This is a classic "IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD" type of review and I am DEAD SERIOUS. This company is so fraudulent and fake with how they handle their business and operations. STAY FAR AWAY from them. They will bait and switch on you for more than double what they quote when they come to pick up items. OH and their customer "DIS"service we should call it is by far the worst I've ever experienced. Tracy the woman who handles this is so rude and disrespectful its disgusting. Oh and they will just damage your items along the way as well and string you along during a long claim process, with no updates. Do yourself a favor hire a respectable company that will see your move and then provide a quote. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY, you will regret it. OH and any positive review you can tell doesn't have an image. That's because it's a BOT don't go with this company.

Superb!

Rapid van lines were the only company to actually send someone to my home to actually review the place to determine needs and a not-to-exceed cost. All of my belongings were treated like rare valuables. It was amazing to watch those young men work.

Relax movers

I've got a lot of very unusual antiquities in my house. Rapid Van Lines came, offered me an excellent price, and in a couple of days, they just shifted us, and nothing got hurt. The guys were very friendly and professional. I'll use them again and recommend Rapid Van Lines to all.

Better off doing it yourself

It's been 30+ business days and I'm still waiting on my stuff. On top of all that, the estimate wasn't close to being correct and they'll blame the customer. The truth is customer service isn't a priority and promised help to itemize never happened and it allowed them to make their price seem lower. Also didn't honor discounted price of full pack. The ironic part is that they told me if I chose another moving company, I would have the following issues (all of which I’ve experience with his company): - Stuff wouldn’t be picked up or would be last minute (I was called less than 12 hours before pickup to confirm pickup) - Price would be changed from initial quote when movers came (price increased by over $5000 the day of pickup) - I wouldn’t know where my stuff was (I still don’t know where my stuff is and have never been called by Rapid Van Lines with any update or apology for delay, unless I reach out) - Delivery would be delayed (I still haven’t received my stuff)

King mover

Booked about a week in advance. Super easy. They came right on the quoted time and were very efficient with the move and unloading. Friendly, informative, and kept us abreast as to all the steps. Will use Rapid Van Lines again when I move next time!

Use Them Again!

I contacted Jon at the minute to help me move one couch into my apartment and then wrap and remove the other couch and put it into storage. The movers were available last minute and were very efficient and reasonably priced. I am impressed with them highly.

I can't explain to you how much better these guys are, leaps and bounds. They came in at the estimate they promised and accomplished more than I thought they would. They were cautious with my belongings, properly securing everything in the truck and moving it with care. Highly recommend and refer to anyone!

I had to move my mattress with drawers from my apartment to a house and was frankly afraid to move it myself due to how much those items cost and their generally gigantic size/weight. Diane came in and wrapped it all up carefully, and delivered without a scratch or tear. Truly impressed.

They were super-fast when they were on the job. They were done about an hour before they predicted. Their hourly rate may be higher than some companies, but they more than made up for it in speed and professionalism. I can't recommend them enough.
