This company did the worse job when it came to moving my things out of my apartment into a storage unit. The workers spent most of their time arguing instead of actually doing their job. I was advised I would be able to speak with a manager and that has not happened. The experience from the dispatcher, manager, and the movers were all bad. I will continue to warn everyone about using this company, save yourself the time and the headache of using such an unprofessional company. Read more

Super spectacular movers!

The move went exactly as we would have hoped.Moving is stressful enough, but they added zero drama. Arrived on time with 5 people. Don’t mark our walls, wrapped our fragile furniture, and disassembled the stuff that couldn’t get through doorways. They worked fast, were polite, and as far as I can tell, didn’t damage our furniture or house. They are utterly professional, on time, efficient and friendly. Super spectacular movers and great job. Fabulous company!

Move Central was Fabulous!!! From the get- go,they were incredibly friendly,professional,and responsive. They responded almost immediately to my preliminary inquiries regarding scheduling and pricing,and continued the same degree of responsiveness throughout the engagement. The moving team showed up promptly and moved our items incredibly efficiently and with great care. They showed tremendous expertise,even when taking apart and then putting back together some over- sized items. Moving is always challenging- emotionally and physically!!- but this company crew made it so much easier by being so efficient and confidence- inspiring. Movers were excellent! From the first email exchange to the time they left our new home,they were communicative,prompt and efficient. I found their approaching to pricing to be transparent,their estimate accurate and the rate very competitive. They took time to answer our questions,carefully wrap our furniture,and place items in the preferred location in our new home. They worked so hard and were friendly. too. AWESOME EXPERIENCE WITH THIS MOVING ...

I was in a pinch last year when I was looking for a long distance mover to move from San Diego to San Jose. My company was paying for the relocation so I was looking for a moving company that would offer white glove service to include full packing, storage in San Diego, then moving to the Bay Area 2 months later and unpacking services. I called Move Central movers on a Saturday of the holiday weekend and was able to hire them ASAP. They met me at my house the first thing on Monday morning in Del Mar (they were even early!), packed up my entire home with 6 packers, then on second day loaded everything into 2 box trucks and took all lifelong belongings to storage. It was incredible how much their team was able to accomplish in those 2 days! Both teams on pack and move into storage days were extremely professional, worked hard, and were very fast. They packaged everything so carefully and were experts at efficiently packing oddly shaped items. The guys and girls were polite, super fast and overall really great. They all seemed to enjoy each others' company - so it made the whole experience that much better. I can't say that their job seems fun, but they all were pretty upbeat and seemed to not being having the worst time. About 6 weeks later I got a call from my landlord that my new home was ready. I called Move Central on short notice again and scheduled delivery to San Jose. 2 days later, two dedicated trucks delivered all my belongings and they even helped unpack everything. Overall, I can't recommend this moving company enough, they are reliable, professional and provide great quality work. In the process, I got a few other quotes and I got sold when I spoke to William - the sales rep, he was so professional and after speaking to him I felt I could trust him personally and trust their company as he had the highest intent to help and showed integrity throughout the whole process. As far as setting up the reservation, there is a deposit required when you book the move and I was happy to pay the deposit and have the peace of mind that I secured movers and that they will show up on move day. I already recommended this company to some of my co-workers and friends and I will talk to my company's relocation manager to see if we can refer even more business to this awesome business - they definitely deserve it. I may be moving again in the next 3 years and definitely plan on using them again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Read more
