I recently moved from Bethesda MD to New York City and could not have been more pleased. Because I was on a budget, I packed my own boxes and they labeled them accordingly. Nothing was lost, stolen, or otherwise damaged. My furniture and things that could not be boxed were wrapped in blankets and handled carefully. The movers showed up on time both to pick up my things and to drop them off. Because I was moving into an apartment building with specific service elevator hours and scheduling, Movers On The Way and especially Frank Silva was able to have an exact delivery date which was very important to me. While unpacking my crate on the street, none of my boxes were left unattended or out of eyesight. The movers Luis,David and Jose were professional and efficint. After reading the horror stories on the website I was extremely nervous about my experience, but I could not be more pleased. I would definitely recommend them! and use them again in the future

No Sweat Moving

It was a pleasure working with Movers On The Way. They were first company to contact me. Jose Luis was very friendly and thorough when he came out to the house to assess our move. He was very precise and efficient in estimating our quote, which wouldn’t change. The other companies I talked with only wanted to work over the phone and the price was only a quote and could change when they arrived for pick up. Movers on the Way we’re competitive, not the lowest but definitely not the highest either. David brought out my supplies for packing and was very organized. I was informed that I would be responsible for any breakage in the boxes I packed. Fortunately, I found only a candle lantern broken. On the day of the move, Nelson and his crew work endlessly and on a rainy day. They were prepared with floor runners which saved our floors and carpets. Nelson calmed any concerns I had and it was all good. Jose Luis worked out a a 2 weeks of storage for me so we could get some work done in our new home before the furniture was to arrive. He also worked out a delivery of some office furniture we had for our son in law at his office. Rudy and Billy were tremendous the move in day! Worked as a team and worked well with me and my labeling system getting all the boxes and furniture in the right spots. They worked tirelessly and even with a rain squall that happened they got everything on the driveway inside in time. Great job Movers on the Way!

REVIEW OF MOVERS

I am writing this as a caution to others: NEVER go onto the internet to find a mover. You will be paying several brokers before you pay the actual charges of the moving company the brokers hire. I was absolutely BLESSED to find,indirectly,LENNY at Movers on the Way and Storage. This gentleman represented his company so well when he refused to TRIPLE CHARGE ME as the brokers wanted him to do. He charged the price quoted when he arrived and,honestly,restored my faith in human beings. I had a difficult move in that I sold my Richmond,Virginia,apartment that was closing while I was in Paris. Therefore,I had to deal with unscrupulous brokers from afar who INSISTED that I had added items when I had not. Though I was not present,friends in Richmond who were present to help told me how impressed they were with Lenny and his fabulous assistant. They were BEYOND careful with my furniture,most antiques. I got to see this service up close and personal when these two gentlemen delivered the furniture to me. They were ULTRA careful with every piece of furniture and took their time to do a great job. I could not have been more pleased. With my two daughters moving from boarding schools to colleges to homes to vacation homes,I use movers all the time. I can assure you I will never use anyone but these movers....and I will always request Lenny. Cannot thank you enough.

Quick and Easy Move

David was professional and efficient. He even pointed out some issues within my apartment that I needed to bring to the attention of the apartment community. He was extremely customer friendly. The packaged everything to make sure nothing was damaged in the move and set everything up when we arrived. I would definitely recommend movers on the way to my friends and family!

From start to finish, Jose, David and their team were amazing! Jose actually came to walk through our home to be able to not only give us an accurate price, but tell us the amount of time that would be needed and he was spot on! David and his crew did an amazing job packing and unpacking and took the time to make sure they knew where everything would be going in our new home. They are all hard working and professional and you can tell they take pride in their business! Their team is who I would want to move my home every time!

FANTASTIC!

Moved 15 minutes across town,from a 3rd floor apartment to a multi-level townhouse. The guys were on time,quick and efficient,and SO helpful. All of our stuff was handled with care,nothing damaged or broken at all. They far exceeded my expectations. 10/10 would use again!!!

Team handled all of my belongings with care as if it were their own. All of my belongings were in the same condition as when i left them,everything was intact and had no problems during the move. They really care about their customers would definitely look for them again if i need to move again!

Moving experience.

I moved from Cumberland to Frederick Maryland. The crew that helped me move did an excellent job. They were very friendly and hard working guys. Helped with packing large furniture and carefully moving it in storage. Also helped with assembly and set up in the apartment move. Cleaned up . Altogether very good experience. Will use them in my future move.

Jose and his team did a great job! They were very efficient and professional. They wrapped everything, disassembled and reassembled large pieces, and were very proactive in their communication. I would recommend them to anyone looking to move, and if I ever need to move again they'll be the first people I call!

I moved from Silver Spring Maryland to Rockville Maryland. I had a wonderful experience with Mover On the Way. They are very careful and take care of the items as if it was their own. Protected everything in detail. My wooden floor had just been polished and they did not leave not even one scratch on it. Before we got our house we moved many times and used different companies and they didnt work not even half as good and careful as Movers on the way. The furniture,our arts and personal items were well protected and delivered intact. I definitely recommend these guys. They will treat everything as if it was their own. They care about you not just business!!
