Move-it was responsible for a nightmarish moving experience. They changed our charged moving price AFTER loading our personal property,and they held all our belongings for ransom for an additional $5,000+ . We were forced to pay under threat of never seeing our priceless personal property (baby books,wedding photos) again. Not only did they fraudulently coerce an additional $5,000 out of us,but they damaged and stole several items of our property,including stealing our coin collection and scratching up and breaking numerous furniture items. Solid crew

This company was responsible for moving our belongings from our 3-bedroom apartment in Pompano Beach, FL to our new 4-bedroom house in Atlanta, GA. The house in Georgia was too big for us to fill with brand new furniture. So we decided to take most of our old stuffs. The movers arrived 15 minutes late, but that’s obvious since we had a very late afternoon appointment. I was expecting the men to be worn out but they were as energetic as a horse. They packed up all our stuffs in just 45 minutes and started carrying out everything to the vans. The whole thing took just under 2 hours. I did have to pay them for the whole 2 hours though. The delivery was made 3 days later and everything arrived in Atlanta intact. Nothing was broken or damaged. The crew even helped us assemble the beds. I will definitely hire them again. Read more

Moved to Austin

These guys rocked, I definitely would use them again. All of my stuff got there in good shape. I did my own packing but they still wrapped the furniture and some things they thought I didn't pack well enough. The foreman and crew were quick and professional. The guy in the office made sure everything was coordinated properly and that I was called 30 mins before. He even sent me a text mid day to make sure everything was going alright. I am very impressed with Warners van lines. They communicated very well leading up to the move, and kept me in the know about when my truck was going to show up even though they gave me an afternoon window. Highly satisfied with the move

I had to change my moving schedule at the last minute, but that didn’t cause any issue. The crew from Move it USA arrived at 5 pm on Sunday as they promised, packed everything securely and came back the next day to load those into the truck and then started to my new house. They were friendly and gracious. On arrival at the new house they quickly unloaded my stuff, assembled the furniture they had dismantled and left everything inside the rooms. They were so good during my move that I decided to review their company. Move it USA I worth every single dime. They made my money count. Their price was very moderate and the services were mind-blowing. When I booked Move it USA, I hardly had any expectation because I never got a satisfactory move by any other movers which I used in the past. But when I spoke with their sales person Derek, I started to believe that they will do something good. But they actually delivered me a great move to AR. Worthy movers

I was looking for someone exceptional; those are seasoned as well as reasonable. I used Move it USA as suggested by my best friend. He was very pleased about their work. The moving team showed to me near about half an hour late but they finished my job on time. Workers seemed to me very energetic and knowledgeable. Nothing was scratched or broken. Move from FL to NY

I had a very positive experience with Move it USA. I was given seven days window to move to NY. The movers have been exceptionally perfect at their respective job. The guys checked in just 10 am in the morning and finished uploading all valuables within four hours on to their van. Move it USA catered our requirement unlike any other company I dealt with. Move It USA was great! I had Lee and his team and they actually made the moving process painless and kind of nice. They made me feel like I was surrounded with my friends, I had no worries and I knew I was in good hands. I have new carpets in my new apartment where I was moving so the guys put covers all over them, so the carpets did not get dirty. They really took a great care of all my things. Never having moved house before, I got quotes from five companies. Move It USA turned out to be substantially the most competitive – not least, perhaps, because they were prepared to move our belongings from Coral Springs, FL to Phoenix, AZ in shortest possible time! But I had already decided to use them because I had been so impressed by their surveyor and sales representative Todd. What a personality! He is very professional, patient and smart guy. On the moving day foreman Steve and his team of three worked tirelessly and with good humor. It was a long day, but they got the job done and we were very happy with them. I moved my business to St. Louis, MO from Coral Springs, FL. My business wasn’t going well at Seattle, profit line wasn’t satisfactory. So, I was looking for a new location and lucky me, found one at FL. I had all sorts of items in my store, from medicine to electronics. I needed an experienced moving company to help me move. I was keeping tabs on local news as well as the internet. I shortlisted three companies to carry out the work. Picked up late and I was ...

They were supposed to pickup between Thursday and Sunday and no one picked up and no one called me. I tried calling them Sunday and was unable to get in touch with anyone... I called on Monday and got in touch and they said [Something had happened to one of the trucks. My carpets were supposed to be cleaned on that Monday, and I had to push back all my dates because my stuff was still in the house. Then they told me someone would pickup on Tuesday, so they inconvenienced me again. Someone did come on Tuesday but he barely had enough room on the truck. So I had to leave stuff behind because I couldn't get everything on the truck because there wasn't enough room. Read more

Where is my deposit ?

We contracted with this company To move us. They reneged with their contract. They did not show up to move us as to the date. Some other company said they would move us with other payment terms ( all cash). They never showed on the days they said they would pick up. We had to call a reliable company locally who made our move successfully. This was two months ago, We are waiting for the $695.00 deposit.. that was promised for August 26, 2014. Horrible, stay away!!

EVERYTHING WENT WRONG... truck was late, communication with the customer was nonexistent, drivers had little no experience on driving a truck, packing and unpacking a truck based on their work ethics. Words cant describe the experience this company put my family through. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, AVOID THIS ...

Simply put, this company is nothing more then a scam and con artists, period!!!. Everything went wrong from truck arriving late, non existent communication with the customer, to driver always complaining that he's tired and need rests, Zero management involvement even when customer asks to speak with the supervisor, broken, damaged or out right missing items. Drivers never took responsibility even when we saw them first hand damaging our furnishings and home. If you want your house, personnel item damaged, broken, and dented, Move it USA is the company. IF NOT, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST because it cost us allot more by staying with them. We don't recommend this company to any one. Read more
