Easiest moving experience EVER
I recently had the craziest yet best moving experience possible with Nobel. My roommate and I were living in the same apartment for the last 5 years,as I moved to Florida for school in 2006 and moved 1-2 times per year all throughout my time in Tallahassee. It was terrible. When I graduated and made it down to Miami my first apartment was gorgeous but a mess when it came to AC outages, power not working, termites, etc. I moved to downtown Miami and after that experience never wanted to move again. When the time finally came,it took months to find the right apartment, weeks to get the paperwork settled, and I was finally ready to move. My roommate used Nobel and said it was great so I called to make an appointment. As I made the call I found that my application had not yet been reviewed by the HOA and I would be unable to move in...so I hung up. I spent the next 12 hours fighting with them and was finally given the go ahead to move in on Friday....at 3pm..on Thursday. I called Nobel frantic,as I would be out of town the following week, which was also the end of the month, and explained the situation. I spoke with Elena and asked if it was possible to get movers the next morning at 8am to move a 2 bedroom apartment in 6 hours. She pulled strings with her supervisors, did the initial paperwork over the phone with me describing what was to be moved, sent me a quote and the insurance paperwork that the buildings require moving companies to have, and magically in 45 minutes solved all of my moving problems. Not only were Ray and his two helpers at my apartment at 8am the next morning, but they packed everything in less than 3 hours. Packed as in wrapped all of my furniture in cardboard and blankets to protect the leather, the glass mirrors, picture frames, keepsakes, and breakables. When we arrived at my new place we had to wait for the previous move to finish up for nearly an hour. They didn't charge me overtime for the hour wait. They moved everything in,asking which room it should be placed in,unpacked and placed my couch, tvs, desk, and even put together my bed. We did the final check to make sure I had everything I needed and they were on their way. I didn't notice until 2 days later I was missing a box,and immediately texted Ray (at 10pm) explaining how stupid I was and that it contained all of my glass keepsakes from world travels. Needless to say the box was important. They had already emailed me the following day saying they found the box in the car and it was waiting at the warehouse for me. I spoke with Elena and they told me I could pick it up at any time, but due to my work schedule it would be hard to get their. One of their employees drove it down to me,from North Miami to Downtown (an hour drive during rush hour- which it was),free of charge. I've moved over 10 times in the last ten years, and I have never worked with anyone that has been so competent, helpful, and responsive. I've recommended them
