Unreliable, unprofessional, waste of ...

0/10, absolutely do NOT recommend. My family scheduled our move weeks ago, and then we get a call half an hour after they were supposed to be at our apartment saying their movers are refusing to do the job because the area we are moving out of is "not the best". Now I have a completely packed apartment, disassembled furniture, and no one to move us. And all we get is a half-hearted "apology" for our inconvenience. I would say this a lot more than an inconvenience. You would be better off paying a homeless guy $20 and a six pack to move you, he would be more reliable than this poorly ran company. Thanks for leaving me, a 20 week pregnant mom, and my one year old child in this situation. I wish I could give this company zero stars.

We had a fast and efficient moving ...

I am very happy with this moving company. The guys were nice and efficient, and I was amazed that they moved our stuff in record time. Most impressively, they managed to do it without any significant damage. There were a few scratches on some of our stuff though, but that can be easily fixed.
