They showed up two hours late and we ...

We actually did not have a good experience with them because they came like super late. We had an appointment from like four to six, but they turned up only at six. ...We had requested them to turn up on time because the apartment we were moving into, they had a deadline of 7:00. ... Our new apartment actually charged us a fine of $250. ...We wouldn't hire them again.

They were expedient, nice and didn't ...

It was really good. The guys who did the moving were pretty expedient with things. They did everything really fast and nice. I did not have any damage or anything. The dispatcher ... She was very nice, she gave me a good rate and yeah, it was a good experience for me.
