Best Move Yet.

I cannot begin to express my appreciation for the workers at Mollerup. I have never been a mover type but after working with them I recommend them to everyone. Rusty alone made the experience worth it. They were incredibly communicative, quick, and efficient. I have an over-sized 1919 Baldwin player piano and the quote to just move that was upwards of a few hundred dollars when quoted by piano movers specifically, if they were even willing to move it. The guys at Mollerup moved it without a complaint or even a scratch. The movers themselves were some of the sweetest men I've ever encountered. Polite and and quick.The management is also top notch. They make sure that all the t's are doted and i's are crossed long before moving day. I would use them time and time again and recommend them to everyone. Read more

Worst moving experience ever - BEWARE

If you want to deal with packers showing up late and grousing about how much stuff they had to pack,running out of boxes and paper,damaging furniture and household goods,to giving you the run-around during settlement and insulting you with an offer at 1/4 the reasonable claim amount then this is the moving company for you. Honestly,they treated me,my family,my home,and all the stuff in it with total disrespect. We have moved several times,including a move to and from Canada,and this by far was the worst moving experience ever. Read more

Needed to store a piano, contacted multiple storage facilities. Mollerup was by far the best price, not only to move the piano but also the lowest monthly storage fee. Very professional from start to finish. Read more

never ever use these theives

I am still disputing with this company on my claim. They keep putting off paying for what they broke, lost or never delivered. I would have never used them in the first place if they weren't contracted out by the military. I will continue to file complaints until they lose the contract that ensures them business with military members. Not only were they horrible when they packed up our goods, but they were even worse when it was delivered! Especially when it came to two huge items. Please do not use this company, they have horrible customer service and are worse at packing and delivering your goods. Read more

Overall it was good, but the estimate ...

They did estimate about half what it ended up taking. It ended up taking a full 54 foot truck and it was a little concerning that they only estimated that it would be only half that size and basically half that price. So I admit that I did have as much as I ended up paying for but I was disappointed that the estimator wasn't more accurate. But they were very courteous and friendly. They couldn't get it done in one day so we did have to stay at our new place without blankets or clothes or anything because they couldn't unpack it all in one day, they had to come back the next day to unpack. Like I said, they worked with us and the overall experience was good, but again I was disappointed with the estimator's estimating of the size. Read more
