Upset with the moving experience

Who is the driver? That guy is very rude. In the middle of the night, around 10:00, he put everything in the middle of the road and he goes away. We sent a lot of emails but they didn't respond to anything about that. I tried to call them but they said they won't talk about these things on the phone. We are very upset. It was very expensive. First, it is cheaper, but after they come and pick up my stuff it's very expensive, more than other companies. Small things they are charging for - it's very high. Nobody can book this company. They are very bad. They are very expensive. They say they are giving you good deal but they are giving a little bit of a discount, but after pick-up they are charging a lot of money for us. I am telling everybody don't go with this company. It's very very cheating. I don't like this company. They threw all of our things in the middle of the road. We are very upset about this company.
