Absolutely Horrific Experience - Avoid ...
I hired Moonlight Movers through U-Haul's MovingHelpers.com for a move on April 26th. It was a nightmare from start to finish:? They arrived late without any communication,causing unnecessary delays. One mover carelessly threw my suitcase into the truck,despite my objections. At the storage unit,the same mover became aggressive when I insisted on paying after the job was completed,as previously agreed. He then deliberately threw all my belongings from the truck onto the garage floor,causing potential damage. He verbally insulted me and made derogatory remarks about my family. I had to call the police due to his threatening behavior. After I provided the payment code,they left immediately,abandoning the job and leaving me to unload everything alone.? This was the worst moving experience I've ever had. Moonlight Movers displayed extreme unprofessionalism,aggression,and disrespect. I strongly advise against hiring them.?

DO NOT HIRE - FRAUDS
DO. NOT. HIRE. They promised me they had experience moving an adjustable Sleep Number. They showed up and told me they didn't. He accused me of not mentioning it was a Sleep Number even though I have proof I did in the form of our text message history. He refused to even attempt it and said I'd have to hire someone else to move the bed frame. So, that is now costing me an extra $300. In the meantime, I am sleeping on my mattress which is on the floor at my new place. Secondly, they told me I did NOT need to box up my TV. During the move, they broke my 70" TV that cost me about $500. Adam said "I feel bad about the TV, so I'll offer you a $50 discount." I reached out to him to ask him to cover the cost of moving the bedframe since he lied about being able to do it. I also asked him how he wanted to reimburse me for the TV. HE BLOCKED MY PHONE NUMBER. Also, when I asked Adam for a copy of their Certificate of Insurance to give the apartment complex, he sent me a COI form with all his info blurred out. This indicates they are not insured and therefore are also guilty of fraud. I will be suing them.
