THE WORST MOVING SERVICES COMPANY EVER - DO NOT CONTRACT THEM! Esto me paso este pasado viernes, por favor amigos de FL, leanlo y compartanlo, es el colmo que companias como estas existan, Es un abuso! This happened to us past Friday, so I'd ask my friends in FL to share it, I think companies like this one, should not be operating. PLEASE SHARE, WE AS CUSTOMERS MUST SHARE THIS KIND OF INFORMATION AND SPREAD THE VOICE ABOUT THIS KIND OF COMPANIES THAT SHOULD NOT EVEN BEEN IN THE MARKET. IF SOMEONE KNOWS WERE SHOULD I REPORT THIS TO A LOCAL AUTHORITY, PLEASE SHARE IT, FOR SURE I WILL. Past Friday May 29th we were supposed to start the moving at 12:30. This people arrived at 4:20 almost 4:30 pm - 4 HOURS LATE! The truck the sent was a 15' U-Haul truck!!!!!! , my stuff didn't fit in the truck, they are supposed to evaluate the inventory attached to the contract and send their own trucks, they don't have trucks, they rent at U-Haul! THEY ARE ALL ABOUT LYING TO CUSTOMERS. This people left some of my stuff out of the truck, ON THE STREET, since it didn't fit in the truck and they told me I would have to pay them to pick it up and bring it back to my place. So guess what, I had to carry everything myself, my husband and my brother back into the apartment. Plus I will have to pay them again or to another company to move the rest of my stuff to my new place and your movers left my things outside of the building on the street! I not only have had issues with the building, because we started too late the moving, I had to pay extra security deposit at my building and I had to pay an extra hour for the security guard too. This people should pay for this too! I will do the reviews I need to do about that company and the inefficiency they have demonstrated. ALSO I KNOW DELMA AND HER TEAM HAVE TOLD THE MOVERS TO LIE TO ME ABOUT WHEN THEY WERE GOING TO ARRIVE TO MY PLACE, THAT IS ABSOLUTELY DISHONEST. THEY KNEW FROM THE BEGINNING THEY WOULD BE 4 HOURS LATE AND THEY WERE LYING TO ME BY PHONE, TELLING ME THEY WOULD BE THERE SOON!! AND THOSE WERE INSTRTUCTIONS THEY WERE FOLLOWING FROM THEIR MANAGERS! WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS IT? Summary: They were late 4 HOURS, they sent me a tiny truck (UHAUL - WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE THEIR OWN HUGE TRUCKS! ANOTHER LIE!) knowing that there is an inventory attached to the contract that they were supposed to evaluate and send me something at least effective in terms of space. The movers left my stuff ON THE STREET and they didn't want to put it back inside the apartment, otherwise I'd have to pay them to do it!!!. We had to do it ourselves. Also, know that the moving was not only for their three movers, I had to call friends and family to help them to carry the stuff, because the lack of time, I had to do the moving on half an hour!. Absolute Nightmare!!!!

I actually had a horrible experience with this company. First they tried to tell me that the truck had broken down and couldn't move me until another day. Then they were sending another truck that did not show up until 6pm. Once they arrived, they tried to charge hundreds of dollars above what was agreed upon and for items that I was specifically told would not be charged. The person from the corporate office was extremely rude when we complained. The truck they brought was way too small for our belongings. They broke several pieces of furniture as well as light fixtures and doors. They ended up using a bungie cord to strap our mattress and headboard to the back of the truck. A nightmare!!!! Read more

Awesome service

Overall service is like they came in - due diligence, did their job, didn't joke around. In the allotted time, they even had time left over. The pricing was cool. Yes the crew were quick and delivered my items on time. Yes, I would recommend them to my friends and family who will move in future. For future customers I can say just go ahead and do it. Should be more careful while handling ...

It was okay. I felt that he was rushing a bit but I guess he was rushing to save me money. He was little bit frantic with my belongings and being a little rough with scramming things down. My couch wasn't wrapped properly or whatever. When they put it through the door, it ripped off some of the leather on the couch. I understand you expect things to get damaged and chipped in the move but I felt like they were little bit rough. So at the end I said just don't move my art work, I will take it. To move it I asked him for boxes which was $35 a box. He said why can't you put in one box and then he just threw them in one box. I told him to stop and said I can pick the art work. That is fine. I don't want you appreciate things are valuable. I had taken care of them. Pricing was fine. It was little confusing because they said it was a discount as I got it on groupon or something. I got a $250 off at something. They explained it and it worked out alright. That was fine. I mean the guys were nice. I just felt like they weren't careful with my things. That was the bottomline. I am like just got to be little bit more careful when handling other people things. Something else - he put a chair on side and two legs were sticking out. Then he put a box on top of the chair. The guys were extremely efficient and ...

My experience was very good. The guys they sent for moving were extremely efficient. They never stopped working, not for 5 seconds. They obviously moved people many many times, they wasted no moment and they were careful with the stuff and they were pleasant. The prices were reasonable. Absolutely no damage to stuff. Honest to God I can't think of the thing they needs to improvement, if it isn't broke don't fix it. Use these guys. And also they didn't pull any crap about changing the price or anything like that and they were very careful in putting it all in an email and laid out, so that there will be no surprises. Except for the price, everything went ...

My move was good. The pricing was - I had gotten a groupon. That's why I had a discount. But, the only thing is that I wasn't aware of additional charges like if there is if they need to wrap the stuff up so they charge you by piece of furniture and so I thought that it would be included in the service and I ended up paying a pocket of few more hundred dollars, that was little bit surprising to me. But the people were nice and they didn't damage any of my furniture. I probably would recommend them. I would just make people aware of that there is additional charges for the things that to be wrapped, they will not remove furniture that isn't wrapped. There are additional charges where people think that they were paying exactly what they will be paying, they gonna become pocket more more than what they were estimating. I wasn't satisfied with the move

They were late and I wasn’t satisfied with the customer service and communication of the actual staff that came out for the move. The price was little bit higher than what I was quoted. And I ended up coming out out of pocket. I used under the time I set, but I still ended up paying more than was I expected to. Read more

It was nice experience. I had no issues

The experience was good, they did a good job, they came on time. They were pleasant and they wrapped stuff, they took care of everything, they went quickly. It was good and I had no issues at all. I used groupon which was great, it worked out well. The only thing I paid for was additional wrapping and some other furniture and so on. But aside from that because I used groupon, it was great deal and I as long as the group on came along I will definitely use this company again. Awful service

I want my $40 back. The guy was not very nice. He at the very end of the move wanted extra money from me. I said that is not part of it. He said yes it is. He lied to me. That is why I sent a message to your company. I don't believe I got a message back about this $40. It is not. It is the principle of things. I hated the company and I am going to tell everybody about it not to use their services. He was very rude. In the beginning he gave me a different estimate. My husband had to call the company and say it was a different estimate. So within that half an hour to an hour, he used up my time to verify the estimate. He was awful. It was great experience. When they arrived they did everything very fast. It was a very good experience. I liked their facility and customer service. When I told you guys we got information about moving services. I spoke with Kat and she was trying to fix my needs and which one was the best price and the best way to do it. Terrible experience

First of all they take advantage of the service. I had an issue with all my goods. They charged me double and extra fee for roll tape that they used. They charged me $5 for each one. Nobody told me that. They charged me more rolls for what they used. That is not right. Read more

Annoying crew average service

The guy all the time asked me for tips before he started moving the stuff. I don't think that is really nice. This guy was really pain in the neck. He was all the time asking us for tips because he was fatigued and things like that. You don't go to a resturant and the waiter ask for money before you buy something. He didn't told me that every time they used a cardboard they are gonna charge me $5 for each one. I pay them anyways. I didn't like the way he did things. The people who called me on the phone were really nice. These guys who came to move it - I didn't like it at all. I didn't call the customer service but I should have. Courteous crew great service

It was fine. It went really well. They worked like dogs but they were great. They were on time. They were courteous. They did exactly what we needed them to do. It was great. I think my husband did look around. Yes, the price was reasonable. He checked with few other places. They were great. They were courteous. They were nice. One guy was basically telling others but the others were helpful as well. They were great. They all worked together and they got the job done. Awful move

Other than being rude to me, they actually when they were moving my stuff, they were not careful with anything. I understand that when you put something on the truck, it might slam. They were actually pushing stuff out of the truck and letting it drop to the floor, dishes and glassware. I had to walk over and request they stop doing that. I think I was asked to give a review and I gave a negative review. I don't really remember that. Pricing - I don't even want to get into that. I used a groupon but anyways pricing doesn't matter. Very bad experience

We had communicated with them on several occassions that they had to be on time because the new building we were moving to, we had to rent the elevator and we only had elevator for like three hours. We told them on multiple occassions like you have to be on time for our apartment. You have to be on time. We only have the elevator for three hours. Over and over and over. Asked her to write it down. Asked her to make a note. She says she called, explained it to everyone. It wasn't done. They got there about 45 minutes to an hour late which ofcourse blew off the whole move. The guy that came with the group - I guess the supervisor. We were told that we would have three people who will be moving our stuff. It was really two because the third guy literally just sat there and watch the two guys move. That made the move even longer. Literally we had no dishes when we moved to the new apartment because they broke them all. The lift on the moving truck was broken. So they were literally like physically lifting stuff into the truck and not use the lift which made it take even longer. The estimate was fine but at the end of the day it was bad. They were good. They did on-time and did they what they told me and it was a good company. Really I don't know about pricing because for the first company I called I accepted. I never looked for another one. That's the reason I don't know about the price but it was good. Everything was good. Everything was so good. Not satisfied with the service

There were few things that were confusing. In the beginning they did the way they do. It was not clear. What I have understood that I was going to pay for was not that I was going to pay for, even more. Their leader told me you pay this first amount. Actually what they did was sold me discount. You pay $400 for a discount of this. My moving cost me $1500 almost and I wasn't expecting to pay that much. The service itself - no problem calling the company not so much the helpers, but the driver was very careless with my stuff. He dropped one of my tv. He has broken one. I called the company to tell them about this issue, they never actually called me back. I had a sofa bed and he dropped it. The sofa bed is now loose. I was doing some stuff at that time and I was putting down boxes. Then he complained to me about stuff not me doing that. I understood the first time and then he said it again. I guess all the employees were fine and liked them. They arrived on time, They delivered all the items safely, there was no damage or anything. It worked out. I would recommend them to my family and friends who would move in future. I had very good experience with this company. My advice is that to keep up the good work and good customer service. An average move

I am not very happy with the company or their price because I was quoted a deal but I paid a different price. The movers were great. I bought four labor times but I don't remember the price. They want to charge me for two hours because the guy who explained me the deal told me that there was one transportation charges included, plus three labor times and then another difference in time. I had to fight because they had to charge me for two more hours. The crew were very very good. It was everything like how they packaged everything. I think its everything not one specific part. A very unsatisfactory move

I have a 1,100 sqft condominium consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and fully furnished. The movers, even after knowing this, sent me a small truck. I had to send it back and get another one and was still charged by the moving company for the time it took to get a new truck, even though it was their fault for bringing a small one.
