Move-it was responsible for a nightmarish moving experience. They changed our charged moving price AFTER loading our personal property,and they held all our belongings for ransom for an additional $5,000+ . We were forced to pay under threat of never seeing our priceless personal property (baby books,wedding photos) again. Not only did they fraudulently coerce an additional $5,000 out of us,but they damaged and stole several items of our property,including stealing our coin collection and scratching up and breaking numerous furniture items. DON'T FALL FOR IT! Move-it is a HORRIBLE and completely untrustworthy company. Run away!!!!

This company was responsible for moving our belongings from our 3-bedroom apartment in Pompano Beach, FL to our new 4-bedroom house in Atlanta, GA. The house in Georgia was too big for us to fill with brand new furniture. So we decided to take most of our old stuffs. The movers arrived 15 minutes late, but that’s obvious since we had a very late afternoon appointment. I was expecting the men to be worn out but they were as energetic as a horse. They packed up all our stuffs in just 45 minutes and started carrying out everything to the vans. The whole thing took just under 2 hours. I did have to pay them for the whole 2 hours though. The delivery was made 3 days later and everything arrived in Atlanta intact. Nothing was broken or damaged. The crew even helped us assemble the beds. I will definitely hire them again.

Delighted

Move it USA gave me the best experience of moving last week. They came and moved my all articles with great care and I believe this could not be better. Nothing got dented and no hassle till to the end delivery. I am delighted and would love to rate them 5 out of 5.

Moved to Austin

These guys rocked, I definitely would use them again. All of my stuff got there in good shape. I did my own packing but they still wrapped the furniture and some things they thought I didn't pack well enough. The foreman and crew were quick and professional. The guy in the office made sure everything was coordinated properly and that I was called 30 mins before. He even sent me a text mid day to make sure everything was going alright. While talking about service - Move it USA is the best in business.

Our move went smoothly from FL to MS. The crew of Move it USA arrived on time and moved at a quick pace. They made sure that our valuables were wrapped. They also had additional material to wrap our paintings, which we were not prepared for. This was a big help! Friendly, quick, easy to work with! I recommend!

Very impressed

I am very impressed with Warners van lines. They communicated very well leading up to the move, and kept me in the know about when my truck was going to show up even though they gave me an afternoon window. The movers were very fast and professional. The foreman spoke English natively, and that helped a lot with the communication. The move was very fast and efficient, and everything was taken care of well.

These guys are amazing!

I called with little more than a week's notice and was so nicely accommodated. Steve and his team showed up on time and with great attitudes. Their blend of professionalism and efficiency made this by FAR the best move I've ever made. Real care was taken to not damage either dwelling or the item being moved. Though I hope another move is in the very distant future, I will certainly call Move it USA when that time comes.

From FL to VA

At the first call I was warmly welcome. However, for me, only service talks. So, I wanted to see how good Move it USA really was. They exceeded my expectation through their skills and tools. They had really modern tools and were very compassionate to my stuffs. Being well equipped helped to manage the whole relocation process in quite a short time. Getting a lesser bill was awesome. They made the impression quite in an impressive way. I cannot thank them enough.

Highly satisfied with the move

I had to change my moving schedule at the last minute, but that didn’t cause any issue. The crew from Move it USA arrived at 5 pm on Sunday as they promised, packed everything securely and came back the next day to load those into the truck and then started to my new house. They were friendly and gracious. On arrival at the new house they quickly unloaded my stuff, assembled the furniture they had dismantled and left everything inside the rooms. Price wise they were noticeably cheaper than the others. We are very happy with the move.

They were even better this time

This is the second time that I have taken service from Move it USA. I was very happy with our previous move done by them and now for my recent move I am even more impressed. They have kept their commitment with regards to improving their service. The customer service was world class and certainly improved than before. I like their technique and uses of equipments to move heavy items. Keep up the work guys. I'm really glad to have such a reliable moving service provider within my reach. Absolutely awesome to deal with

Very professional crew and did not touch a single wall. They even had to move a safe into a tight fit area and were very knowledgeable when it came to determining if it would even fit. I honestly cannot say enough about Move it USA, very professional people and nice. I would recommend them!

Everything was perfect

They were so good during my move that I decided to review their company. Move it USA I worth every single dime. They made my money count. Their price was very moderate and the services were mind-blowing. Packers knew how to pack the glass ware and other fragile stuff, loaders knew how to deal with a heavy piano and the driver made sure that the delivery was made on time. Most importantly they didn’t damage anything and kept the cost under control.

Fantastic movers

Move it USA moved us couple of weeks ago, and I couldn't be happier with our moving experience. The guys were friendly and worked really hard. Our last moving experience with another moving company wasn't even close to as good. I would highly recommend Move it USA. We'll probably be moving in the next few years and I will definitely use them again! I fully endorse these guys. You won't be disappointed.

Did not even take a break!

Great job, showed up and didn't stop working for 5 hours (packing and loading)! Had I not hired Move it USA, I believe it would not have been a great moving experience, thanks to my salesman Chris who was with me throughout the entire process and answered all thousand of my questions! Just awesome team!

Excellent Customer Service

When I booked Move it USA, I hardly had any expectation because I never got a satisfactory move by any other movers which I used in the past. But when I spoke with their sales person Derek, I started to believe that they will do something good. But they actually delivered me a great move to AR. They maintained the checklist, met the deadline and charged what they quoted initially and most importantly they managed to complete the move without any errors! I am thankful to them for their excellent customer service.

Worthy movers

I was looking for someone exceptional; those are seasoned as well as reasonable. I used Move it USA as suggested by my best friend. He was very pleased about their work. The moving team showed to me near about half an hour late but they finished my job on time. Workers seemed to me very energetic and knowledgeable. Nothing was scratched or broken. At the end I gave them some extra task to do which they did all willingly. I really appreciate this kind of job. You guys are superb in moving business.

Move from FL to NY

I had a very positive experience with Move it USA. I was given seven days window to move to NY. The movers have been exceptionally perfect at their respective job. The guys checked in just 10 am in the morning and finished uploading all valuables within four hours on to their van. Move it USA catered our requirement unlike any other company I dealt with. There was no chance to ask them for penalty. I would like to make huge shout out for Move it USA . They are really professional persons.

Great moving company

Move it USA was excellent all around, from packing and picking up my stuff to delivery, they were fast and efficient but took great care of my belongings. The prices were reasonable and the customer service was great!

They did a great job

I used Move It USA for my move from FL to AL and this was by far the easiest move I've ever had. Incredible

Move It USA was great! I had Lee and his team and they actually made the moving process painless and kind of nice. They made me feel like I was surrounded with my friends, I had no worries and I knew I was in good hands. I have new carpets in my new apartment where I was moving so the guys put covers all over them, so the carpets did not get dirty. They really took a great care of all my things. They even disassembled my bed and put it back together in the new room. I was not charged for that. They worked quickly and efficiently, three really hard-working guys. Excellent company! Absolutely recommended!

They have done excellent

Never having moved house before, I got quotes from five companies. Move It USA turned out to be substantially the most competitive – not least, perhaps, because they were prepared to move our belongings from Coral Springs, FL to Phoenix, AZ in shortest possible time! But I had already decided to use them because I had been so impressed by their surveyor and sales representative Todd. What a personality! He is very professional, patient and smart guy. On the moving day foreman Steve and his team of three worked tirelessly and with good humor. It was a long day, but they got the job done and we were very happy with them. We have received our belongings on time and everything in perfect shape. I would certainly recommend Move It USA to anyone. In fact, I have already done and they are moving my friend's furniture to Virginia shortly!

A stressful move turned into fun

I do not like to move around, it seems a nightmare trying to pack everything by myself. That's why I was desperate to find a company that not only transported my things, but also help me pack them. The nightmare ended when I found Move It USA. I am very satisfied with the service they gave me and all at a very good price. Now I'm happy in my new home, but if I need them again, I will not hesitate to call them. Move It USA you surely have my recommendation.

I was looking for professional movers to get my family to our new home safely. Move It USA helped us to pack and unpack faster than I ever could have imagined and also ensured the pickup and drop off within the schedule and without any damage and hidden fees. These guys are truly the best movers around.

It was a smooth move

I moved my business to St. Louis, MO from Coral Springs, FL. My business wasn’t going well at Seattle, profit line wasn’t satisfactory. So, I was looking for a new location and lucky me, found one at FL. I had all sorts of items in my store, from medicine to electronics. I needed an experienced moving company to help me move. I was keeping tabs on local news as well as the internet. I shortlisted three companies to carry out the work. I contacted Move It USA first and I was convinced with their portfolio and the offer they made. I agreed to take their service and they made the move really easy for me. They have a good bunch of people who have good knowledge about the work. Their loading and unloading was done with minimum hassle. I'm lucky that I had no problems with my big move from Coral Springs.

Had to move from FL to NY

Had to move from FL to NY and it did not seem easy in this cold and snowy winter. Move It USA came to my rescue and made the entire job simple. Everything - from beds and sofas to kitchen crockery and electronics – was moved flawlessly and they saved me the ordeal of working in this chilly weather. A million thanks to the entire team!

A perfect moving company

A perfect moving company. They helped me pack up and haul everything out in a very prompt manner. The crew was on time and ready to go. Everything fit into one truck and I was getting worried that it might not, but once I saw how professional the company actually was, those fears quickly dissipated. Unloading everything was also a cinch. Move It USA treated fragile-marked items as fragile and did not throw anything around, compared to other moving companies.

Very reliable and efficient

I picked Move It USA because of their simplicity and flexibility. Competitive rates, no hidden fees, etc... They seemed simple and they are! When they showed up, on time (fantastic!), I felt right away that everything was professionally taken in charge. Such a stress relief! They really know and understand the stress of moving which they manage super well. They're dynamic, professional, and polite; they're diligent with your stuff. Basically, they're the best movers for your stuff and for yourself! I will surely recommend Move It USA.

Picked up late and I was ...

They were supposed to pickup between Thursday and Sunday and no one picked up and no one called me. I tried calling them Sunday and was unable to get in touch with anyone... I called on Monday and got in touch and they said [Something had happened to one of the trucks. My carpets were supposed to be cleaned on that Monday, and I had to push back all my dates because my stuff was still in the house. Then they told me someone would pickup on Tuesday, so they inconvenienced me again. Someone did come on Tuesday but he barely had enough room on the truck. So I had to leave stuff behind because I couldn't get everything on the truck because there wasn't enough room.

Very friendly, professional, easygoing

I know they broke one of the railings from my bed, so that was my only complaint. [They were] reasonably priced. They did everything for you. They had great tempers, very friendly, very professional. Easygoing

Where is my deposit ?

We contracted with this company To move us. They reneged with their contract. They did not show up to move us as to the date. Some other company said they would move us with other payment terms ( all cash). They never showed on the days they said they would pick up. We had to call a reliable company locally who made our move successfully. This was two months ago, We are waiting for the $695.00 deposit.. that was promised for August 26, 2014. They play the run around game with their phones when we call them. Be warned!

Horrible, stay away!!

EVERYTHING WENT WRONG... truck was late, communication with the customer was nonexistent, drivers had little no experience on driving a truck, packing and unpacking a truck based on their work ethics. NO respect to my family or me. They where paid to do a job and they failed in ever aspect from start to finish. NOTHING BUT HIGH STRESS AND HEADACHES. I WOULD NOT RECOMMAND THIS COMPANY!!!

HORRIBLE

Words cant describe the experience this company put my family through. Nothing went right and the customer service was down right RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and it seems no one answers the phone once you sign the contract. ZERO help or assistance from management. I would not recommend this company to any one. Nothing but a horrible experience and I simply paid people to break and damage my stuff.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, AVOID THIS ...

Simply put, this company is nothing more then a scam and con artists, period!!!. Everything went wrong from truck arriving late, non existent communication with the customer, to driver always complaining that he's tired and need rests, Zero management involvement even when customer asks to speak with the supervisor, broken, damaged or out right missing items. Drivers never took responsibility even when we saw them first hand damaging our furnishings and home. If you want your house, personnel item damaged, broken, and dented, Move it USA is the company. IF NOT, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST because it cost us allot more by staying with them. We don't recommend this company to any one.
