3 VERY GREAT MOVERS

Moved on 5/14/2020 movers showed up on time and eager to work (Cody 212,Isiah 39, Payton 519) these 3 men loaded all our house in 45 min. Most of the items were very heavy they didn't complain once. When we arrived at the new house they were unloaded it 40 minutes . they took a few thing to the basement. These men work great together and I thank them very much . This move was a three bedroom house without boxes

They were good all the way around!

They were on time, prompt, professional and efficient I mean they were good all the way around! Pricing I think was comparable but we ended up choosing them because they gave us a flat rate not an hourly rate and we liked the peace of mind that they wouldn't be rushed, they'd be able to take their time. When all was said and done, it probably was about the same amount of time spent by the other companies and probably about the same amount of money spent, but we were happy with our choice. The only change in price was the 3% credit card payment fee, but that was explained to us.

Good Job

They came a did what I hired them to do. Very efficient, no damaged, I was very pleased. I didn't know what the price was supposed to be, but it sounded reasonable so I wen't with them and they stuck with the pricing.

Quick and Smooth

They would match the lowest price from the other competitors. They wrapped everything and I didn't notice any damages.

I was satisfied

It was good. It was the second time I've used them. I was satisfied. They were organized, on time, they communicated well. The quote was good - very detailed. No surprises. Courteous. They called ahead. It was perfect.

The movers were great, but dispatch ...

The movers were good, the dispatcher wasn't so good. I called two weeks in advance to schedule my move and they called me that morning to tell me that they were going to be late. They were going to be there around noon and I called back at around 2 because no one showed up, and finally when they did come at 3:30 they had just received the job, the three guys that came (they were great). But I don't think that's the proper way of scheduling something for someone who scheduled something two weeks in advance.

NOT SO GOOD

Would I call them again to move me? NO!!! I don't think so!!! Why you ask??? Because they never made it right with me, and until they do... I would never recommend them. I can't recommend people who are not honest with others. I search high and low for movers... They were average on pricing... But here's the problem. I ordered 3 movers, they showed up with 2. When I told them I ordered 3 movers, the guy in charged told me... This is what I get. I thought to myself, that's not right... but... If they can finish the move in the allotted time... I would not complain. Guess what??? They didn't finish in the allotted time. ( I will say the 2 worked hard and fast ) So I had to pay for another hour. I called them the next morning and left a message for someone to call me back. NO ONE DID. They sent me an email several days later asking for a testimonial... When I wrote exactly what happened, the owner or someone called me and left a message for me to call him back. I called 5 times... 1st 2 I didn't leave a message... I was always told he just left the office. The 3rd, 4th, and 5th time I called they told me the same thing, and I asked them to have him call me back... HE NEVER DID. The 5th and last time I called I was told he had other businesses, so he was just hard to get a hold of, but he assured me he would give him my message. So either he doesn't care about customers satisfaction or he never got the message. Either way... He called me once and never tried again. As an owner, I would want to make sure my customers were satisfied. OF COURSE when you go to their website and look for the testimonial I left, you won't find it. They NEVER posted it. APPARENTLY they don't post negative ones... How honest is that? The 2 workers did work hard and fast... Other then a few wall and furniture dings and feeling like I got ripped off ( which isn't good ) I would have rated them higher and would probably have recommended them to others. At least they can't erase these testimonials.(Only I can and will once I have feel I have been treated fairly.

It was pretty good, no problems. The price was reasonable. On time, friendly, hard working. Pretty efficient.

Worst experience of my life

I was very upfront with everything I had. She told me I would get two trucks and four guys. At 8 a.m. I got one truck and three guys. It ended up taking them until 10:30 p.m. to move because there wasn't enough guys. They were very angry and agitated about all of the stuff that they needed to move. The first thing that said when they walked through the door was that they expected the gratuity to be paid separately. Halfway through the move they mentioned gratuity to me again. At the end of the night when I gave them gratuity, he basically threw it back at me and told me it was unacceptable and that it was a ridiculous amount we paid for this amount of work....he said you had a lot more boxes than you told me that you had online...he's like, "I'm gonna go do an inventory". Walked around the house, did an inventory--claimed I had 200 extra boxes, which was a lie...and they unauthorized a charge on my credit card for $500 more than what they quoted me.

They were the most straight forward ...

It was fine. They contacted me when they were on the way here, everything was moved well. No scratches on the furniture. It went well. [Price] was very competitive-they didn't have any hidden fees so that was nice, it was all up front.

They did a good job

It was really good. They did all that they had to do. They did a good job. I'm just not happy with a little damage on my piano. But other than that - I didn't complain about it because I didn't want those people to get in trouble. They did a really good job. Accidents happen. I was ready for that.

It was as good as could be expected. The two guys were the bomb, they were polite and courteous. They did a great job. I didn't get a single scratch on anything. They went above and beyond their call of duty. Those guys were awesome, if I ever move again that's the only two guys I want.

Accurate with their timing and price

They did a good job. They were very accommodating to whatever we needed and they moved us in a timely manner. Their quote was really close to what the final price was and we had no problems with them. They did a really good job. Their estimates were good and they were right in the ballpark with everyone else, price-wise. I would recommend them to friends and family and tell them that they gave us a good personalized quote and they took good care of our products.

Happy with their service

They handled my furniture very carefully, and the staff members were very courteous. The price was good, actually a little bit lower than other companies. I only had to move the big stuff, but they packed it very well and wrapped stuff around my refrigerator to make sure it wouldn't come open. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Move done in perfect timing

I was very pleased with the fact that they moved everything that I needed moved. They were careful with items and everything. They worked straight through. They didn't slack off. They got everything moved like it needed to be. Pricing was reasonable. It was a little bit more than what they had quoted me for but it was like $100 more than what they quoted. We had extra things that they moved too. I received all the services that I requested. I would recommend them. They covered everything. They did an excellent job. They were on time. They had it done in perfect timing and everything.

Professional movers

My experience was excellent. They were very nice. They were professional. They were on time. Everything got here and nothing was damaged. They were just professionals. The pricing was reasonable. I did the packing. They didn't do any packing. If somebody has anything to move, call this company because they are an excellent company. I did receive all the services that I requested. I used their housekeeping services. They came and cleaned the house that I moved out of, which was excellent. I got all my deposit back. Like I said, it is a professional company.

Father's Move

My move with Metro Wide went perfectly. The start time window was 8-10am and they called around 8am to say they would arrive around 8:30am. They showed up, were very polite, professional, and quickly loaded the truck. Our move which entailed over an hour drive was complete by 10:30 am. I've used Metro Wide before and had an excellent experience then as well. They are one of the few moving companies in KC that will give you a guaranteed quote and that is the main reason why I used them the first time back in 09'. In addition to knowing that you are going to pay the price that was origanlly quoted to you at the end of your move, they employ very courteous and professional young men. They also beat all other moving company prices in KC; I know because I checked just out of curiosity. I've had two FIRST RATE moving experiences and this comes from someone who is extremely critical when it comes to grading service.

They are the best in everything

My move was very well, I was very pleased, I was very happy, I don't have any complaints an I will use them. This is second or third time using them. I enjoy their, they make everything run very smooth. The price was extremely good and I had talk with another moving company, they gave me another deal and this company gave me the same deal, so I went with them. So they made everything perfect. The crew members were friendly and professional. To be honest with you everything was so perfect, you cannot improve perfect, everything was great, everything was super. You cannot improve perfection. They are the best in everything in their quality, professionalism, they were fast, efficient, friendly and careful with my things. Nothing was broken, nothing was damaged, everything was done in a timely manner, and they were more than helpful. I was very pleased and I will use them again when I need to move again.

Metro wide movers

Metro wide movers did a professional job. They was the first to contact me and give a quote. The quote was the least of five that i received. Whenmovingdaddy came all the men acted professional and they moved my parents home of 47 years in 5 hours. The only thing damaged was a picture frame glass that we packed flat in a box. We were very pleased.

Move was done to perfection

It was a good move and I used this company for my move. They were very careful with my items and make sure nothing is going to broke and they were just kind and careful. The staff and crew members were also very very nice too and they were consciousness and careful. The prices were reasonable. I would recommend them to everyone. Everything was perfect.

Reasonably priced, very professional ...

I relocated my three bedrooms within Kansas. It was actually from Shawnee to Wichita. I would like to congratulate the moving company who made this a great experience. The staff was very friendly and professional, and their prices were also reasonable.
