DON'T USE! This company is a fraud

This company is a fraud. They are not licensed to currently operate. The movers stole one of our televisions and broke the leg off of one of our credenzas cracking the wood. It would be one thing to notify of us of the damage but instead they tried to glue the leg back on and taped it up with duck tape to try and hide the damage done. Cheap moving service but unfortunately you get what you pay for and it has not been worth the headache. They are not taking ownership for the stolen tv will only give us back $150 for the tv when it was worth over $400 . For the damage done to the credenza and several other pieces, they will only give us back $0.60 per pound. They say they carry insurance but they carry none. I will be following up with a lawyer and will be reporting this fraudulent company.

We moved from an upstairs 3bdrm to a 3bdrm home. They came between the times they said they would. They were clean professional and polite. They worked hard the whole time they will with us non stop. We tipped them and offered them lunch cause they worked so hard. We will use these movers again.

Horrible Move Price and terms changed ...

I have moved a few times and this was truly the worst experience I have ever had. The owner, Tally, came to my house and surveyed all of my belongings. He then sent me a “binding estimate” it was titled. Flat fee, no hidden fees. He told me he could have the household moved in three days, which I thought was unrealistic but he promised he could do it. He said he would use TV boxes, mattress bags and everything would be packed professionally and he would supply all the boxes and packing material. I got three other estimates and his was the best so I chose to go with it. Disaster! A family shows up and the first thing that happens is I experience a diatribe of evangelizing from the mother who wants to “save” me. After the truck is loaded and I have paid over half of the “fixed price” the mother starts working me saying my three bedroom house was only supposed to be a one BR apt. She says it will cost $400 more because they weren’t supposed to pack anything but the kitchen. She proceeds to inform me that the owner is non-Christian and he lies all the time and that is the reason for the cost increases Really! Then they say the truck won’t reach its destination for a week because they have to pack another person’s belongings in same truck headed to Colorado. Long story shortened: Truck came days late, cost increased over $1000 dollars, half of the boxes were crushed and most of my furniture is severely damaged. Good Luck!

Good experience at very good ...

I ended up moving with this company. My experience was good. What satisfied me the most was that they were priced economically and their dispatcher was very responsive, kept me up to date with scheduling and stuff like that. This person was good at keeping contact. The price was very reasonable. It was little bit less that satisfying with that aspect; they weren't careful with my furniture as I had hope. Nothing major but it was small damage.

I am pleased with the moving services provided by this company, and I would definitely use them again in the future. They were very fast in getting the job done and when compared to other moving companies, they did everything in a timely fashion. They have reasonable prices, and they were professional.

The movers showed up on time and delivered my things with no scratches or damages. They did a good job at packing, loading, and unloading. They worked very efficiently and quickly. The pricing was also comparable, and we are very happy.

The two guys were very efficient and very fast in doing their job. Everything went very speedily and I faced no problem with the company. They did not take breaks and I had no complaints about them. The pricing was reasonable and I ended up paying the amount that they quoted.

Basically, what worked for me was their low price. Also, the staff showed up on time. They were friendly and competent and moved my stuff pretty fast, and nothing got broken. They also moved everything in a timely fashion. Overall, I had a satifying experience.
