Poor management

This is how the owner talks to people that worked for him after trying to make amends and make things right after almost 10 years of working for him 5 years ago I was fired I tried to talk to this GROWN 50 SOMETHING YEARS OLD THESE ARE HIS EXACT WORDS .. "The best thing for you to do is lose my phone number go kill yourself like your boy did and then I'll go piss on your grave sounds like a good day to me go fuck yourself burn in hell and I hope you enjoy it lose my number bitch " PRETTY DISRESPECTFUL
