Nice guys, no tools, no common sense.

I did a lot of research in hopes of having a really smooth moving day- needless to say- that is not what we got. It started great- Juan was in charge of our team of three, they came bright an early and did great with all the boxes- I thought we were totally on track- then everything fell apart. Moving each piece of furniture took forever, we asked them to take apart the bed and bunk bed, and pieces were all over the place (this one will come back to haunt us)- then there was a couch debacle that I won't put on the movers (we realized later that our doorframe changed a little so- that's on us) but between that and all their inefficacies we were like four hours in on what was supposed to be a four hour move (and then it pushed into holiday traffic and made our drive time more than twice normal). When we got to our new house- they dinged our furniture, they dinged our walls, they banged their trolleys so hard on our brick stoop that they took chunks out, they spent like 40 minutes trying to remember how to put the bunkbed back together (the ladder is still not on right and two pieces are backwards....), they put our bed together going the wrong direction and then we had to ask them to move it again. By the time we hit HOUR 7 I started moving wardrobe boxes back into their truck, and taking small furniture out. Eventually when I noticed them putting our shelves back together wrong side out and putting our couch cushions on backwards I asked them to wrap up and leave. We paid 2.5 times the estimate and I spent a solid part of the day crying. So not what I was hoping for. Oh I almost forgot - even though I asked about furniture assembly/disassembly they failed to bring any tools, not a screw driver, not a hex wrench, nothing. Read more

Just great

That was just great. Overall, I cannot think about better movers, I would say. It's my best experience... in the last few years. The price was fair, yeah. Everything I think was just at least as expected, even better, sometimes. Read more

The only problems were minor ones.

They were a little bit late ... And while de-assembling the bunk beds they lost one screw ... Otherwise they were good, they did a good job. Read more

They are so friendly and they know ...

Initially it was scheduled for Saturday. What happened is my plans changed on Sunday evening. I'm supposed to move on Monday morning 8:00. Because they are closed Sunday, Monday morning when they called me I said, I cannot move but they accommodated it and moved it to two days later without any charge so that's very good for me. The people estimated properly. [Packing] was pretty good, there was no damages, nothing. They took the appropriate time, they didn't take too much time. Read more

Did a fantastic job

I am unpacking things now. It is a mess. It's not their fault. I guess, generally speaking - on a scale of 1-10, I would give it a 7. The prices was reasonable. The crew was very professional. Attentive crew courteous service

It was great. My apartment was very small and very cramped and very hard to move around in. They were very patient with me as I try to accommodate their moving around. They helped out with me moving things out of the way because they weren't taking everything. I wasn't moving everything just some select items in different places in my apartment. Consistently excellent service

I think overall it was pretty satisfying. Actually this is my second time using this company. It was all good. The movers were professional, quick and courteous. The result was extremely satisfactory. Nothing is broken. It's all been taken care of. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I am pretty satisfied with your service and the company and their services and their employees. The pricing is reasonable. It may not be the lowest but I have used this company once before and was pretty good. I would prefer to go with a company that I have some experience with. Read more

excellent job

I will absolutely recommend Ontrack to my business network, as well as, my personal network.  This was my first time using Ontrack and it was a last minute request (less than 24 hours notice).  I was treated professionally, yet like I had been a customer for years.  The young men were charming and personable but got right down to business.  They were even cheerful while walking up and down the stairs (at BOTH properties...poor guys).  I felt the price was perfect and received an extremely valuable service.  I will definitely use Ontrack again.
