Overall a pleasant experience

They came with their truck, which was a little smaller than we thought, so we had to do an extra trip. It took us a bit longer than we thought it would, but overall the experience was good, we got everything moved and the guys were pleasant. Terrible experience

Absolutely terrible. They were fighting among each other the whole time because somebody gave me the wrong price. They brought the wrong truck and they had a guy that never moved before. Actually, I had to move the items myself with them because he didn't know how to move anything. It was a nightmare. Read more

It was really bad

They came two hours late, then had to leave to get a piece so they could move the TV. The TV had wheels, they didn't even need that part. While they were gone, they left one guy that had a pulled bicep so he couldn' t lift. He took apart the bed, and I moved everything out of the house and into the driveway. All they had to do was put it in the truck. There was so much damage to the furniture, to the walls, to the floor--one table that wasn’t even a year old, they put a bed rail on it. Gouges were out of the table. The walls were a disaster. They never measured anything. The reason why we got them is because we had a 62-inch TV and we knew we couldn’t do it so we got movers. They get it out of the truck to the bottom of the stairway, and said, "I dont think we can do this". They said maybe we can tomorrow with more people. We'll take it back to storage and we'll call you. We go outside to leave, four wheels off the TV were outside in the driveway, on the sidewalk, two were broken. I said to take the TV back to the house. They get it off the truck and there are three huge gouges on the front of it, it's lopsided, and the top part is broken off. Read more

Not satisfied with their service

I would say I am not completely satisfied with them. It was pretty much okay. That is it. They quoted me on a per hour basis and there were two stops. And what happened is they told me a time which I am not comfortable with but still I paid all the amount. It went above my budget for the move. Read more

Great moving help on short notice

We needed a moving company with only a few days notice, and Mighty Movers came through for us and did a great job. They were all incredibly pleasant to work with, helpful, thorough, and all of our furniture was handled perfectly. The only reason our actual price was slightly higher than expected (95/hr v. 85/hr) was because they brought in a third person to help us move quicker, which worked out well. The price was still lower than other companies we looked into. They displayed great dedication and work ethic, making sure the job was done and done well. I hired them because they were the first to respond with a reasonable quote. Everything went pretty smoothly and nothing was damaged. The move was conducted in a timely fashion. The guys that moved were good and on time. I have no complaints. There was a slight miscommunication regarding the estimate as they should have told me before about the inclusion of travel costs. The movers were really great and the services they provided were exceptionally good at both ends of the move. They showed up with a truck and from seeing that truck I thought it was bad company.
