This is a horrible moving company

This company has lost over $6,000 of my personal property while in their storage and has damaged almost all of my new furniture. The bill to fix the damage will probably exceed $1,500. The worst part though was the attitude of the crew on pickup. they were verbally abusive to me and my family when I refused to provide an imprint of my credit card the second day of the pickup. The office manager also has done very little to resolve the missing furniture. They are crooks and thieves and do not know the first thing about honesty and integrity. Nothing they did on this move was professional or ethical. they have destroyed and lost so much of my property, and only say "file a claim" if you don't like it. Horrible moving experience.

They did a good job, but a little ...

They did pretty good except after they came to the new house, it was raining. I wish they could have waited or worn something on their legs to avoid making a mess inside the house, but other than that they did a good job. A little cleanup would have been nice.

It was good

The move was ok, it took a little longer than expected, but everything went well. They got the job done. The quote did change once they got started, which we didn't expect. [The packing] went fine. I would recommend them.

Did a fine job

They were good. I think they expanded the hours a little more than they should have been but they basically did a good job. They quoted me a price which I knew was way under. He said he was gonna take two hours and I knew it possibly couldn't take less than four. I would recommend them. They were good. They were fine. They did what they were supposed to do. I didn't have the whole house. I had only few pieces to move. So it wasn't like they had to pack anything.

Overall, a pleasant experience

It was pleasant. The actual movers themselves were very professional, very courteous. Apparently the sales guy committed to things that the movers said they don't usually do, but the movers went ahead and did it. They showed up on time and finished it in less than the time proposed. The pricing was reasonable. Packing was done to my satisfaction. I would recommend them. I did receive all the services that I requested.

Organized and professional service

The move was good. They took their time. They packed the stuff up well with blankets and everything so that nothing would get scratched. They didn't stall or anything like that. They worked. The pricing was reasonable. I did all the packing. They just packed the furniture and put blankets on and packed the truck. They just packed the truck and moved it to the next place. The crew behaved very well. I would recommend them to my friends and family for their future move. They were professional.

Horrible Experience

Do not use these thiefs. They quote a price jack up the rate and underestimate the total cost and your stuff gets totally trashed by undocumented losers. This company needs to be put out of business.

A real good experience with friendly ...

Recently we moved our stuff within Florida. It turned out to be a really good experience. The staff was friendly and took good care of our things. Nothing was broken or lost. The pricing was also comparable and we are very happy.

Five Stars!!!

This is a five star moving company. I am so impressed with the quality service I received on my move from North Carolina to Maryland. From beginning to end this company was extremely professional. When the men showed up at my home they were in a truck that said Neighbors Van Lines, wearing a uniform that said Neighbors Van Lines, and gave me a contract that said Neighbors Van Lines. The guys that arrived to pick up my things were obviously experienced and knowledgeable about what they were doing. I didn't worry at all because the long distance manager and the driver of the truck both assured that they would be arriving to deliver it in Maryland in 4 days. The guys came right on time and the exact same gentlemen who did the loading were the men delivering at my new home. I even tipped the guys because they had been so nice and hardworking. They did everything for me. I would definitely recommend this company.
