From Pick up, to delivery Pick Up Movers gave us one of the best moving experiences we had in a very long time. We have relocated on may occasions, and this was yet another transfer to another state, the sticky point was that we we're not going to be at our new home to receive the delivery. We we're out of the country. Your team made sure they reached out to one of our family members the week before delivery and the day of delivery then emailed us so that we could be put at ease while we were away. Your attention to detail is spot on! I would definitely use you again, and refer you gladly.

These guys are the real deal

I think it’s important for movers to be flexible and suit the client’s needs. I had a very long conversation with Frank about exactly what I need from them. He was very attentively taking notes of my request. When the men arrived at my home, I was quite pleased to see how professional and well equipped they all were. They finished packing and loading everything so quickly. The delivery was prompt as well. I am so grateful that I reached out to them. With the excellent services I was accorded, I have absolutely every reason to engage them the next time I need moving services.

They are the best

I had a good move with Pick Up Movers. It was quick and it was easy. Hiring them and getting a price was so easy compared to others. They knew what they were doing from the beginning. The way they packed my things showed that they are professionals! They delivered everything back to me on time and all in one piece. So yes I got a good service out of them and I will hire them again if I ever need to move.

Save yourself money, time, and stress, ...

This is probably the most textbook example of a corrupt moving company I have ever seen. Frank sweet talks you with a lower end moving quote. Then he sends over movers who are either truly unfamiliar at all with your quote, or lying. (probably both). Then once they have secured the last of your belongings in the truck the fun starts. They will absolutely renegotiate the price and the terms of the quote given. If you're like me, they'll even change the move date to a day later to extort more money from you just to receive your money back. And then finally once they're satisfied they have leveraged as much money as they can, they will take their sweet time delivering your belongings. Once they're done, they will linger around your home and rob you. Please do yourself a favor and do not hire this company.

My daughter selected Pick Up Movers for her move but my wife and I became the point of contact because my daughter became unavailable before pickup was completed and was also unavailable for delivery. I had not heard of Pick Up Movers and was a bit skeptical. Thankfully, Kunal and Dmitry were GREAT! They did a wonderful job of packing, wrapping, and loading everything. They were very patient as this turned out to be a larger move than any of us realized. They handled the situation very professionally and kept us completely informed as the situation developed. They were also great with the delivery. They facilitated our needs for arrival times and departure times. They were also very helpful with reassembly of any items which had to be disassembled for moving. They were very patient with room placement of items even when we changed our minds as to where items were to be positioned. We highly recommend Pick Up Movers because of the wonderful service provided by Kunal and Dmitry.

Better than all the rest put together

Very professional from first contact to completion. It is a tough choice to make. But these guys did a fantastic job. They wrapped all my furniture in a careful manner and delivered all the stuff in a pristine condition. This is a company that will be around for a long time if they keep up the good work.

I was really happy with the way Pick Up Movers managed my entire move all the way from FL to AL. The decision of using this company paid off nicely. They arrived on time at the moving day, nicely dealt with the fragile items and old furniture during the packing, loading and unloading. The movers completed the move before the allotted time and made sure we do not have to witness anything broken or damaged. In short, everything worked out perfectly for us and that did not cost us a lot.

My family and I were moving from Florida to Ohio . I found out about Pick Up Movers online after some research work and I called to get a quote after calling maybe 4 other places. They sounded very reasonable and their pricing was excellent. They said they would pack and box everything in my house. I told them my house was 3 bedrooms and I had oversized furniture. The sales rep gave me all the information and scheduled the entire moving process. The moving team were on time for the pickup. They brought the supplies also and I didn't have anything broken in the new place. The truck driver was very professional and courteous I was very pleased with their service and would use them again.

Throughout the day they painstakingly worked for me without wasting time – packing things, moving things and loading things. They did not rest until everything was done. It was a great experience with Pick Up Movers. The movers called me to make sure we worked out the details and provided a 30 minute window for arrival. They were right on time and went in to inspect the move and got busy right away. Guys were very careful moving everything and worked very fast. The delivery went without a hitch. We called this company to relocate our non-profit organization from Downtown Miami to even further South Florida. Of course, we were nervous because there were so many items and we didn't want to close the organization for too long. It was extremely easy to work with this company. They maintained communication throughout the entire move regardless of the time and this is definitely something valued in moving experiences. We ran out of materials and in one call- they were instantly helpful and provided more. The crew that came worked well together. Fast and organized- they wrapped and packed things at warp speed- it took me like 30 minutes to wrap one item ^-^ whereas it took about 30 seconds for them. They definitely know what they are doing and it impressed me and a few of the people working with me. We stood back and watched with open mouths =) We read everything and signed away-- and we knew what we were being charged because we were informed. Once again, this company actually communicates with their customers (unlike others I've dealt with). This experience was a pleasant and impressive one. I don't think enough credit goes out to movers. These guys were great and we managed to re-open within four days of moving. I recommend them without a doubt.
