Not professional at all

When I first called the manager, he promised there would be official receipt which I needed for reimbursement. At last the receipt is just a piece of hand-written paper, and when I argued with the manager for an official printed receipt he was very rude and told me his hand-writing is official enough. Also he didn't give me the screws for my bed frame, even I requested several times. I would say this is not a professional moving company, even though he may give you a low quote at first but all the troubles coming along are just not worth it, I'd rather spend more money to get professional service.

A moving company with no trust

At first I was very happy to find such a cheap moving company. The moving services were good. But when to check out, the manager told me there was a minimum fee of 300 bucks for three hours of services, of which I just used less than 1 hr! The fee just came out of nowhere! He didn't even mention it when we negotiated! And when I told him so, he went so far as to call me a cheat! Incredibly awful experience! They even didn't sign a contract with you before you move.
