Worst company in existence

Absolutely horrendous experience. Went through everything on the list before they showed up. Were charged more money for extra items that they didn’t bother including the first time around. Showed up a day and a half late. Promised 6-8 guys and would need 1 1/2 trucks for all of our things and that it would be packed and loaded in one day. Showed up with 2 guys and one 25 foot truck. Took them three days to pack and load. Broke and damaged things before the items even made it out of the house. Had the recliner couch on its side for multiple days and then kept it on the truck on its side. Also put my cedar chest,still full of heirlooms,on its side,in the truck. Dresser had a huge gouge in the side that a family member noticed before they wrapped it and took it out. Took the legs off of our piano and just threw the legs not the truck loose and not even wrapped up. Who the hell takes the legs off of a piano when moving it??! They didn’t lay any kind of plastic or anything down on the floors. Winter move so the driveway was mucky. Damaged the tile on the stairs and in the kitchen and ruined the carpet on the stairs from all of the mud and oil on the dolly wheels going in and out of the house. Ran out of boxes on the first day. Spent more time smoking than working. All of our things reek of cigarettes because they smoked while loading everything. Ran out of room on the truck and then had to find another truck somewhere to offload some things onto. Charged us more money. Ran out of room again and just basically said,“sorry,not our problem” and that I should have told them certain items were non negotiable and absolutely had to be loaded on the second day. Went and bought straps and literally strapped remaining items to the ramp on the outside of the truck. Took everything to Vegas to be offloaded into a warehouse to later be put on a semi to be shipped out to Georgia. Things arrived in horrible condition. Broken entertainment center,speakers not even put into boxes and Thrown into the truck only to be broken. Everything was thrown,and I mean thrown,absolutely carelessly,into large wardrobe boxes. Electronics thrown into boxes alongside pictures,blankets,games,toys,whatever,didn’t matter. The cords ended up horribly tangled and with some speakers or electronics at the top of the box with the smaller items at the bottom and the cords all tangled and wrapped around everything in between. Nothing breakable was wrapped except dishes,and not even all of those were wrapped. They took my kitchenaid,not even in a box,and literally threw it in the truck on top of everything. I demanded they box it up. They dumped it upside down in a box that didn’t even have a top and lazily slapped some tape across the top to hold it in. The tape residue is still all over the bowl and the mixer is all beat up. When it arrived,the box was suddenly jam packed with all sorts of other loose items. This isn’t even half of it either.

SCAM! THEY WILL OVERCHAGE AND ALSO ...

DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY! THIS IS A SCAM AND THEIR MOVERS WILL STEAL FROM YOU. I hired a moving company to move from across the country and they contracted oasis to come pick up our stuff. Not only their service was terrible ( inexperienced movers, took them almost 8 hours to load the truck, left important items) but they charged us 2x what they had quoted and also stole from us. Once they left we realized we were missing a laptop and wireless headphones left in a personal bag we had instructed not too touch. The owner of the company said he would guarantee items will be delivered with he rest of our stuff as he would confront the movers at their arrival to their location where they would transfer our stuff to a bigger truck for the final move. Not only we didn't receive the stolen items but we were also missing additional items which had been packed in the truck inside boxes (some boxes were broken and opened, we were missing an xbox one and smart watch). The owner didn't take any responsibility from anything missing and demanded payment in cash or he would take our stuff and sell everything in an auction. This was a terrible experience, I hired a moving company to make things easier for my family and it ended being a nightmare. This company should not be in business. Worst Company You Could Ever Use

Long story short, this company sticks. A lot of stuff arrived broken (including our piano). They are late to everything. Our movers literally showed up at 7pm at night. They also couldn't tell us when our stuff would get to Nebraska which was about a 11 hour drive from where we were staying. Then all of a sudden we get a call and are told are stuff will be there the next day and we have to make the drive out there. We have two little kids so all of the "we have no idea" answers made it hard to plan anything around when to arrive at our new home. They also are really bad at estimating the amount of space you stuff will take. We went through a very detailed review the day before the arrived and they were still so far off their guesstimate that we had to pay an additional $1200 (of course by then the truck is loaded and it's too late to tell them to get the heck out of there). Save your time and money. This company doesn't care about you or your stuff.

They Talk A Good Game BUT....

Worked with a branch of Oasis moving company in Arizona and then in Tennessee. Honestly I found all of their employees to be barely professional and less than competent. Contrary to claims on their website,their moving trucks were old and clearly second hand. The truck that dropped off my things was so old the driver could barely get the latch open to open the door because it was so bent and rusted. Literally the driver kicked the latch until it opened. The whole scene seemed like something out of a cartoon. Also contrary to their website's claims their movers hardly seemed very careful. They destroyed five large items I had simply because of the way they were packed and loaded onto the truck including an entire bookcase. In general their movers could barely speak English and certainly the one I worked with in TN gave almost no regard to my concerns or things. He clearly just wanted to get my stuff off his truck and go though I can't say I blame him that much since he was by himself. I have never heard of a moving company only sending one person to unload things but it happened with Oasis. Suffice to say don't use this company. Their website is a lie. Their family first values are a lie and if they are not then they are not being imparted to their employees at all. Frankly the whole thing is a mess and I implore you to go find another moving company because these folks are simply a waist of your time and money.

NO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Lets just say they do not communicate well. they don't tell you anything.. just read what we send you.. tell you one thing and do another. so they tell me that they have 1 to 18 days to deliver my stuff after i advise them i want it. They send an email saying they have received my request(i emailed them the request and they email me back saying i have to call... really).. they send me another email saying they put it in a truck and it will be here in 4 to 6 days. well when I call them on the 5th day they have no idea about time frame. They can't get a hold of the driver. was told the driver would call, he did not.. i ask the to confirm that that since they are delivering it outside of what they promise they will not charge for having to deliver it on monday, a holiday.. they never call me back and when i call them they act like of course... one point I tell the delivery coordinator when she says she thinks they will be saturday.. but that is not the 18th days or the 6th day . I have taken time off from work for this. well am not looking at a calendar I am sure you are telling me the truth.. you don't have calendar handy a coordinator?? when they came to pack my stuff i adv them of two items to plz be careful with them.. they showed no concerns about my concerns and when they arrived they were damage.. they packed heavy boxes on lighter weight boxes so most of the things were smashed...

It was fine overall, I don't really have any complaints. It was the best price I got overall. ...They took care of my things really well. I would recommend them. They actually took care of my appliances very well. I had everything wrapped and in storage and they took time to re-wrap it better.

Still missing some pieces.

They delivered like three or four days after the day they were supposed to deliver. Second, we're missing some pieces and we still don't have them.

I wasn't too pleased with the final ...

They quoted me $1600 and it actually ended up being $2300 or something like that. They told me it was because I had odd-shaped objects in the truck. It wasn't even a big truck-it was a little, smaller truck. I feel like I got ripped off.

The movers were extremely fast.
