Worst movers ever - no integrity

For the most part, everything was fine until the movers actually got to my townhouse. We arrived May 10th of 2018. First, they arrived on a Sunday night without warning (told me they were coming a day or two later). It's nice to come early but we couldn't get a uhaul to shuttle my stuff from outside the community to my garage. That cost us an additional $400 cash for them to carry the stuff to my place. That is not what I am complaining about. I filed a complaint about some broken items and I was told to file a claim with their insurance company. Did what I was told and followed up several times. It is now 2019 and nothing. They won't return my calls and no interest in helping me with my broken furniture and BBQ. KEEP AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

No doubt even its our first time using them, the movers who came to help us was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Pleasant gentlemen to work with!

It was very good. They charged what they told us, there was no hidden fees. The gentlemen were good with our furniture. They made sure it was wrapped. They worked at a decent pace. Not extraordinarily fast, not too slow but a nice, good steady pace. Pleasant gentlemen to work with.

This was not a good experience

Yeah, the people who came to help us in Torrance, they were very nice. They were very helpful. But the people who came to, you know, give the delivery? They were not at all good. The actual company who I made the deal with, and whatever she told me was not given. But of course they reimbursed the money. But I would just try to tell people, like, be careful while moving because this is not a good experience. Whatever happened with me was not nice, I was not very happy with it. I mean, once you move you want to get relaxed and then somebody suddenly unnecessarily troubles you. I'm really scared of the person who came to help me. He was very rude. He kept telling me that...he was not at all nice, I don't know.

Awesome job

It was great. They did an awesome job. It was really good. They moved everything carefully. The prices are good, the movers are really great. They take care of your stuff, and they're quick.

They were reliable and took care of my ...

They were on time and they took care of nicely wrapping the furniture and they did it fast. I was really pleased. And then when we got to the new place they put everything where I wanted them to. You know, they just put some stuff together again, like the table and the furniture in the living room. So it was good, they did really good.

They were great!

It was very good, they moved a lot of stuff in the van, and they were able to get it in. The guys were great, they knew how to pack it up and do stuff. One of the guys had a little trouble putting one of the beds in and that took longer than anticipated. My only suggestion would be that the company told us they would be here between 8:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. and the guys were told to be here between 9 and 9:30 a.m. so they didn't get here until after 9, and we started panicking that they weren't going to show up and what were we going to do, etc. I think there was just a communication problem.

Good value for money

They were very good. Very quick and efficient. I think what I liked the most was they were very careful. Pricing was fine, very competitive. I did receive all the services that I requested. Packing was done to my satisfaction. For future customers I would say that they are reliable, they are careful and they are a good value for the money. The crew was very good. They were on time and very friendly.

Brilliant customer service

The movers were really brilliant. They were very efficient, very in-time, fast and they were really brilliant. They didn't compliant of anything because we didn't have elevator in our building didn’t work and we live on the fourth floor and they helped us with they didn't complain or anything. They were really brilliant and they didn't tell we are not going to do it because when the elevator works so something like that. No attitude of anything, they were so good, professional and prompt. All our furniture is the way it was nothing is wrangled chipped or anything. Packing was done on our own but they helped us to unpack the bedroom furniture, everything was fine. I received everything and everything was clearly stated in the bill of lading and everything was promptly written and everything. The crew members were really good and we were really happy. I will just tell the future customers that they will do the job brilliantly and I would highly recommend them.

thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your professionalism and hard work. The moving truck arrived at the promised arrive time, the loaders were very friendly and knew their job very good. It took them 2 hours to load the truck and to unloaded at the new address. I had show them were everything goes and even they anticipate were things were going to. By the time i turned arround and made some phone calls they were done. Definetely i will use them in the future and i will reccomend them to everybody i know. Excellent Service

The movers showed up on time and worked like dogs all day. They were very pleasant and polite and took excellent care of our belongings. Nothing was damaged during the move and in fact, they help me repair a piece of furniture that was broken before they arrived. The estimate wasn't very accurate, but they did not see how much stuff we have so we were prepared for the actual price to be higher - and it was worth every penny!
