WORST moving company EVER, Stay away

Not sure where to start with this one so I will just start with the pick up experience. The guys who were supposed to pick up my things were unaware that there were two stops even though that had been thoroughly discussed at the time of booking. Changed the day and time on me four times,which is very stressful as far as when things needed to be packed. One of the pickup guys was hitting on me and asked me for my number to which I declined. Got my number from nation relocation inc and proceeded to text me until I blocked him. Called me on a different number later and I had to block that too. Extremely disturbing that his company didn't keep my personal information confidential. Drop off was equally as awful as pickup. Date and time kept changing and was WEEKS later than promised. I had to start a new job without my things. Upon arrival here were several things missing including my bed rails,a rug,and a small ladder (to which they tried to just swap out a larger ladder and call it a day). The mover insisted he had brought my bed rails in when I asked him which was untrue.Damages included a whole box of linens and a backpacking sleeping bag that were ruined with motor oil because they put a LAWN MOWER on top of the box. A few boxes of dishes/glassware were broken despite having been carefully packed. And several of my plastic bins were totally mishappen or broken. Looked like they just slammed my things around repeatedly. The last piece I will share with you was the claim I submitted for the damages. I estimated an amount of $500-$600 in lost or damaged items and they reimbursed me $28. After everything else I experienced with this company this shouldn't have come as a shock,but it was still a blow. Since I had complained about my experience they added "$75 for your troubles" to add up to a whopping $103. Please do not trust this company. They made an already stressful cross country move into a real nightmare. Do your research. Read more

Moving Company Scam

Gave lust if furnishings and hit estimate. When movers came they said it was a lot more than they expected. Even Uhaul knows how to estimate based on number of rooms. Price went way up. Delayed picking it up with excuses but worse part came when we got ready for delivery. It's been 4 days and we still don't have our furniture! Every time I call they have another excuse and today Dan hung up on me when I said don't you people talk to each other? Calls back go unanswered. Don't use these people EVER!! Read more

Very reliable

The guys shrink wrapped some items where it was necessary. They brought blanket to secure fragile pieces. They took extreme care while riding. We got that proof when they came with the consignment on their mentioned time. I was pretty happy to see my possessions in almost perfect condition. I am decided from now on not to hire any other mover except Nation relocation. They are the best. Read more
