I saw these reviews and I was worried at first but I loved the price it was way cheaper than a lot of companies. After talking with my husband we decided to give them a try cause they did have good reviews as well. We are happy with them they were kind and respectful and the price and inventory was exact.

They were true professionals

For our last move, the group of gentlemen that was sent by Primeway movers to pack up and move me was simply excellent! They took their time in making sure that everything was properly packed, loaded and unloaded the next day. Even though I moved to a 3rd floor apartment, they were amazing and very diligent to make sure that all was delivered and unharmed. They were very pleasant and professional and I definitely would use them again and wouldn't think twice to recommend them.

Incredible movers

I don’t think moving gets any easier when you have PrimeWay Movers taking care of you. I hired them while I was relocating last month. They quoted low and seemed friendly on the phone. The movers arrived on time. They packed up everything carefully and took great care of my furniture while loading them. The boxes were properly wrapped with tape. I have rarely seen such efficiency before. The delivery was made on time and everything went very smoothly. I will definitely hire them again.

I’m cheering for them

Moving companies are such nightmares. They never deliver on time and on the way so many boxes go missing. Even they damage your furniture beyond any repair. I know all this because I have had terrible experiences with moving companies in the past. For my last move, I hired Primeway movers and I wasn’t really expecting anything different from them. But they really surprised me. They were very rational with the price they asked for; that was the first signal. They sent over 3 men who were very strong and friendly too. The men were very experienced at packing and carrying valuable belongings. Even heavy couches or beds weren’t much of a problem for them. They disassembled beds like it was child’s toy. Watching them at work was like watching a fast-paced action movie. None of my boxes went missing on delivery and I really couldn’t find anything to complain about this move.

Everything was flawless

I wasn’t keen on packing so I hired PrimeWay Movers. Frankly all I did during the move was to drive to my new house. Everything else was taken care of by these guys. They arrived on time, came fully prepared and worked like machines. They wrapped all my breakables with great care. Even my furniture was wrapped in shrinking tape. Most of their packing materials are free so there’s nothing to worry about. They delivered everything on time and my valuables were completely unharmed. I highly recommend this company.

Cheap yet experienced

The parties started become boring and the trust fund was starting to dry out. I knew it was time to secure an actual job which meant going back home. No moving company seemed cheap enough for the job. After moving around in circles for 3 days, I came across PrimeWay Movers which promised any location at any time. And they did offer me a reasonable quote. So, soon, I and my pieces of crappy furniture were ready to move. The movers did quite a good job but I was just in general grateful because they were taking me home. They managed to not damage my already damaged pieces any further. I am so grateful to these people.

They astonished me

Let me start by saying that I wish I could give PrimeWay Movers more stars. On the day of the move, the foreman and his 5 guy crew arrived earlier than scheduled time and spoke to our super making sure all is ok with the insurance and the elevator, exactly as promised. They worked together and treated my belongings carefully. They were totally dependable and I was tension free.

Pleasant move

Primeway movers provided us an overall pleasant experience. Their manager was my coordinator in the office, always pleasant and informative. Being as stressed as we were, he put us at ease and answered all questions no matter the relevance, what a pleasure to deal with. The pickup crew led by a very experienced foreman was terrific, polite, professional and really cared about our property. I can't say enough about the professionalism his team showed. I would recommend this team to anyone wishing to move without worry.

Definitely the best

There are so many moving companies who do the job poorly. But there is one company which is at the other end of the spectrum. I have hired PrimeWay Movers several times already, the last one being just a few months ago. They have always performed exceedingly well. The movers have never messed up their timings. Neither had they ever lost any of my valuables. That is a great achievement given how many people lost how many favorite valuables during relocations. My last move was particularly difficult given that I was moving all the way across the country. But these guys made that happen without any issues.

First impression counts

I recently moved for a better job and I've had some pretty bad experiences with moving companies before so I was a little wary. Other companies I've experienced things breaking, things getting left behind, being overcharged, but with Primeway movers I decided to take a chance just because if the first impression I got when calling them for the first time. They have phenomenal customer service and very polite employees. They did their job perfectly and I recommend using their company to anybody! They're the only moving company that I trust and at a great price. Also, they don't make you feel like they're just somebody you've hired, they're friendly, they have great attitudes, and you overall will enjoy even just letting them move your things along with keeping in contact with you along the way.

PrimeWay Movers helped me to move my apartment in just a few short hours. Literally don't know what I would have done without them since I was short on boxes and unsure of how to move the living room furniture. Thankfully they were able to wrap up everything and unpack it for me. I am so grateful to these guys. They did an incredible job for me with a low-ended price.

Made the impossible possible

I was in a stressful situation because most of the companies denied to help me as my old apartment were in a narrow building, so it was very difficult to move all furniture using the stairs. But PrimeWay Movers agreed to help me out. They reached in time and packed all my furniture along with the other things. They moved all my furniture using that narrow stairs with care and not a single damage or scratch on the wall was occurred. I was totally shocked when I noticed that they also packed all my cheap belongings as if they were worth a billion dollars! I am very happy with their service.

I hired PrimeWay Movers to move my old small house. I already relocated my house once more. So I had a little bit experience of working with these types of moving companies. This company was just different from them. They were really good at their work. They finished their moving before time. I will rate them nine out of ten. The movers were time efficient and hard working too. I was impressed with their service.

Not your average moving company

Experience means everything in this business. I hired another company to move my belongings initially. But their mismanagement made me question my decision and so I went to Primeway movers, which gave me a slightly higher quote but had more years of experience. They worked like well-oiled machines. I’m a perfectionist. So when I call something flawless, it must mean something. Primeway movers handled my last move. They had a long distance to cover and I had to completely rely on the expertise of my movers. They performed amazingly, I must admit. They showed up on time, packed everything quickly and loaded the van with my valuables. After 3 days the delivery was made. All my breakables survived the journey. I kept thinking about an issue to aware you guys. But I really couldn’t fault them for anything.

Despite all the bad reviews that have been posted about PrimeWay Movers, they have been amazing while handling my move. They did not give me much of a hassle. They were able to negotiate a fair price with me for the work that I was having done. None of my belongings went missing or were damaged but then again I wrapped my own belongings prior to the move experience. The movers were quick, professional and the customer service was keen to help as well. If you have any issue with the company, it’s a shame since I have had a great experience with them.

There’s this online service where it had 5-10 different moving companies contact me back with an estimate and PrimeWay Movers came in a couple of hundred bucks lower than everybody else. Everything was excellent and I was very impressed with the whole team. The guys even helped make sure furniture was arranged in the room before they left so we didn’t have to shuffle things around afterwards. I already have recommended them to several friends.

Best in all aspects

I was surprised to see just how amazingly efficient primeway movers was in every aspect of my last move. It was almost too easy getting a quote from them which made me a little suspicious. But the way they conducted the actual move just blew me away. Three men arrived right on time and they were well prepared for the job ahead. They quickly packed and loaded all my valuables and left within a matter of hours. I received the delivery a week later and absolutely none of my items were damaged in any way. My last move with PrimeWay Movers was probably the most effortless experience of my life. Firstly, they enticed me with their extremely fair quote that made me hire them readily. Secondly, their manager was very cooperative; he made calls during every step and made sure everything went according to the plan. The 3 men that were sent to help me with the move were just out of world. They were fast, efficient and very professional. The most challenging part of the move was to move my piano 5 stories down, and they left no ways to take it out with no damage done. It was an effortless effort done by these men. I am more than happy to have received their service, would definitely use them again.

Great price

Last month I moved as a result of a new job. Obviously I did not want to rent a truck and transport all my belongings over such a long distance, so I called Primeway movers. I was really pleased at the cost given that I have a lot of belongings, since I was living in that old place for a decade before the move! I found the workers to be exceptionally polite and careful with my belongings, nothing was lost or broken, and ultimately they made the entire experience extremely easy and hassle-free for me. If I ever have such a major move in my future, I'll definitely call them again!

This was not my first long-distance move. I was really picky when choosing a company. Seeing on the webpage of primeway movers that they were professional movers and own their own trucks really made me feel comfortable. I did have a lot of other extensive research before choosing a company. It's really stressful knowing you're putting your whole life in a truck with someone and trusting them to pick up and deliver as well as are the price they quoted you. I have a lot of sentimental, as well as monetary value, attached to my things so I had them do some special packing with bubble wrap. It was definitely worth the additional money. I would recommend these guys to all my friends and family or someone looking for an honest company.

I’m no stranger to the awesome services PrimeWay Movers provide. I have hired them for my last 6 moves and they never disappointed. They were very efficient every time. The movers are extremely punctual, both during arrival and delivery. It’s always a treat seeing these men at work because they make it seem so easy. They boxed up my belongings very carefully and then loaded them onto the vans. My furniture was carried with caution so they don’t end up damaging the floors or walls. I can’t even imagine hiring other moving companies.

Sincere and strong movers

The movers from Primeway movers deserve all the good recommendations I can give them. These boys made a complicated move look too easy. I had one house and two storage units full of things, heavy things if I might add, they needed to move halfway across the country. They managed to do so without causing a single scratch on any of the items. I just couldn’t believe my eyes! They almost gave me a heart attack when they handed me the final bill and it was exactly the amount they quoted. Whatever I’ve done in my life to deserve this kind of efficiency! I am the biggest fan of these guys from now on.
