Do not use this company!

Very disappointed in my move… It took these guys 5 hours to move a 1 bedroom apt. with barely any stuff… ?The biggest issue I had was they called 30 minutes before my scheduled move time and told me they would be 2 hours late… This caused me to miss my move out time with my apartment and I was charged a $150 late fee at my apartment that I was moving out from. They did not give me any heads up besides the phone call 30min before the move and then proceeded to take over 5 hours to move a 1bedroom apt…. ?I contacted support after this and they told me they would work something out since they moved the date so last minute. I waited weeks and decided to email them again… Ended up sending 7 emails and calling 3 times and they didn’t respond to any of it. FOUR months later I finally called them back and asked to speak to a manager and they told me there’s nothing they can do about this and were extremely rude. ?Very disappointed in this company and will not be using them again for any moving services. ** Update, I have finally talked to a manager. She has told me she would be looking into my case (4 months later) and getting back to me by end of day….. YESTERDAY. I even called 30min before they closed to make sure they called me back and NO ANSWER. I cannot believe this customer service, I am being completely ignored.

un-professional crew, disappoint

only 2 out of 4 crew are good mover and other 2 are there to eating up hourly rate, damage my brand new floor, slow as hell, and don't know how to move. I was moving 4 bedroom house locally, about 10 min apart, made a 2 trips, cost me almost $1700, no packing, just loading and unloading...are you kidding me??? took nearly 4 hour to load first batch. Last time I moved took 4 hour to full packing and loading....4 guys with same house.

Great Service

When I arrived in Minnesota with a full UHaul, I realized I needed help unloading. On Call Services was able to help me out. They sent two of the friendliest, most professional movers I've ever worked with, and I've moved across states several times. These two made the chore of unloading a giant moving truck into a happy experience. Their upbeat attitudes helped revive me after a difficult journey. Thank you, On Call Services!

So angry. Do not hire this company.

We hired this company to move our piano from upstairs to downstairs. I would have preferred them to tell me this was beyond the scope of what they could do. They left muddy boot prints all over my house and ruined almost all of my wooden stairs with large gouge marks all the way down and one was even broken. I am pregnant and have slipped on this stair many times in the months since they were here,even though they had promised to fix it within three business days. My vinyl floor in the basement has two gigantic rents in it,which they refuse to address at all. Months later we are still calling and texting and very rarely getting any response. They say they will come and look and now say they will fix the stairs. (Still no word on the floor. ) I really wish I had hired a different company.

I was really happy with the service.

They were on time, and they worked pretty quickly.They got everything done in three hours.They were pretty friendly, and they did the moving pretty well. I didn't have any problems with it.
