I set up a move from Florida to Minnesota in October of 2022. I triple checked that they knew what they were picking up and that i would pay no more than $1450. I had to pay them $900 for pick up. They showed up unprepared and said they had to reschedule. Communication dwindled down to almost nothing at that point, ignoring all of my efforts to just get an update. I finally got them on the phone in August of 2023 and he (Nick) told me they had to increase my price from $1450 to $2800 and i needed to pay an additional $900 for them to send a teuck for pick-up to "prove that ill pay them in full" and that they wouldn't be making any money on my move. So i said no because i signed a contract and they needed to honor the contract or i would like my money back and i will take my business elsewhere. He said he would call me back, and that was the last i heard from the company. I have been reaching out every day since then and i have to been able to get a response at all. This is the worst company i have ever delt with. Garbage people running a garbage company.

Don’t use them!
They sent a truck that was too small,shoved our things I. It. Failed to pick up our storage unit,don’t have delivery and it’s been three weeks since pick up. Doubled the original price,no communication about where the truck is and when it will arrive,if it will arrive. They are scammers,very stressful and anxiety producing,they have everything we own! Held our stuff hostage,demanded more money,doubled the original quote. There is no recourse. We have contacted FMCSA,no response. We will contact the police and the FBI.
