The movers from Ocean moving and storage were remarkable. From the way they worked you can tell that they are highly trained and experienced. After working with them, I knew that courtesy and loyalty isn’t lost in the world from the excellent services rendered by these guys. These boys wrapped up all my things within hours and left with the two vans they brought filled with all my valuables. I was worried for delivery but they made the schedule with time to spare. I am glad to report that all my things survived the trip without a single dent on any of the things. It was an extraordinary effort from these guys!

Within an hour of proposing an online inquiry on their website, I not only had an email, but a follow up phone call and they gave me a very good and reasonable quote. The movers were on time, didn’t damage anything and the rate was exactly what was quoted. After the delivery they even handed me the bill and there was no extra charges. I was afraid of moving simply because I was worried about my furniture. I am a furniture designer by passion. I designed each and every one of my pieces. But I had to move because accountancy doesn't pay very well outside the big cities and so I hired Ocean moving and storage because they sounded very professional. They quoted me very low. The movers arrived on time and wrapped all my furniture and they loaded all the items into their vans carefully. All my furniture was safely transported. Each of my furniture arrived completely unscratched. I was so pleased with their service. My new apartment in half the size but at least all my favorite pieces are safe here.

The thing that concerns me every time when I have to move is the way my belongings is loaded into the truck. It is a constant battle to tell the workers to do it my way instead of just throwing one thing over the other. I have heard bad experiences about cross country moves. So, I was kind of worried when my wife told me that we needed to move. I didn't want to move first due to problems regarding moves. They arrived relatively early in the morning and were ready to get the job started. Fortunately this was very beneficial for us as it allowed us a Headstart and organizing our things into the new place. The movers were great. The day we moved it was pouring rain and the guys were very careful to not let our leather couches get damaged at all. However, from my experience of moving, I can tell you that with Ocean moving and storage you are in safe hands. They were very meticulous when it came to taking inventory, they wrapped everything very carefully and I was very impressed seeing how skilled they are at space management within their vans. Before I knew it, I was at my new house and their foreman handed me the inventory list. All my belongings had made it here safe and sound!

Superb service, perfect professionals, and excellent energy and effort. Ocean Moving & Storage did an amazing job today. They were very careful in wrapping, moving, loading, and unloading my furniture. Nothing was damaged, scraped, or scratched. The team was right on time, very fast, courteous and willing to lug furniture up our spiral staircase to get it where it needed to be. They were very pleasant and the final price came in way below our estimate which was nice. Really happy with the service, I would 100% use Ocean Moving & Storage again.

We were very happy with their moving service. They are all very professional and polite. They worked fast and wrapped our antique furniture very well with many rental moving blankets to protect it from damage, since it was going into storage for at least 4 months. These people take their work very seriously and want to make it work from start to finish. I definitely would re-hire them.

They damaged my daughters house she was living in. The packing was shotty. Many items were broken when they arrived. They sent a huge cross country van. The truck was so big it could not get into the small apartment unit. They had to walk 100 yards to the unit. He wouldn't do it until I paid additional money to do it. So before he would do anything I had to pay $200 more dollars.

Surprised me

I had Ocean moving and storage help me move from my last one bed room apartment to my two bedroom apartment. They were professional and showed up early. Took care of the whole parking permit situation ahead of time and that alone was worth the cost. Despite them moving me out of a 5th floor walkup with a tiny staircase they were efficient and friendly the whole time. Their rates seemed comparable to/slightly better than the bigger moving companies. Guys were friendly, smart and most importantly honest. I would definitely use them again if I ever needed a mover.
