I wasn't particularly thrilled with them. They didn't move all of the items as instructed. So they didn't move everything. So I ended up having to get a truck on my own the next day to finish stuff that they didn't move. I had made a couple of phone calls and didn't get replies. Thieves, lazy, bribery, careless

These guys are the worst! The movers I wanted to hire were booked on the weeked that I needed. I paid for 3 workers for 4 hours. 2 showed up. One of the guys called his boss every 10 minutes threatening to quit. The crew quit working half-way through the job and left. This is when I found my computer in the back seat of his truck. The owner threatened to walk off the job unless I paid up front. As soon as I (reluctantly) paid, they left. When I demanded a refund, the owner, Scott, agreed to give me money back contingent on a 5-star review. I did not agree to that. Any good reviews are based on bribery. Everything was great

Everything was great the only thing was there was a box lost, but besides that it was fine. Just a box of dvds was forgotten, we don't know where it went, they said that they were going to talk to the actually movers but I haven't heard back from them. Very professional

They were on time, very professional and did a good job. They were cheaper than I thought a moving company would have been and I would definitely say to call them first because of their price and how good they were. [The estimate] was pretty much right on target. I went about one hour over time, but we had already talked about what the overtime fees would be ahead of time so it wasn't a surprise. I'm not happy

My initial contact was very accommodating and I would say that his customer service skills were great. So he made me feel very comfortable in doing the transaction. The movers themselves, I didn't expect to come dressed up in a 3 piece suit or anything, but they weren't very professional in appearance. Basically I wasn't happy with them at all. I've moved before, I've had bigger moves than this, it took them a while to get themselves organized and my expectation was that they would come in and they would move the furniture and know how to do it basically in a organized fashion without receiving any direction from me and for the most part they didn't receive direction from me but they were very slow. Would Not Use

$3,000 worth of jewelry was stolen by a moving company they used. They have refused to provide me with information on the name and address of the company used. Would not recommend, background checks on these movers are most likely not done so you don't know who is entering your house. Movers were slow and far from professional movers for the price of $75/hr for two movers. Would not use, movers are not bonded. Read more

They were good

The price was right for the amount of time we had to have them, and it was very worth the money. Helped me quite a bit. They were good, not so sure they were too experienced with packing the truck because they kinda relied on me telling them what I thought. I had experience with others where there was one foreman that kinda took care of everything and he knew how to get the most out of the truck. Oh my god -- stay away -- these guys ...

Promised professional movers --- furthest from the truth --- showed up with a 13' box truck -- took 3 trips instead of 1 -- damaged both the house I was moving out of and moving into -- when I complained -- they went dark and didn't respond --- STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! Read more

Timely service without any hassles

They were on-time, they were very friendly and they did a good job overall. They took care of my belongings well, without any damage. They quoted me a low price, so the final total was a little bit higher, but not by that much. My advice to future customers would be to make sure they're able to finish within the time they quote. I had no problems with them, the move was perfect. The pricing was reasonable compared to other companies and the staff was wonderful, they were very careful, very polite and very nice. Terrible experience

It was very ugly at first. I have nothing wrong with the guys that did the move, but they scratched my furniture. My husband kept on saying we need more than two people. When they got out here, they couldn't do the job. We needed four people. Then they dealt with us. They had trouble that day with our truck. This is the story that we got - their truck broke down. They were supposed to be there early in the morning and they didn't show up until 4:30. I don't think it was the movers' fault - the actual guys who were moving. It was just very unorganized. Their boss came out and he was just a super nice kid. They gave us a deal but I still don't have my furniture fixed. Hopefully I'll never have to move again - that is a terrible affair. The price was about the same as other companies because they estimated low and then we knew it was going to take longer than what they estimated. My furniture was very precious to me and the first piece they carried down, they broke. It was very, very stressful. I wouldn't advise anyone to use this moving company. If they would have listened to my husband when he said that we had heavy pieces and needed more help, the moving would have been smoother. Not at all a good experience

It was not a good experience. I had some issues with the movers arguing and taking their time. I lost about half an hour with them bickering back and forth between each other. I incurred quite a bit of damage to some of my property. I had a broken chair -- the arm on my chair was broken. I also had some broken dishes. They cracked my mattress and damaged my dresser. It was good. The pricing was reasonable. I received all the services that I requested. I probably wouldn't recommend them this time. They had over-billed me - I have to get that dispute corrected first. They didn't really need to do too much of the packing, I kinda handled some of that myself. Read more

They didn't damage anything. They were very careful with my antiques and they put everything where I wanted them to. They were real efficient. They were on time. I thought it was pretty decent. They were right on top of everything

My moving experience was fine, everything was fine, they were on-time when they said they would be and they made the delivery when they said they would make it, it was no damage done, everything was fine. Bad moving experience

My moving experience was horrible. Basically, they didn't come on the day they were supposed to come, I have to wait until the following week for them to come. The prices were reasonable. Moving services were okay. Make sure that before the driver leaves the location because they said that the person is not answering the phone for the manager to call and confirm. Read more

AVOID this company

AVOID this company. Showed up an hour later than the time frame they gave me. Drivers drove 10-25mph under the speed limit (presumably to get overtime charges). Drivers appeared to be ungodly high when they got out of the truck to deliver contents to my destination. Even with their ultra slow driving, the drivers had 30 minutes to make a 15 minute drive to their HQ, and somehow I was charged a $44.50 quot;Extra Time & quot; fee. The only way I could have been more disappointed is if they ruined my belongings in route, which I was fortunate did not happen. Read more

I recently moved from West Homestead, Pennsylvania to Wexford, Pennsylvania. I am satisfied with the move. They came on time, and they offered the best parts of the move. The movers were pricey

We moved from our home to our mother-in-law's home, and I am unhappy with the move as they gave me a non-binding quote of $1,350 and I ended up paying them $1,450. They charged me $100 extra for the service charges and there was no response from them to any of my messages. They didn't have any proper equipment to do the move.  Read more

Very unsatisfied with the move

They did not get the right size truck. Everything was crammed and there were damages to my furniture. My recliner's leg got broken. Some of my doors were damaged. I am still waiting for the claims form. I do not recommend them. Read more

Terrible experience

The move was not done professionally. The movers arrived with no tools to take furniture apart which is what I have contracted them to do. Consequently, they shoved the furniture through doorways, damaging the walls and doorways as well as my furniture. That was my biggest complaint. They arrived on time and were courteous, but the manner in which they moved was very disappointing. The dining room table which was brand new ended up being scratched in a number of places and my brand new dresser was also damaged. Read more

Bad, unfortunate experience.

I had a relatively easy move to do. 1st floor wide-open apartment and was quoted a price of $299 for 4 hours and 1 of those hours was designated for travel time. When they arrived, one mover spent about 20 minutes fumbling through an explanation of additional costs. They, of course, counted that as time they were moving and that subtracted from the time of total move. The 2 movers worked hard but took a while...probably because the 1 mover was doing most of the work and the other one mentioned 3 or 4 times that we would be going over our allotted time. When they got to our destination to drop off our things, the one mover started explaining how they have to tack on almost 3 hours worth of additional fees and made sure I knew that tips were "greatly, greatly" appreciated. In this economy, going the extra mile for a customer will go a long way. Word of mouth is huge these days. When I asked for an explanation of the additional costs, the mover handed his phone over to me and the manager from the warehouse was on the other end. He proceeded to raise his voice at me from the very beginning and all I asked for was a reason my quoted price of 299 bucks turned into 600 on a simple move.
