These people have the patience of Saints! We obtained a few estimates for our move. McGraw was highly recommended by a local friend and had the best pricing. Pat McGraw, the owner, came to our home and went over everything. He is professional and extremely accommodating. On the day of the move he was here with a crew of 5, these guys could not have been nicer. They didn’t say no to anything!!! My husband and I tried to be organized but on the day of the move we were overwhelmed, the crew was polite, supportive, cheerful, and unbelievably patient. Their kindness made you feel like family. This move took place in the middle of a snow storm, not one of the workers slowed down or complained, they just kept working. Every item they transported arrived in perfect condition. One other special note about this company, their price includes calling them back after the move to rearrange furniture. We originally had them move two bookshelves and a large metal cooler to the basement for storage, we thought we didn’t have room for them, but we did. Between drying out our basement floor removing a lot of furnature, and storing all these pieces in a pod in our driveway, your team members worked tirelessly. UNPROFESSIONAL

We called McGraw to get an estimate for moving. They set up a date and time to give us a quote. We left work early to be home for the appointment and they never showed. When we called them to see why they never showed they woldnt even answer the phone. We left a messsage and havent reveived a response 6 days later. If this is any indication of the type of business they run then I would find a different moving company. Read more
