worst move ever

Charles of Mccoy Movers assured me that I would be getting a large truck with 3 movers. I confirmed with him several times before the move on Friday June 26. What showed up at my house was a small truck with 3 people from another mover (Exodus Movers). One was reeking of alcohol. What should have been a 3.5 hour moved turned into a 7 hour move. I kept track of the hours knowing there would be a problem. They supposedly were not charging me drive time but actually they took off one hour when it was actually closer to 2 hours. The owner of Exodus Larry Slawson, met me at storage telling me that he perferred cash or zelle app. I told him i had venmo. At the end of the move i quoted him the hours which he was not interested in hearing. Said I owed him $700. I came up with $500. Paid him with venmo the $500 but made the mistake of paying his request to my account along with me sending the money. So he ended up with 2 payments of $500 and he wouldnt return the extra payment. Finally a few days later he send me $300. Venmo doesn not get involved with disputes so i lost out. Will not use venmo or either of those 2 crappy movers ever again. Read more

i am trying to reach a live person in a corp office if this exist. We just had the worst experience of a lifetime with this company!!! three hours late charged me for being late!!! broke my TV and I am being told it is nothing you all can do about it.... REALLY. I will do all in my power to sue you for every penny you took from me. I am so frustrated and disgusted with this company. I will NEVER!! EVER!!! refer this unprofessional company to anyone. I was extremely nice to the movers giving them items!! Hard to believe my thanks in return would be a slap in the face. I was quoted one amount for the move and charged nearly 2-3 times more!!!
