I recently used Pink Vinelines and I am very pleased with this great company's services, determination, and pricing. They did an amazing job with my move. The team was punctual, organized, and took great care with all of my belongings. They made the entire process stress-free and I couldn't be happier with their service. Thieves and Extortionists

Beware of Pink Van Lines, King/Kings Van Lines who operate under Thompson Nation Holdings, LLC - they are fraudulent scammers and extortionists. They will give you a binding estimate, take money upfront, take your things, and hold your items hostage if you do not give them more money. Be careful of these people and protect yourself and belongings. They also operated as Fresh Start Moving and Storage under Thompson Nation Holdings, LLC and if you look at their yelp reviews you can see evidence of reviews of fraudulent activity. They will act super nice at the beginning and seem legitimate. The positive reviews they have online is fake. When they take your things, they completely change and harass with calls and text message. It's unfortunate they are doing this to a lot of people that are vulnerable and stressed out. HORRIBLE! DO NOT HIRE! MANY BOXES AND ...

WHERE TO START. They were supposed to come early in the morning. They showed up around 10:30am. They packed small boxes into wardrobe boxes without our permission then charged us $500 for "materials" that we did not ask for or need in order to "make it right" at the warehouse (aka extortion). It was $3,000 more than we were quoted. Christian LEFT HIS CREW SITING IN OUR DRIVEWAY FOR FOUR HOURS WAITING IN THE TEXAS SUN while he was on another job with the truck. As the other review said,they loaded everything onto a different truck with a different carrier,neither of which were in our contract. There was no word of where our things were for two weeks,then we got less than 24 hours notice that our things would arrive. Once everything was on the truck,the attitude from the rep I had been working with clearly changed to "yeah yeah yeah,we'll get to you." She had previously said they had never had anything broken,or had claims filed against them...Y'ALL. READ ON. When the truck arrived,I'd say about 30% of our boxes were irretrievably damaged and won't hold up moving into our new space. Many things are broken,including an entire set of Wedgewood china (clearly fragile items literally thrown on top of a stack),an expensive chest that was built for my by my grandfather,who is dead. All four feet from that chest are...god knows where. Not in the truck,that's for sure. OH,and that chest had the ashes of a beloved pet,WHICH ARE MISSING. The blatant disregard for us,our belongings,and their work is truly unbelievable. Fragile and light items were crushed under heavy. Furniture ruined. We are filing claims to their insurance,our own insurance,complaining to the better business bureau. DO NOT USE PINK VAN LINES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

It was my first time using a mover. I didn't catch the name of the two people who helped me move but they came right on time. They were polite, friendly and worked very quickly. Very impressive.

Very efficient and professional. Showed up on time, were patient and understanding when directing where things went and didn't delay in getting to the new place. Were very careful with our belongings and wrapped up everything with blankets and plastic that needed it. Even brought an extra guy at no charge! Great movers!

The movers showed up when they said they would, loaded everything into the truck and drove it 5 hours to my new apartment. Very professional, polite and careful with my belongings. They arrived at the new apartment 5 minutes after I received my keys. Great job.
