All my things were delivered on time.

They were good and delivered my goods on time. I had a good experience with them. There was only one problem, one of my items was damaged but that was okay. The rest of the things were okay, no damage. Read more

Some of our things were broken!

Some of the things were broken. Our lamp was broken and damaged. Our kitchen appliances were broken, the blender and some of the boxes were just smashed. I submitted my claim to the insurance and haven't heard back. The estimate was around $1,000 and the final price came out to about $2,000. Read more

The driver tried to shakedown my ...

The staff on the phone were very nice, the drivers that picked up in Chicago, they tried to shake my daughter down, they should be put in jail. As far as the people on the phones, especially, Josh or Johnathan, he was very nice, he's the primarily the reason I went with the company. They need to be more upfront about the additional charges. Delayed delivery and hidden charges

It was bad because they took our stuff on the 2nd of October and they delivered it on the 22nd at 11:45 at night. The price which we agreed on at the point of departure at Chicago where we were staying earlier was different. They said some price and after transporting our luggage after 20 days, that they also brought around midnight and they charged around an extra $300 just for stairs, which we initially informed that there will be stairs. They charged us for that. The driver when they brought our stuff - they said that they would charge more. They asked for $500. After talking to them, convincing them - they finally agreed on $300 and then they delivered our stuff. So this was bad. Apart from that luggage, everything reached here safely. There was no damage to that. This was the good part but they took too much time and they charged extra at the point of delivery, which was not agreed upon, that we paid from our own pockets. Horrible experience

It was horrible. They were supposed to let me know when they were going to deliver. I called on Thursday and they said right now it hasn't even been scheduled, but they will call me and give me a window and then they will call me a day or two before and let me know what time. So on Thursday they haven't had my move scheduled and then on Saturday night at 9:30 I get a call from the driver. He told me they were going to deliver my belongings the next morning and I wasn't even going to be in town. I had to have him deliver it on Monday. The bill they gave me on the costs of the move was off by above $500. Trying to get a hold of anyone was horrible. I called and left messages and they never called me back, I had to call them. I would never ever recommend this company. The driver that delivered was awesome but he was subcontracted out. He was very professional and it was a great experience on that end, other than that it was horrible. Read more

Will not use that company again

We moved into a condo association. The driver was driving from Tennessee to Florida and he was looking on the GPS and he said he didn't think he could get a semi into our building. We were freaking out that we couldn't get our stuff. I talked to the people in California. They were not helpful. They were like if you can't drive it in, you're gonna have to pay for more for another truck. It was just a hassle. It turned out that my husband had to get out and show the guy who was the driver how to get in. It was fine after that. The driver himself was great. The price - they raised it a lot. They quoted us one price and by the time we paid it - it was like another $1,000. It wasn't low cost at all. We would never ever use that company again. Read more
