Showed up with 5 boxes to pack a ...

They showed up on the 17th at 4 p.m. and I said, you're going to pack a house and move it in four hours? They showed up with five boxes to pack a three-bedroom house. At 9 they said we don't have enough boxes, we have to go to the store to buy boxes. After they charged me $900 to do this. I said, I give you a job that you know you're going to pack and your'e going to show up to my house with no boxes? What kind of company does that?

Did a wonderful job, but a box is ...

They did a wonderful job... I mean I had everything packed up in the same size box and when they got there they said there was 13 but there were supposed to 14, and I looked on the manifest and it showed only 13 but what happened was if you went down a few lines there was another box. And that box is missing and it's an antique elephant and it's from Hong Kong.

Absolutely Amazing

After careful consideration I decided to use American home movers for my move from Nevada to Texas. I found the movers extremely polite, friendly and helpful. There was a little damage but the ...

We had some dents and scratches and everything, but beyond that, the movers were, they were great to work with ... I mean other than a few things broken and dented it was pretty good.

A little longer than expected.

Took a little bit longer than expected they kept delaying when it was going to be delivered. It was actually a week and a half late than what was told the first time.

They were on time and were doing the packing and all very promptly no wait times they were super fast in doing things... and the travel time they took to new place was also fast.. overall very satisfied with their service and will recommend them... They do the de-assembling and assembling really well.. good job low cost moving!

The movers and the sales rep of LV Moving Co left me with no other options but to recommend them. I used them a few days ago for a 2 bed room apartment move. An Absolute Pleasure To Work With ...

They performed a very smooth move. I hired another moving company to do the move for me but unfortunately I had to cancel the contract because of their shady communications. LV Moving Co are amazing. The sales agent used to correspond very frequently, whenever I knocked them I got a reply at prompt pace. All their loading procedure was very professional. They took good care of our belongings and wrapped them when necessary. The best part was they didn't complain or moan like some other movers do. Everyone can hire them.

It was easy for me to pick LV Moving Co for my second move because I had already used them once before. The first time I used them I was a little worried because it was my first time moving with a moving company. When I saw how wonderful and friendly everyone associated with this company was I was pleased! I had no problems going with them again for my second move. Every company should be this detailed and forthcoming with their customers. Not only that but everything they told me over the phone was exactly what happened, it wasn't just a load of talk to get me interested. I felt very comfortable with Lv Moving Co moving my things after everything over the phone and how nice and hard working the movers were. They really put a lot of effort into my move! Best move I've ever had and I will call them again if I need to move. But I hope not.

I am very happy! You know why, because I moved with a top notch service. I had some excellent group of people from Lv Moving Co. They came with a big truck. The crew were very nice and supportive. They know how to deal with customers concerns. The whole team followed instructions and the move was performed in good shape. The end price was absolutely fair, there was no secret. At last I should not forget the driver, without him it was not possible for the move to finish efficiently. Despite having a narrow road and busy traffic he managed to come as near as he could to reach to the delivery place. I have totally no problem to refer them.

Highly professional movers.

I didn’t want to pay some bad company that would lose or steal my things and then charge me over the top. Luckily I didn’t have to move out soon, so I had enough time to hunt for a quality company like LV Moving Co. The moving was finished in a week, and I got happily moved from Nevada to Texas. The movers that arrived in my home were organized and professional from the first till the last minute of their work. Got nothing else to add but, they truly are A class company.

Did a great job

I was dubious using the mover. Because it was the first experience of hiring any company to move. I was not sure who is going to appear at my premise and who is going to handle my belongings. The estimator was friendly and courteous. He gave me a thorough calculation. My mover was awesome. He ensured everything. He didn’t let his labor mess my household stuffs. He was in full control on his duty.

I have to get a new door

They brought my furniture in--four items. The door was open-it was a storm door, it has glass. It started raining, and the older person in charge....he barked out something in Ukrainian because it started raining and the back door of the truck was open. The other person I guess was frightened and he ran-collided into our screen door with such impact it knocked the door out. The entry door was open but I guess he got so flustered he didn't realize the glass was glass and the door was there and he went right through the glass. He didn't break it but the impact was so great I'm surprised he didn't. But he pushed the door off the frame. So the lock is broken, the door is damaged, I have to get a new door.

No Customer Service

Had 3 boxes, a bookcase and china hutch to move. They lost one of the lost boxes. I asked them to check where else they had been that for the box, the items in the box can't be replaced, 300 photos from the 1920s to 2014, five generations of my family which no other copies, a hand written journal from 1927 written by my Mother. They could have cared less, gave me a phone number to call for their claims department, which gave me a website for a form to fill out. They have not tried to locate the box at all.

Very Satisfied! Great Job LV Moving

I'm a disabled man having lost 1 hand in the military. So, while I do like to stay active and I still do welding and things, even at my age as a senior, but I could not begin to do this move without professional help. LV Moving was the company that I decided, after careful scrutiny, had the best reviews and such online. I spoke with their salesman and he was very informative. I knew that I had made the right choice. When it came time to move, they arrived on time for the pick up and the price remained fixed. They took great care to protect my things and they worked hard and as a team. At the delivery still no hidden fees or surprises. Except for the biggest surprise at all. ... some other companies tried to bash these guys to get my business,but all they claimed were nothing but lies! LV Moving didn't raise the price and they didn't wreck all my things. There were a few scratches in a wall, but it was a tight spot and I would have torn half the wall down if I were to try moving myself. All in all - they did a stellar job and I will be telling my friends! Thanks for everything guys!!
