Great company!

We had to move at the middle of December across the country and called Moving USA. They arrived on time, were friendly and cheerful, and endlessly patient as we figured out how to get my furniture into my new apartment (with a tricky security gate). Nothing was broken or scratched and the move felt like it took no time at all. The cost was reasonable and WELL WORTH IT.

I moved from Jacksonville to Miami using Moving Usa company and it was really great! Every time I had a question, I emailed my moving specialist and she got back to me within 30 minutes. They inventoried all of my stuff by putting stickers with my name and a number on everything. When they were bringing it into new my apartment, they gave me the list and I checked off everything to make sure they weren't missing anything. The only thing I can say that was bad was that they said they were dropping off my belongings between 9 and 5 and they got here at 4. Otherwise, I have no complaints, everything was in one piece! The guys were all very nice as well. Use Moving Usa if you are moving across the country! My experience with Moving Usa overall is hands down the best I've had with a moving company. They are extremely genuine and up front when it comes to providing information. The movers were amazing at what they do and had a great sense of humor. I give my hearty recommendation to Moving Usa for all of your moving and storing needs.

These people take pride in their work!!! The Moving Usa movers were gentlemen!!! They were very professional, extremely hard working and a pleasure to deal with. They arrived on time, were very courteous and did an excellent job of moving furniture, boxes and appliances through a difficult passage and small elevator to the ground floor. From there, they did an outstanding job of loading the truck to both maximize its available space and to insure a safe trip. I am happy to say that everything arrived in great shape and the movers who unloaded the truck even commented on the professionalism of the loading. The guys that unloaded the truck were just as professional as the guys who loaded the truck. I already referred them to my friend and would refer them to anyone who cares about their belongings as much as I care about mine.
