Move was good, but we have some ...

We move from Charlotte to Atlanta. Nice and easy. Truck was stuffed. So.. we have some problems with blankets, movers was a little bit late. But when they move our furniture, it is was very nice and easy. When we finished, we have all our furniture and stuff, nothing was lost. Guys was very carefully when they move our very old night stand. And THANKS for that. Cause this is very important for my wife. This one (stand) is 100 something years old. Very crispy and dry. They put a lot of blankets on top \ bottom. Wrap it like doll. That's why we have problems with blankets. Honestly we just pack our stuff, guys do all job. And yes feel shame, we give to em' small tip. As i see it is very hard job, thank you. God bless you guys. Eric and Sarah Mavashev.

The movers worked incredibly hard.

The people were very cordial and they went straight to work and they weren't lollygagging around or anything. They did a really good job. The price was great.

Nothing but high praise!

They went above and beyond everything and they stood by their quote. They went above and beyond, we were moving my elderly patients and they were really patient with them, and I have nothing but high praise for them!

My move was mostly good, but not 100%.

It was pretty good overall. They made some promises and told me some things they were gonna do that they did not do upfront. Which I was a little disappointed in, but the move itself went fine. They told me that they would have boxes and things of that sort for wardrobes and that they would provide those and pack those and they didn't do that. They didn't provide them or pack them so I had to rush and do that the day of the move. Other than that the move went alright.

They did a good job.

They showed up on time, not early. They did the move. They were careful about moving stuff. They met my expectations, I thought they did a good job.

They were by far the most reasonable

My move was really good. I liked the movers I found and they were by far the most reasonable. I think they did a really good job. They did give a price quote and they were true to that price. They were there on time and it took them exactly 4 hours which is what they said it would probably take. Everything they said was right on point.

Not happy with the entire experience

They gave us a quote - two men for four hours. It actually ended up being about nine hours and they tried to bill us for the whole nine hours. It really was not a nine-hour job. It took a lot longer. We were not very happy with the results and we still ended up paying more than what the quote was. They met us halfway with it but it still was not good enough. The crew was really nice, very good. For future customers, I can say they need to make sure they get a correct quote. They just need to make sure they do give their quote realistically.

Took a longer time than we thought

It went fine. So far, so good. They were on time. We took a long time to move. It was a lot harder move than we thought initially. Pricing was fine. I received all the services I requested. Packing was done done to my satisfaction. I would recommend them.

Prompt service by professionals

They were fantastic. Their professionalism is the quality that I liked best about them. Their pricing is better than anyone else in the area. I did receive all the services that I requested. They were professionals. They were fast and on time. They were friendly. They just did everything that they were supposed to do and did it in a great manner. Couldn't recommend them more. Unfortunately nobody I know is moving right now.

Excellent Service

I would use them again, expecially if I could get the same (3) guys to move me! They were on time, hard workers, courteous and deserving of recognition!

principle moving - excellent service

Hi, Principle moving did the move on time and vert swiftly. They estimated 3.5 hrs but completed it in 2 hrs. Movers were very efficient and did not waste any single minute. They were professional, handled all objects carefully and were very pleasent. I will recommened them. Their prices also most compatative I have found in market.

Competent and hard working

They were competent, they worked hard. The only problem that I had was that the truck wasn't large enough, but that was the only difficulty. But they said that they will make many trips as necessary, so that turned out to be not a big problem. The prices were reasonable for the services. I received all the services I requested. They did wrap using some blankets. They didn't wrap, they didn't do that, but we had few stuff packed. The crew members behavior was professional. The quality for the price is good, that's what I can tell anybody.

Good people good service but was a bit ...

They were very very good. They were very late arriving. However it was not due to their fault. It was due to the move at nine O'clock in the morning. I was scheduled for eleven and they did not get to move me until five'O'clock pm that day. It was a very very late move. The guys did a great job. It was just that the person not ready to move that they went to prior to me. The price was very good. That was one of my motivators to use them along with their comments that was on their website. My advice would be when they have a mover and they go to them and they haven't even started packing like what has happened with me, they just reschedule them. That they go on to the next one which would be eleven 'O'clock rather than push me up for five'O'clock that afternoon. People were great and everybody was nice. They kept me informed. It was inconvenient for me to be put off almost a complete day from early in the morning to late in the evening. For future customers I would say they would be very wise to use the company. They are very good. It was wonderful to move. I would use them again.

Not at all satisfied as they damaged ...

They damaged my entire furniture set, and it was the most horrible experience. The driver showed up at our home two hours later than the scheduled date. They argued all the time and one person among the movers cursed and walked out in the middle of the move. They damaged my dining room table and chair, along with two cabinets, and they didn't respond to any of my phone calls and my emails.

Smooth Move!

From the time I received the quote via email to actually booking it, each staff member that I had contact with was very helpful and professional. The day of my move the movers arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. My move went VERY smoothly and stayed within my time frame. It was the smoothest move that I have experienced. Magnificent Move

Your team was by far the most efficient I have ever experienced. This was a really good move done by them with a timely approach and in a few hours they did what most movers would do in a whole day. They came at their scheduled time and they made everything ready to go as expected. Aptly named move for less

I recommend them highly to my friends and family for their moving needs. The staff came to my home on time and were very courteous. They did a great job moving everything and they packed all my things with care and professionalism. All my worries were silenced by their prompt service.

They said they could not move us on ...

They advised us they would pack us on 6/22 and move us on 6/23. They never gave us any type of estimate after numerous requests. 2 packers came on 6/22 and packed 10 hours and were paid as per agreement. We were advised by mover at 10 am on 6/23 that they were backed up and could not move us until after first of July. At this point we no longer had confidence in company management and we terminated our agreement with them.

Principal Moving Co is Excellent

They were honest and answered any and all questions I had. The person on the phone doing the quoting was very professional and the men showed up on time and were ready to work. They handled everything with care and bent over backward to make sure I was happy. The company gave me copies of their insurance and references with no hesitation when I asked for them. I have given this companies name and phone number to a realtor friend who will recommend them to others. My family and friends that were there that date wanted their names too.
