bad experience

One year ago we moved from Clinton New Jersey to Georgia and we have had a horrible experience with this company especially Dave. We use them years ago when they had a different manager and everything went great so we decided to use them again. The first thing they did was cancel our moving date when we had everything all set and they told us they could not move us on that date. The next thing that happened was a lot of her items were damaged and Dave convinced us to do the insurance for $300 in case anything was broken and when we tried to file a claim he never responded to any of our calls and emails. We recently just found out that he said he no longer works for the company and now when you call there is just a recording and you cant get in touch with anyone. They are completely disorganized and dis honest and Dave comes off as this friendly nice guy that will do a great job and he has totally screwed us. We probably need to hire a lawyer at this point to get our items covered because no one will answer our calls. Do not use this company at this point because they must have gone through something and change managers from when they were great years ago this is no longer the case.
