Poor Moving Experiance with Degion ...

In April of 2016 we used Legion Express to move from Wisconsin to Florida, unfortunately we had a very poor experience with Legion Express and would not recommend to anyone. There customer service was very good and worked with me several times to help me ensure that all our stuff was going to get packed and moved in a timely faction. On the day of the move the movers were two hours later and arrived in truck that definitely looked as fit it would not fit all our items from a one bedroom house with a full basement and two motorcycles. It took ten hours to back everything and they were not able to get all the items in the truck as we suspected. As it was now very late at night and the movers wanted to turn to Chicago, when they went to closed the overhead door it would not close. We had to watch them fit for this door for an hour and ended up creating a blockade with cardboard boxes and ladders. We were not told that our items where then going to be unloaded on to a semi which would then take our belongings to Florida. When we got our items several items where torn, broken and damaged. A large piece was broken on the motorcycle which they admitted to braking when transferring to the semi. We then had to go through a three month process of submitting a claim with another company. The claim turned out to only get us $56, which was never paid by Legion Express. We were given one estimate, and then had to pay an extra $2000 because we had more boxed then was estimated. What are we to do now, our stuff is on the truck we where closing the next day but to pay it. Also I asked several times if a personal check would be OK to pay for the fees and was told yes.. We then get an email as we are in transit that we have to supply them with the money buy money order. Postal Money order. They only give them out in amounts of $1000 what a hassle we had to go through to get them this in a new town. Just what we needed when we were already stressed with the move to a new state.

Legion express moving was recommended to me by a friend who recently used them and had many good things to say. Without any doubt I hired them. The rates were affordable and I was lucky to get the date I wanted. On the moving day, their crew showed up on time and began working. After 5 straight hours, the moving and loading was done. They were very organized and professional. When they came to deliver, I saw all of my belongings were there and in the same shape as I left it. No mistakes! Well done.

The reason I chose Legion express moving is that they offered me the best deal in terms of pricing and the sales rep was very convincing. It was really good to see their movers arriving on time on the moving day. Care was also taken to ensure the boxes were placed correctly in order to avoid damage. The fragile items were placed separately on the truck and they also took measures to protect those items. Fortunately there was no damage done to anything and the cost remained within the initial quote. So, for all these reasons I am recommending Legion express moving for all their hard work.

Not every moving company is bad! There is Legion express moving which is as professional as it ever gets! I hired them for my last move and they were great. The movers were professional and efficient. The customer care was friendly and helpful. The price was fair and transparent. They delivered my things undamaged and on time. Our move went just as they said it would at Legion Express Moving. All persons at this company did such a great job. It was on time nothing was broken, lost or confiscated anywhere. After being stored in their storage for a year when we were ready for our boxes to be shipped and they got here it was like opening Christmas presents. We would highly recommend this company.

Everyone should hire them

Legion express moving is the company everyone should be hiring. I called the company and the woman on the phone seemed very friendly. She asked me a lot of questions and then called back after a while with a reasonable quote. Their movers arrived 15 minutes early and then quickly finished packing and loading all my belongings. There were no issues with anything and all my belongings reached my new home without even a scratch on them. I had a great time relocating with them.

They kept me in loop

Legion express moving stayed in constant communication with me throughout my move. Their movers were always very friendly and answered any questions that I had. I was picked up from my old house at the exact time I was quoted and they handled my belongings very carefully. Their representative called me two days before my delivery to give me an ETA on my delivery. Again, they showed up right on time. They were very professional in setting up my furniture exactly where I wanted it and before leaving asked if they could do anything else for me. If I should ever move again, I would use these guys again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-established moving company.

We relocated easily!

It wasn’t supposed to be an easy move. In fact, the distance was daunting, and I had just too many things. I couldn't just move without belongings I have bought over years and years of efforts. I hired Legion Express Moving to manage my move. I have to give it to these men. They were absolutely fantastic. They were punctual, attentive, efficient, and very well trained. I didn't even have to instruct them much. All of my belongings were packed, loaded and delivered to my new home by these perfectionists. They made this move unbelievably easy.

Quite an Experience

Legion Express Moving always moves the people who work at my company. Our jobs require us to move quite frequently. I understood why my company hires them as I saw them at work. The men arrived right on time and got to work. They packed everything so creatively and then carried out all my furniture with ease. My heart was in my throat when they were carrying my grandmother’s old wardrobe that is so precious to me, but they didn’t cause any damage to it. When the truck pulled up at my new house, I was jumping for joy because all my valuables were completely unharmed. That is definitely the great works of the movers from Legion Express Moving. These men had mad packing skills. They used tons of packing materials to make sure my belongings travel safely. Their van was very new and it only helped my move. More than anything, they had the lowest quote which they stuck to till the end. I could not help but be ecstatic about this relocation.

We had four people to dismantle, pack up, load and move, and they were excellent. They also picked up furniture from an address eight miles away (my storage unit) and didn't charge me for that! Awesome moving company! With all the stress of moving the last thing you want is problems with your moving company. Legion express moving exceeded all my expectations. They showed up at my home on time and loaded all my items big and small on to their truck and delivered it to my new home perfectly. I cannot complain at all, they made my move stress free.

Great mover!

I had the chance to use one of the finest movers in town which is Legion express moving. Everything about them is top notch. From the first phone call till delivery everything went smooth and accordingly to plan. I am glad to say there were no hidden fees which happens a lot I this business. The 4 man crew was very hardworking and polite. They notified me all the way to our new destination. I thought it would be hard for them to carry all the furniture to the 3rd floor. But it was a piece of cake for them. 5 stars for sure no doubt!

One stop solution

I have a very busy work schedule. So, I wasn’t looking forward to the packing part of moving. I hired Legion moving express and they were supposed to pack everything and then move each item. It really was a good decision on my part since these guys made my life so easy. I just had to agree on a price and provide a moving date. They movers did the rest. I just drove to my new place and found everything placed in the exact place they belonged to. They are just an amazing moving company in my opinion.

Easiest move

I had grown tired of the same faces around me. So I had to move to live somewhere new. I hired Legion express moving to take some of the stress of relocation off my shoulders. They did that and more. They quoted me quite rationally and sent over 4 men on the moving day. They were all very experienced and efficient. Everything was taken care of with absolute precision. They packed and loaded everything in a matter of hours. And they didn’t overcharge me at the end of the move. This company is very professional and I will sure hire them again if I have to relocate.

In one word: awesome

We moved from a 3-bedroom house to a 7th floor condo. My ex-husband relocates a lot and he suggested us to hire Legion express moving to help with the move. I think “help” is a term to be used loosely with this company. In reality, they do all the work. We just sat there watching them excelling at their job. The crew was so efficient. Not only at packing and loading our belongings at our old house but also at carrying our heavy furniture up 7 flights of stairs. It was an inhuman effort from these guys. This company is really affordable too.

I love this crew

I have to relocate every few years and I always hire Legion express moving. I had to move again a few months ago. As always, they did a fabulous job. By now, I have developed a fondness for the movers who I have worked with in the past and I always request for the same crew. They always manage to transport all my furniture and other things safely without any damages. They do the job while maintaining the schedule as well. I have never seen them being late. Their prices haven’t increased in the last 2 years and that is great news for me.

Moving couldn't have been any easier. Thanks to legion express moving! This company has been in business for longer than I have been alive and they are still going at it hard. These movers were tough; they carried my heavy furniture like they weighed nothing. Then they always had a joke to crack. I tell ya man, these boys are the bomb. You are mad if you don't hire them!

These guys are everything

My wife and I are ER doctors. We have little time to eat, let alone pack and move ourselves. That’s why we went for Legion express moving. They were supposed to pack everything we own, transport them and put everything in place at the new house. Their movers arrived early to get a move on. They packed everything carefully and very swiftly. We were preparing for a big surgery so we couldn’t really help the movers at all. The men were very experienced. It showed in the way they carried huge pieces of furniture. The delivery was made on time. They unpacked everything for us. Then we just pointed what goes where and they put them there. They stuck to their initial quote and I was happy to pay them a good tip. With movers like these and prices like those, why bother doing it all by yourself?

Not expensive yet efficient

Moving is always expensive, especially if you are moving with all your belongings. I hired legion express moving for my move last month. Surprisingly they were quite inexpensive. But by no means were they inefficient. What I got in return for my money was pure efficiency. The movers arrived on time with all the right tools. Packing is always tricky but these guys were well prepared. Big pieces of furniture were carefully carried out and loaded onto the vans. Everything happened like clockwork and I really couldn’t praise their efficiency enough. Very rarely do you see such level of professionalism. I will certainly advise everyone to hire these guys.

No inefficiency

I hired Legion express moving last month and it was the best possible decision on my part. They had an unbeatable quote and a friendly customer service. The movers were very efficient and worked very time sparingly. It was all great but I wasn’t budging until all my valuables were safely delivered. The van pulled up right on schedule at my new house. I took an inventory and nothing was missing. I checked every piece and nothing was damaged. I still can’t digest the level of efficiency displayed by this no-nonsense moving company.

The movers were punctual, efficient and friendly. They worked so fast that the job was finished in no time at all. I don't own a lot but even then an hour is too short of time.
