We could not have been more pleased with our recent moving experience provided by NEHMS. The crew of four highly professional and experienced movers loaded our furniture and boxes onto two trucks packed to the gills and they did so good naturedly, respectfully, and extremely efficiently. We were thrilled to have the same great crew unload us at our new house as well, because we felt we already had a terrific relationship with them from the previous day when they loaded our belongings. We had done our due diligence by getting estimates from three other companies before making our decision to engage NEHM. The company’s operations manager, Kevin Carson, made this a great experience from the start: he explained all of the details involved in a move like ours, including the challenge of moving a 92 gallon aquarium! His personal and professional manner combined with his many years of working in this field gave us confidence in his judgment and advice about our move. We were very satisfied with his competitive estimate and cost of what turned out to be a flawless move from Holliston to Cape Cod. From our very first meeting with Kevin until the final closing of the truck door when our move was complete, we were totally satisfied and pleased with our decision to use this company. It was also great to use a local company that we can trust to handle such a large and complicated move such as ours. During the month before the move, Kevin made himself completely available to answer our many questions as they arose and he always responded promptly with sound advice and reassurance. On the first moving day, we realized that we had much more furniture than we had initially planned, yet when our crew encountered this challenge, they took matters in stride and with good nature, despite having to reload a good portion of the second truck. Each crew member brought his own special quality and talent to this move. For example, whenever a challenge came up, Keith would always say, “No problem, that’s what we’re here for!” We really appreciated that Angel took extra time and care to wrap our most fragile possessions as if they were his own. Sean handled the heaviest of cartons and furniture with ease and good nature. Joe, the youngest and newest member of this team, was eager, enthusiastic, and showed great energy and stamina. As a team, they all worked exceptionally well together, and their effort was as strong and determined in the last hour as it was in the first. Every member of the team demonstrated an intense eagerness to please and they were willing to accommodate any and all of our requests. Based on our exceptional experience, we highly recommend NEHM without hesitation. These guys are THE BEST!
