promised that they would complete the move in 3-4 hours but they took 6 ½ hours. They charges were a little on the expensive side and overall, it was an average moving experience.

Horrible experience. Two men did not know what they wewre doing, had no moving experience, at least one of them was his first day on the job. They refused to pack , refused to pick up most of the items, expected for us to do the job. Their answere to everything: "company policy does not allow us to carry these items". I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Good move, but they asked for an ...

The movers were good, and all my stuff was delivered safely at my destination. They were very accommodating, and they did a great job. Their way of packing and unpacking is good. My only concern was that they expected a tip of 15-20% on top of the quoted price, and they were rude and left my home only when I gave them the tip.

Effortless move

I am so impressed with their services that I will be using them again and wil be referring them to my friends and family. I have no complaints, and they were accurate, on-time and they were polite. They worked quickly and they were very professional. The pricing is also moderate and a couple of my friends have already taken their number.

We have a lots of boxes, and furniture I thought they can not make to load. However, they put them in excellent organized in the 20ft truck. When I moved to Buffalo unloaded people open the truck they say wahoo !!! who did it. How can they loaded great job.!!! I have been moved more than 20times during the decade I have never seen like that movers before. I still thank you for their job. It was awesome!!!!! Thank you so much...
