Two days ago this company came to move me . I made very clear it was important to be attentive to a king size sleep number bed. Including keeping the parts together to reassemble it. Well we got to my new place and they said they had lost a part. So I paid $190 to have a sleep number technician come take a look. They hadnâ??t lost a part they had broken the entire air chamber and platform for the bed. The cost for parts and labor is more than a new bed. I contacted them this morning in a hope to find a professional moving company who covers the losses of their mistakes. What I got was first of all a laughable excuse that the bed was already taken apart when they arrived. Iâ??m a disabled veteran in a wheelchair I had woken up a few minutes prior to there arrival and the bed was fully assembled still with my sheets and blankets on it. So that excuse didnâ??t fly so they resorted to the next which was â??not my problem â?? which they will soon see itâ??s more than their problem. On the day of the move someone I didnâ??t know who yet stole $1600 from my wallet in cash. I tried believing it wasnâ??t the movers but now seeing how their business operates I am almost positive it was them since the only other person present was my case manager and a caregiver both of whoâ??s job it is to protect veterans. I seriously doubt it was one of them. So hereâ??s my review if you want a company who doesnâ??t stand behind their work and steals your money and valuables this is your five star mover. If you want pros youâ??d probably find better anywhere but this place. They may not think itâ??s their problem to destroy $3000 sleep number beds and rob theyâ??re customers but I sure do and Iâ??m sure the courts will to.
