If I could I'd give them 0 stars I would! Good companies don’t need reviews, people only leave reviews when a company doesn't hold up their side of the service. This company should NOT be considered a "TOP 5 RATED MOVING COMPANY". THEY ARE ALSO NOT BBB ACCREDITED. Israel, Mike, Jennifer, and Amir, I don’t know how you all sleep at night knowing you scam and steal from people! From the low initial quote - which by the way my husband walked through every room and told Israel EXACTLY what was coming (what it's really called is a bait and switch), to the lack of communication, to the showing up 24 hours unannounced, but as per Amir we didn't say the date we did (still waiting on those transcriptions, bud). I'm guessing we never got them because you're wrong. Whenever we tried reaching out when they did wrong no one answered & when they did, we would get the run around or a snotty attitude from Jennifer. OR they ghost you, but when they need payment they are nice and say "any resolutions will be deducted off the final price." WRONG. Not only were we charged close to 3 times the amount we were quoted because of a HORRIBLE quote from Israel who was also supposed to be our POC throughout our whole move if anything went wrong, HEY just so you know Israel left us out to dry-until this day we still haven't heard from him, although we have called, left voice mails, emailed, AND even texted his number he provided us with. Amir, who is the "dispatch supervisor" (not much of a supervisor and professional BTW) called my husband a liar and when my husband asked for transcripts since all the phone conversations are "recorded," as per Amir, he never sent those over either (we're still waiting on those if you care to send them over). Mike, who calls himself the "supervisor", didn't have time for us because he was waiting for a flight with his wife on a Friday afternoon while our whole move was a disaster - great supervising done on your end, pal. Jennifer, their secretary, is snotty, condescending, and apparently can not deal with hard situations as she told my husband and blamed my husband for their mistakes. She seems to be blind to the fact that her bosses put her in these situations, not the customers. If the customers were treated correctly they wouldn't be getting the phone calls they get. NOT a professional company at all. They lack empathy and ANY proper business etiquette, they make it sound like they care and are there for you in the beginning, BUT they aren't, they're only there for your money. It really is a shame. Again, not sure how people like this are still in business and not only that but how do they sleep at night? They haven't reached out to us with a "resolution", they probably think we forgot, but when you take food out of peoples mouths people don’t forget. They took advantage, they saw their opportunity and jumped right on it.

Excellent Moving Company

We moved from NY to FL. From the very beginning, the salesperson was professional, accurate and helpful. The Customer Service Representative was polite and helpful. The pick up and delivery movers arrived on time. They were professional, helpful and very accurate. When our items were delivered to FL there were no missing items or damages. We would definitely use this moving company again

I was very pleased with this moving company. They arrived on time and we're very respectful. They handled all my furniture with care. The price is affordable. To anyone who is looking for a moving company I defiantly recommend them. You won't be disappointed I know I am not. The next time I move I will defiantly use their services again.

Overall great service

I wanted to keep it short and simple. If you are looking for professional movers then this is the right company. I will not hesitate to say that they helped with everything and made sure all my belongings were intact.

Would hire again

So thankful I chose Moving Relocation Systems. I have never moved long distance before, so I was really nervous. I took my time and shopped around. After speaking with Dylan, I felt a certain level of comfort. I decided to go with this company, with Dylan as my moving consultant. The pricing was good. They weren’t the lowest or the highest. I had no surprises on moving day. The crew was professional and worked very quickly. I would definitely recommend them again.

Stellar Job

The guys did a stellar job at making sure all of our items were as secure as possible and moved safely. What stood out a lot is that they wrap up your stuff in bubble wrap. we were also pleased to see the exact same crew to unpack our stuff as the ones who packed it. We would recommend this company to anyone looking for long distance moving companies.

Best Company Hands Down!

Their customer service makes them the best company hands down. The representative that called us to provide us with an estimate, Dylan, was absolutely helpful, professional, and polite. He even offered us 30 days of free storage in IL once I've moved? Perfect! Door to door means even if I leave it in storage, you deliver to my new place? Perfect! Prices are totally reasonable. It is extremely comparable to moving myself, given the time and effort it would take me. And I am certain it will be done better! All boxes and shipping materials they will need to protect my items are already included in the price estimation. This makes it so easy to plan what the cost will be. I’m so happy we chose Moving Relocation Systems Inc.

A good choice!

What a great choice I made choosing this company! I received a promotion at my IT job, while excited, relocating long distance was a first for me. I started to do my research online. That was not fun after the 100th call! Once I talked to as many people as a I could, I narrowed it down to 3. I ended up choosing Moving Relocation Systems, based on their honesty, customer service, and reputation. My representatives Josh and Dylan were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They kept in contact with me from the moment I paid my reservation deposit, up until move day. They were readily available to answer any questions I had or succumb any anxieties I had. I received a call from the dispatch department a few days before my move to confirm the pick up dates and times. Even though we had to use my back up pick up date, the movers showed up on time. They were extremely helpful and handled my items with care! The delivery of my items was earlier than I expected. I would definitely use Moving Relocation Systems again!

Almost spot on

Vicki, the customer service rep as well as the movers were courteous, fast and professional. They were honest and efficient. They were easy to contact prior to the move for all of our questions and received clear answers. They came well prepared with all of the necessary equipment. They wrapped and packed all of our items carefully for protection without making us worry. I will highly recommend Moving Relocation Systems and use them again if ever needed in the future. I am not big on moving and since I am a teacher, I do not plan on moving much. I am not sure if I will need them but they will always be in my back pocket if so.

BEST CHOICE MADE

We had a very long and busy move down to Florida,and our experience was excellent thanks to Dylan our sales rep,the driver and the crew that picked up on both ends of the move. The price of the move was better than expected and reasonable. The breakage was minimal. Our load arrived on time and was professionally handled. We would recommend Moving Relocation Systems to anyone, especially if you get the crew that we got! Amazing. Their estimate was accurate in price for our huge load. Thank you to everyone involved with this stressful move. You all made it much easier. I will without a doubt recommend Moving Relocation Systems for anyone looking to have their move done right.

Great Decision

We recently relocated for my job and my company set up the move with Moving Relocation Systems. I didn't like that they wouldn't give me a delivery date until the day they showed up to pack (I guess this is common), but they showed up on time and delivered as expected. The crew out of NJ was awesome, polite and even engaged in conversations with my 10 and 8 year old. Unfortunately,the loading took a little longer then expected but it was a phenomenal move. Nothing missing or broken and everything reassembled correctly. Thank you Moving Relocation Systems.
