Moving Fraud by Quest Moving

This company has taken my goods and USD 1550 as advance on 31st August 2018. They have not returned anything. They are thieves. Moving Relocation Systems is their company in new name. Don't trust them ever.

Terrible Company

At times I wonder how can this pathetic fraudulent company still be in business in US of A. The worst part is when their 1800 number automated messages say your call is important to us and then you can't leave a message or talk to anyone and call gets disconnected. Maybe there are some gaping holes in laws related to moving companies and nobody cares enough. No point in narrating my story as its rhymes with many others like stuff not delivered in 40 business days that over two months. I wish some govt agency to punish them for their terrible deeds. The best service they can offer to people is shutting down their business.

Failure To Deliver

Just to make a long, harrowing story short: Quest has yet to deliver our items and it's been over two months since our pick-up date (38 business days from the first available delivery date). They have not given any reason for the delay, except for "it's complicated" and continue to say they will call me when our things are loaded. It is nearly impossible to even get them on the phone as all calls go to an overflow service that is only able to send them messages that almost never get returned. When calls are returned, the Customer Service people are rude and vague and their repeated answers of "I'm checking with transportation" and "we'll call when you're loaded" are extremely insulting and dehumanizing. As far as I can tell, they are simply pocketing the thousands of dollars I have already given them and have sold off my items or will just let them sit in some mysterious warehouse (the location of which they refuse to disclose) because it's not in their interest to deliver them. I have filed every possible complaint I can on them (DOT, BBB) but nothing has helped thus far. They are, without exaggeration, the most inept and shady company period I have ever had to deal with in any capacity and hiring them was one of the worst decisions I made in my life. If you're reading this and thinking about working with them because they are the cheapest, PLEASE think again. We've essentially lost every single item that we own and hiring them is a gamble that you will regret.

Abusive Customer Support, Terrible ...

I used quest to help move my mother out of a muffin of a house to a nice studio near me downtown. It was a move within state but somehow it took quest 4 months to complete. When I called quest to please please give me any update on her stuff, they refused to give me a straight answer and they practically verbally assaulted my poor 92 year old mother on the phone when she called them. She passed away a few weeks ago and I cant shake the feeling that this abusive customer service, coupled with the stress of not knowing where the urn containing of her late husband was, is what pushed her over the edge to choose to end life support. This kind of treatment towards customers, especially elderly customers, is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. I will be spreading this review on every social media platform and review board that I can.

Breaks and Lies

Quest moving is a DISHONEST and UNETHICAL company. If you can’t spare the extra hundred dollars or so for the next company then go ahead and get a trailer and do it yourself.... it will be less hassle. Quest will be days late, lie bout almost everything as to when and why, try to hike up the price, and most irritating be completely unavailable to you after you give them your deposit. They even comically have a bit about how customer service -Are they picking up with your trucks? Yes (lie it was a rental at both pickup and dropoff, a hallmark of a low end moving company, but do I care that much anyway? no just want honesty and they couldn’t provide it. -We guarantee Saturday or Sunday. Lie picked up Monday afternoon. -Employee Whitney “look I’ve spoken with the foreman and he’ll be there this afternoon” lie -Foreman, I’ve never spoken to anybody from the Quest company except for our dispatcher (not Whitney)... also I won’t be there til tomorrow. Just a few examples outside of the very common “yeah I’ll call you back soon” or the “no they won’t try to jack the price up” -Over $400 in damages done upon delivery, including two lamps that were completely and carelessly smashed... like smithereens style. Do your self a favor and avoid this company like the plague.

Impressive work

It couldn't have gone better. The entire moving team from beginning to end was professional, courteous and extremely diligent. Moving is a very overwhelming experience and this company made me feel at ease every step of the way. I felt like all of my possessions were treated with care and skill. I have already recommended them to my family and friends. I highly encourage you to call Quest Moving for any of your moving needs.

I would absolutely recommend them

From the initial phone call to the final delivery date, I was being acquainted with an excellent mover. The moving team from Quest Moving came out to our apartment and made a correct calculation. The movers carefully wrapped all the furniture, traditional and delicate items. They worked hard to get done everything on time and they did. They handed over all my stuff at the new apartment without a single glitch. They were prompt, cautious and skilled. i had the best moving experience.

Two thumbs up to these movers for getting my move done last minute and for packing up all that stuff I had in my garage and attic. The movers from Quest Moving were clean cut polite gentlemen and they had all the proper packing materials needed like mattress covers and boxes which they included in my white glove service. Delivery came with no damages and no headaches. I would not hesitate to use these movers again. I was thoroughly satisfied with their service and efforts they put forward.

I had used Quest Moving a while ago when we had to move to another state. These movers were really professional. The price was the best when compared to others. They gave me no trouble at all. They have a very transparent policy. The moving team was well mannered and quick at their work. The whole experience was the best that I’ve ever had with movers.
