I wouldn't recommend them

Everything showed up intact other than a few scratches, minimal damage. But the frustration of not knowing when it was going to arrive, where it was...I wouldn't recommend them.

They deserves this recommendation

After taking the service of Relocation Solution, I have no doubts that they have the best set of packers and movers and the most efficient sales team. Their rep was very responsive till the end and clearly mentioned what to expect and the moving plan was submitted 3 days before the move day with the roadmap. I was amazed to see their preparation for the task and they were well organized. Everything was planned to the perfection and they kept Plan “B” always ready for unwanted circumstances. My entire house was packed and loaded in lightning speed and the belongings were moved to CT within the given time and without any damage!! I have to admit that Relocation Solution did a lot more than what I was looking for and their prices were fair enough as well.

My moving experience

I used Relocation Solution for my move from NH to NJ. They were efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I spoke with their sales guy for a reasonable price and talked with their foreman for the pickup and delivery. They packed everything for me including boxes and did a great job. I received an email from their customer care department BEFORE the move letting me know all their contact information if something goes wrong. I didn't need it. I had a good experience with them and shall definitely recommend to others looking for a good mover.

Simply superb

Nothing would be enough to thank this fine company. They were excellent from the start to finish. They never looked to be in problem while packing my stuff and loading and the efficiency level was more than expected. The sales guy offered a good price, scheduled the move according to my suggestions and the movers did the rest. I did not get any chance to complain which was just perfect. So, I just want to thank and wish them all the best.

I do not know how to thank them

I am sure that Relocation Solution is one of the best movers of east coast. I was lucky to have this company helping me out during my recent move. The sales rep was very helpful from the start to finish. He gave me confidence, ensured a safe and sound move and gave me in written that there will be no hidden fees. The foreman with his team did wonders. I had plenty of valuables and breakables plus a grand piano and a pool table and some heavy and old furniture. So, I was mentally ready to see some damage but I was hoping to keep the count low. When they delivered my belongings asked me to check the inventory, I checked and surprisingly nothing was damaged or broken, not even a glass!! And the final price was $20 less than the estimated price. I really do not know how to thank these people.

Lies, Drugs, Incompetence, Delays, ...

I was lied to on many accounts by Anthony Russo, the previous owner of the company (or so he claimed). I was told I would receive total value coverage for my belongings. I was offered 60c per lb when the pickup drivers arrived, and no one would answer at the office to clarify my position. We were pressured into signing the contract, with our belongings held, almost as a ransom, on the pickup truck. We were offered weed by the delivery driver. The delivery was 8 days late. Worried phone calls were met with any combination of the following: Nobody answering Hanging up almost straight away Rudeness Sarcasm False promises of call-backs Inability to tell me the whereabouts of our belongings The delivery driver (a subcontracted driver - we were told the company does not outsource work - a lie) arrived and presented us with a lot of damaged, poorly stacked items. Before we could accurately check inconsistencies with the inventory list, he confusingly counted the boxes and assured us we had everything, and left. Overall we have $472 worth of damages/loss/theft and we are being offered $68 worth of compensation. This is a bare bones list, but take my advice and do not trust this company. Do not call them. Do not think about using them. They use severe bait and switch tactics.

Running out of words to thank them

I heard a lot a lot about Relocation Solution from my friend who recently moved with this company. So, before my relocation to CT, I called and asked for a quote. The onsite estimate was highly precise and the seemed to know what needed to be done and how to save money and time for me. My move was scheduled in no time; all my stuffs were packed with ease and moved to CT within the given time. I checked the inventory for errors but never got any!! And the final cost was $15 less than the estimated amount which was hard to believe. I am more than just impressed and I would like to recommend Relocation Solution to everyone.

We have moved to Philadelphia, PA from Manhattan, NY using Relocation Solution. I have to admit that the decision of suing Relocation Solution was a great one. We could have gone with the cheaper options but we decided on Relocation Solution. They were fairly priced and very organized from the beginning. All my requirements were accommodated the move was scheduled perfectly. The team of 4 men arrived on time, worked as a unit, stayed calm and focused and made sure a safe and sound move. They were little late in making the delivery but that was okay because they made sure I get all my stuffs in one piece and without any damage. Thanks a lot Relocation Solution for this great move.

Very pleasant experience

We had to move last minute from NJ to MI. Everything seemed so hectic that I didn't know where to start or how to pack what- specially my paintings and easel board. I called up the movers that gave me the best quote. My partner and I didn't know what to expect and these really nice guys show up to my house and pack up everything so carefully that I almost felt as if they were taking care of Da Vinci's pieces. Everything made it to Michigan on time, nothing was damaged and they were very organized.

I strongly recommend

Relocation Solution did a magnificent job with my move to Philadelphia from Jersey City. Packing almost 30 boxes and wrapping everything else is not that easy. They were focused, calm, efficient and very hardworking. I was a little worried because my wife has a lot of glassware. But they handled it well. Relocation Solution made our move so easy. the nightmare continues

any good reviews on this site are written by people from the company. They have a pyramid scheme of dishonesty down. I will continue to make sure I post to every review site possible so to keep others from having to deal with the hardship I had. I was quoted $3500 and ended up paying almost $8000 once everything was on the truck. I only moved one bedroom and a living room and a loft. Completely ridiculous. I was quoted 4000-4500 by other big name movers, but went with them because the guy I spoke with on the phone was so kind and so trusting. Once all my stuff was placed on the truck, I was hit with a doubled quote. I was then told that they would give me a better price if I "hooked them up with a good tip." They wanted this 8000 IN CASH or they were going to charge me a credit card fee of 6%!!!! I refused and wouldn't pay until they waved this fee. Had i not had to close on my house the next day I would have told them to unpack the truck. I was stuck! I was then told 20 days for delivery which I had to fight. My things came within 10 days but without warning. I was in bed sleeping and got a phone call at 12:30am from my mover telling me that he would be there in 7 hours for delivery. This was my first day of work and i couldn't be there to receive the items! How do you call at midnight to tell someone they are going to have to be home for delivery in 7 hours! How unprofessional. I was lucky to have parents close by who could bet there. When my things were delivered, I had broken lamps, picture frames and damaged furniture. My bed is all scratched, dressers have huge chunks missing from the wood. My brand new white couch has black Greece or ink all over the cushions. To top it off there are multiple things that never even got delivered and I had boxes full and pieces from someone elses move. I tried telling the company I had someone elses things but they did nothing about it. If you are missing workout equipment and boxes of pictures i have them! The movers were even smoking weed in their truck on their breaks. The company is so crooked no matter who you talk to. They do not care about customer service because they already have your money. The part that has me really ticked off is that i have thousands of dollars in damaged items and was put in touch with a customer representative named whitney who was very kind and listened to my complaints and acted like she genuinely cared. she called me back a few days later and asked me for a dollar amount that would satisfy me. I did research and based on the weight of the items i shipped my move should have cost around 4000. I requested 3000 in return considering my damages and the fact that i was ripped off to begin with. She said no that would be too high and I ended up settling with what I could get which was a little over $1200. I was told "Would $1200 be an ok amount to satisfy you." I said yes and about a month Later I called back and was told there was no claim filed under my name!!!

A rated mover

It was a pretty good experience with these guys, so I can’t say any bad about this mover. I had a long move with Relocation solution. So I never expected there would be no problem at all. But it was really strange to me, they executed a fairly and smooth move. They showed up at least half an hour early, wrapped all my delicate items along with other furniture and put those in the crates. Their workers were pretty fast. They've used very neat mats to protect my floor and that was much useful. They came with a very big and clean truck. In my opinion, the price was reasonably smart and economical. Actually these facts are very important for me to award a mover as A rated. They certainly deserve it.

They made my day

This mover made my day. The most surprising matter is that not a single piece was found broken. When it’s a long trip on the road like New Jersey to Nevada, everyone could expect something unusual. I always think positively and this move was overall outstanding as per my thought. The team members of Relocation solution’s performance have been quite professional. The most significantly, they proved that a client might depend on them under any circumstance. Moving is always too exhausting to me but I am very happy and satisfied, that everything went stress free and simple. I highly refer them to everyone.

Fairly good

After receiving absurd quotes from some so called moving companies, I was frustrated. I am not a rich person. So my target was a trustworthy and professional mover. Then suddenly my friend told me about Relocation solution. Without spending a moment I went to their office and asked for their help. Despite having tight schedule, they agreed to fix a date to move my stuffs from New Jersey to Michigan within a week. They offered quite economical rate and there was no hidden charge and no headache! All of their crews know their job well. I couldn't have asked for an easier move. They took high care and very responsive to their clients. Now I know what is called a true efficient and sincere mover.

Traumatized

This has been one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. I was offered a competitive rate to move my 900 sq 1 BR from NJ to the SE by Relocation Solution. Anthony R. (who claimed to be the owner) offered me $1900. I thought that the rate was too low, but he insisted that this was an overestimate and he did not need to come to see the contents. He also said the following: "you are the customer and I guarantee the delivery date to be whenever you need." He also stressed that RS does NOT contract with outside companies for long-distance. I should have gotten a clue when they never emailed me back about their liability insurance. After much pestering, they faxed it to me on the night prior to the move. On pick up day, once my items were in the truck, the mover said that it would be $4,000+. If I were to pay by credit card, there would be a 6% surcharge (which I am pretty sure is illegal). I called one week prior to the move and I was reassured by "Eric" that the delivery would be made on the said date. Two days prior to delivery date, the circus began. I was told by "Lauren" that the truck that would make the delivery has caught on fire and they don't know when the next one will be available. I was on the phone with them several times per day and they told me varying tales of my things being on the truck already versus that they were in the warehouse, etc. I had moved to my new state at this point and was living in a hotel with a kid and dog since I had nothing. The delivery was made 2 weeks and 4 days (14 business days) and at 8 pm on a Saturday! The delivery was made by a company based in GA with a BBB rating of F. They could not get their 18 wheeler onto my loading dock (designed for 18 wheelers) and charged me $500 cash or else they would not release the stuff. All the while yelling and me and being unprofessional. My Simmons beautyrest worldwide super firm king size mattress has been folded in half with springs coming out!!!! When I mentioned this to the delivery man, he said that he was not held responsible and that my anger was misdirected and that he has very little to do with the liability of RS. The issues with this company are innumerable. For $4,500 I should be able to get some customer service. I'm enraged that in the USA we have these types of business still operating. Please stay away from this company. They really need to reassess the way they do business. Disgusting.

Everything was in perfect order

Many thanks to Relocation solution workers who did an extra ordinary move for me. They are fantastic. I have moved so many times in my life but never enjoyed such a wonderful and professional moving service. Actually I packed almost all my items except some very big furniture. They came and wrapped those items and loaded up in to the truck within just two hours. The guys relocated everything at my address promptly and delivered in perfect order. I can't recommend them highly enough. They worked hard, got it done and made me smile through it. I would like to recommend them only for a stress free and tension free experience

Incredible service

I would like to give Relocation solution huge thanks for accommodating my change of moving date in such short notice. One more thing I would like to say that their crews were incredible. We are very happy with their professionalism. The ‘anchor’ of the team was well informative and organized as well as pleasant. It was quite a long day for everyone and they had no grudge at all. As we all know that moving is something everyone fears and their company has made it worry free. I wish they continue success in future.

Truly recommended

I would certainly hire them again for similar move because they are great out of many movers I worked with. They helped us move into our three bed rooms’ apartment. We hired them for long distance relocation. From New Jersey to South Carolina. The entire loading procedure was done in four hours. The crews used quilt and pad wrapping to protect our fragile belongings. Not only were they cautious for my stuffs, but they helped put together all pieces of furniture those they dismantled before the move. They really went above and beyond the job demand. I recommend them truly.

A great move by a great mover

I already hire a number of movers but the last one was Relocation solution. I found them reading positive reviews on websites. They are absolutely five star mover out of all companies I worked with. They significantly exceeded my anticipation. I don’t know, how many qualities I will end writing here. They have been courteous, on time, skilled, professional, cheerful and etcetera from the beginning to end of the move. They have been helpful to be accommodated with our many requirements. Relocation crews made the horrible moving process into amazingly smooth. Only for them we could breathe a little fresh air out of tons of tension for our belongings. They successfully moved our entire stuffs from New York to our new apartment in New Jersey. I am thankful to this mover, I highly recommend them to everyone who is planning for a great move.

They met our all demand

I always like to live in new place time to time. But unfortunately the process is very much boring. I moved my belongings a number of times by myself, of course those moves were for official purpose. I had two bed rooms apartment. Not so large I think. Last time it was pretty tough for me to do everything because of my official pressure though the move was due to our office relocation. However, I decided to rent a mover and was recommended by a friend for Relocation solution. It’s been already couple of month since I relocated from New Jersey. Though its late but not too late, huh? The guys have been pleasant and skilled. I agreed to sign contract not only for my friend’s suggestion but they offered me an economical rate. They followed my all instruction while packing and loading. In fact it was a great move. No missing, no lost, no hidden charge and no delay. What else I could have asked for?

Professional mover

Just couple of weeks ago I moved with Relocation solution and had an excellent experience. The man over phone was courteous and helpful. I moved from New Jersey to Idaho. They gave me a reasonable quotation to transport my stuff which arrived safely in between their delivery window. They only had to wrap my furniture. I had packed other belongings before their coming and even I wrapped my mattress to save their time. It took around seven days to receive the consignment. I was also not in rush. They handled everything with value. No scrape, no dings. They are very professional mover. I will of course call them again for my coming move.

Extraordinary mover

This is my third time hiring of Relocation solution and they're extraordinary as always. Before loading on the trailer, they cleaned some dirty and dusty stuff. That was wonderful. Their final bill was equal to their previous meticulously made quotation. They took notes of all the dings and scratches of our items. At the end we didn’t find any more damage except those previously marked by their eagle eyes. Believe me - you will never be frustrated using their services. They are great.

They are my first priority

I have used the service of Relocation solution to pack my entire household and move from New Jersey to Pennsylvania. They promised to relocate the consignment within a week and they followed the timeline. They were really superb. First of all they removed my agony. When we had first conversation between their representative and me, the guy was able to convince me. He assured my all valuables would be safe and secure. From a little fork to big couches, all items would be taken extreme care while riding. They did it successfully. There were some expensive electronic items which were totally intact in their tagged boxes. I was surprised and thinking why I have been in so much tension ma lot. I would highly appreciate their working style. The next time if am gonna move, definitely will hire them at first priority.

Definitely recommended

For the third times we used Relocation solution. First couple of moves was for intrastate and last time we used them for long distance, I mean we went from New Jersey to Indiana. Incredible work

We found Relocation solution through this review site. The representative was very helpful with all our concern. They brought enough boxes to put all items without hassle. They told me they would spend only four hour to move the household onto truck. After four hours time approached, I surprisingly watched my old apartment was almost empty. The guys were just incredible. A slight smile has been always with their face. The total process was jus flawless. They reached on quoted time to our new home. The guys unload and helped assembling stuffs. I am thankful to Relocation solution. I will always use them for any types of move.

Perfect move

I was given a responsibility to arrange a move our office from New Jersey to New York. I have many friends in New York. It was easy for me finding a suitable place through them. But I have been a little uncertain with any mover. It’s an official purpose I didn’t want to face any unexpected situation. The Relocation representative totally removed my anxiety. He confirmed us making a stress free move. The folks arrived following the quoted timeline and kept us informed throughout the move. They relocated our all stuffs without some highly important documents. All other documents were in their exact previous position and it made my seniors happy enough on me and the movers. We had nothing to make any complaint, everything was okay. So I would highly recommend them for a perfect move, either its official or residential purpose.

Reliable company

After living for more than fifteen years in New Jersey, we decided to move to Illinois for my service requirement. We all family members were glad with the work Relocation did. Their foreman made us confirmed to pack and wrapped everything properly. We became a little excited while leaving the place after many years. We had some nuptial items along with other stuffs to move and the Relocation folks really took highest care to make them safe. I told them especially not to make any scratch or dent on any items while riding. The movers reached with our belongings without any hassle. At the last moment I was so happy that I offered them tips with some more bucks. Surprisingly the gentlemen refused to take any extra amount. Excellent move

Relocation solution gave us a fantastic long distance moving experience. I am confirm, they might be the best choice as inter or intrastate move. Their supervisor was quite experienced and expert. He knew how to handle everything. The relocation folks have been also well trained and sociable. I moved in West Virginia. Their sales agent used to keep calling me during the move to inform the stuffs position. It was an excellent delivery with no delay. They were so careful to bring and maneuver our furniture in the new condo. I've decided and confirm to use them for my next move.

They conquered the move

Relocation solution described me details, we made a contract and finally they conquered the move. Before making contract, I discussed with some friends about which company to hire. I received maximum support for this mover. Then I phoned them. A gentleman was sent to my home. He visited the entire house and made a list. I received their quotation within two and half hours of his leaving my premises. There was no concealed cost at all. I told them several times to add items in the list. They politely accepted my request. They brought wardrobe boxes. The guys completed loading in three hours only. I had no complaint with delivery time and condition of my stuffs, those were pretty okay. I would highly encourage everyone to hire the mover.

Highly recommended

Relocation Solution has been great in all respect. They maintained good communication throughout the move. I didn't have to be worried about the position of my valuables. The moving crews arrived right on time. I have a two years old kid. They seemed affectionate to my baby. Though they were getting disturbed, there was no annoyance in their face. They guys showed highest professionalism in packing and loading items into the twenty fit large truck. The workers brought furniture dollies to move safely without any scratch on walls or furniture. They delivered in mentioned schedule. I believe no mover could provide better service than they did. They are highly recommended.

They worked like machine

It seemed moving has never been any boring and tedious job when I saw their professionalism. The sales coordinator helped me getting out of stress. Some skilled and trustworthy workers arrived to move my belongings. They never took rest until the work was over. They looked like machine. I was always being informed the position of vehicle and my goods. I think Relocation solution provided a new gist of customer satisfaction. Without any unexpected circumstance, they were able to deliver our stuff on time. If any of you search for a reliable and skilled mover, I would definitely utter their name at first out of so many movers in country.

They were careful for my valuables

I am not Bill Gates or warren buffet. I was seeking for a mover who could offer economical price for my move from New Jersey to Connecticut. I found Relocation solution mover’s rate affordable for me. So I decided to work with them. They came up fifteen minutes earlier to the actual arrival time to wrap and load. They convinced me not to get depressed. There were some delicate items and art board in my valuables. They took special care for those stuffs. So did the driver and his crews throughout the ride. I was very happy to get my valuables back. I strongly recommend Relocation solution.

Worst experience ever

We were completely dissatisfied. First of all, the gentleman over the phone - his name was Todd - he was the salesman. He gave me one quote over the phone, he didn't come to my house. I gave him all the furniture that was supposed to be moved and he gave me one estimate. By the end of the day, that estimate had more than doubled and I had to pay cash. When they put it into my new home, all they did was dump it out on the front of my property - never putting any of the furniture back together. It was a disaster. The crew were not professional. They were rude and I had to tell them - do me a favor; I only have a certain budget to work within. You refuse to stay with it. I asked not to tape up the stuff. They didn't do anything I asked them to do. At 4:00 I threw them out of my house. So they left. Like I said, they left my furniture completely in front of the house. The following day I called up the Better Business Bureau. I would tell future customers to not use them at all.
