SCAM and FRAUD

This company is a scam. I was given a written agreement for a flat rate to move my belongings the day before the scheduled move. I was also asked to zelle the deposit of $221. The total cost was $521. On the day of moving after the movers loaded the truck they sat in the truck and waited 3 hours and the company called while I was traveling and informed me of a new balance of $3688. I had to file criminal charges.

Rip off

They over charged me and haven't refunded me over a month later. They also lost a piece of my table and then tried to blame me. Don't hire them.

These guys are the best

I expected my long distance move to last for at least one week since I was moving into another state. But Ozaki Moving made everything easier and as quick as possible. The movers reached my new house around the same time I did and everything arrived in their truck safely. They helped me to rearrange my belongings. This shows that hiring the right moving service providers can make the variance you need.

It is crucial that your movers build a relationship between you and them. Essentially, I was relying on them with everything I own. The movers from Ozaki Moving did this very well. Since the moment they arrived, they were very polite and friendly. Their work was very efficient which really put me at ease and increased the trust factor. By the time the men had left with my belongings, I was sure that my valuables were safe in their hands. They really did deliver everything unbroken or undamaged. I cannot thank these guys enough.

Sensible and honest

The lack of honesty and integrity in moving companies is something we are all used to. So imagine my surprise when I managed to move all the way across the country with the help from Ozaki Moving and do so quite seamlessly. It was all because of this super moving company that just knows how to do this job! Four movers from this company and their superhuman efforts paid off! I had a lot of things as we are quite a big family. The movers systematically sorted our properties into different boxes and securely placed them in the van waiting outside. When it came to the furniture, they put a shrink wrap on each of them and carried them out like they were way too light. I couldn’t even lift many of the pieces but it didn’t bother these guys at all. They were always smiling and ready to help. I would definitely use them again.

Best movers

A guy from Ozaki moving promptly came to our house for an estimate and we were immediately impressed by his professionalism. Even though it was on relatively short notice, they were able to accommodate us with our preferred date for loading and drop off. In fact, they were so efficient that they arrived early and offered to unload things the evening prior to the scheduled drop off. It was lovely hiring these amazing guys and I’ll definitely recommend these guys to everyone!

These guys from Ozaki Moving were awesome. They arrived within the quoted time frame and gave me a heads up that they were on the way. They also helped me tape up the remaining boxes. So far it is excellent services provided by the guys who came to us for moving purposes. The moving crew showed me with great attitude and friendly greeting, and smiles. They are professional movers which I can see with their work and seeing how they were packing the goods so fast and safely, and clean. I would definitely recommend Ozaki moving.

Incredible movers

My movers from Ozaki Moving were excellent. They were friendly and efficient. I heard horrible stories about movers from many people I know. But I was happy with my movers to the extent that I would definitely recommend them. They were a little late because we live in a cul-de-sac and the road ahead was blocked for some construction work, which gave me more time to get things finished, but they more than made up for it in speed! I asked them to put all my garage boxes in my spare room, which is upstairs and they put all the boxes where I asked them! When they delivered all our items, I was so glad to find all the items were in fantastic condition. I would like to recommend them to everyone.

I've moved a number of times before, all without movers, and I have to say, I'm never going back to other movers after hiring Ozaki Moving. Three guys moved an entire 2 bedroom home in record time. They went up and down flights of stairs without so much as a break. They were very fast and efficient. Nothing was broken or lost. Definitely recommended!

Good Work

These guys handled them with ease! They took all our boxes down two flights of stairs sometimes 3 at a time with ease! It was awesome just watching them run up and down. They finished our job before the scheduled time. All our belongings arrived in great condition. I don't look forward to moving again - but one thing's for sure - I'll be calling Ozaki moving.

Ozaki Moving is very well reputed as a moving company. So I had to hire them for my last move. Their quote was absolutely unbeatable. Their customer service was really good. They helped me out with a superb quote. The movers were the best part about the company. They took no time in packing up my apartment. The delivery was made on time and all of my valuables travelled excellently. I can certainly recommend them to everyone.

My first choice for moving services

This is the 2nd time I used Ozaki Moving! They provided excellent service again. The movers were early, efficient, fast, and careful. They moved dressers, chairs, beds, and lots of boxes from a house to a condo. Prices were reasonable and competitive. Yet again, they did an outstanding job for my family. Great value of money

Ozaki Moving moved us. They were very fast going, moved large items with no trouble at all, up and down stairs too easy for them. All at a great price. they treated the items like their own and were careful of these and the homes walls/doors etc. Only had one small accident which was ok and reimbursed in full, although did require a few emails etc to sort out. I would use again definitely, quick, professional and very good value.

The reason why I have been going back to Ozaki Moving is the fact that they are just amazingly reliable. They have relocated my valuables 4 times now and they have always delivered my valuables unharmed. That is a damn good achievement! It does help when they charge me such low prices for the amazing movers they keep sending. Each crew I have worked with has amazed me with their skills and efficiency. While people keep complaining about their moving companies, I can put my faith in these guys blindly. Money can hire fancier companies but you will not find consistency, efficiency and affordability matching in this way with any other company for sure.

Excellent work

They would like to know the details about the things, the pickup location and the distribution. They also had the ability to have our auto delivered the same day. The wonderful people that function within the company would certainly phone call to update us as the moving males obtained close and called a few times before seeing if we wanted to include or deduct any furniture. Regarding pricing they were well within our budget plan and never as soon as tried to go back on their word or transform the cost.

They cared for our needs

What separates Ozaki Moving from the others is that these guys were more focused on pleasing me as a client than making profits. Their quote seemed reasonable and the customer service was helpful enough. The four movers (Richard, Isacc, Jalil) arrived right on the clock. They were well equipped and they packed all my valuables very quickly. The loading process was completed really fast as well. They delivered everything on time and our valuables traveled very well. Our research did pay off since these guys performed excellently well. I will definitely hire them again.

These guys are top notch movers

My little girl made use of Ozaki Moving and was very pleased with their service. I couldn't concur extra. Their sales rep Carla is amazing. So handy and also she truly does a superb job of describing everything. The foreman and also the pick-up team were so respectful and quick! Drop-off was just as terrific. Bad Business

The movers placed a hole in my wall and I need this fixed ASAP. I also need the parts from my bed frame that was not giving to me. Im not happy with the work that was done and how long it took. The driver was texting on his phone when he should have helped and I will be leaving a negative review for you guys. I should be Compensated for the damage.

Worth every penny

I am very much glad that I used Ozaki moving. It was my first time move with this mover. So fast and prompt move. They proved them as professional movers. Though it was not the cheapest for me but there was no extra or hidden charge. They followed all of their rules strictly. This fabulous experience happened in last month. We were relocating for my new job. We went for Ozaki Moving because they gave us the lowest quote. They were very efficient at everything. The movers arrived on time and everything went really smoothly. Nothing was broken or damaged when they made the delivery. They surely made our move easy. Very easy and effortless relocation

We were moving on a short notice and we put Ozaki moving in charge. Their performance was much better than average. I have seen the not-so-efficient movers but these men were nothing like them. They maintained the appointment time and worked very efficiently throughout. They were extra careful while handling my glassware. Hiring a moving company is supposed to lessen your worries. But unforeseen bumps in the road always make things difficult. But with this company, nothing as such happened and it was an easy road.

Easy as it gets

Last month we had a fabulous move operated by Ozaki Moving. It was one bed room apartment. I got a reasonably lower rate. They were supposed to arrive at 7.30am but the guys showed up at 7 am in the morning. They were in total three including the foreman. I requested them to bring some wardrobe boxes which they provided at a reasonable price. They were very careful with our breakable items and artworks hanging on walls. All furniture was wrapped up with transparent wrap. As we didn’t have so many items, we were not worried for the size of truck thinking if all stuff would be fit there. It was quite comfortable move from start to finish.

No comparison

Ozaki Moving gives really great service. They are really truthful about their prices and rules; they don't try to trick you into anything or conveniently forget to tell you about charges that might be added to your move. I was very glad that they were so honest with me and that's why I used them. They did a nice job on the move too, it wasn't all just talk. You can try comparing them with any of the leading companies- I bet these guys will win hands down. I recommend them very highly.
