A F****** NIGHTMARE

A F****** NIGHTMARE. REMINGTON MOVING put my items in a storage named LA FULL SERVICE STORAGE when I moved from LA. Wasn't able to get my items out of the storage on time. Lost a lot of money in the process. No commercial gesture at all. This KIM MCNAIR IS A LYER, he pretends he has nothing to do with this storage company !!! I moved from LA with REMINGTON MOVING and they offer a storage service. I discovered that my items were stored at LA FULL SERVICE STORAGE. So I send them an email -3 weeks before- to tell them that we were coming from France to get our items out of the storage (You have to tell them when you are coming to get your items). They confirmed they will be there. When we showed up with a company who came with a truck to buy our sofa, king size mattress and other furnitures, the storage was closed. No one was there and they told me on the phone that they weren't not able to show up !!! The guy from the company who was supposed to buy all my furnitures was so pissed that he didn't want to come back another day. I lost a huge amount of money because I wasn't able to sell my furnitures before returning to France a few days later. We drove back 1H to our hotel on West Hollywood and then we came back at 7pm the same day. We waited the guy for 30minutes. When he finally showed up and started to use the machine to move the boxes, there wasn't anymore propanol in the machine (!!!) and we had to leave at 8.30pm without our stuff and drive back 1H to our hotel. Next morning we were there at 8.30 am, drove again 1H to come back and finally get our stuff. And the worst part in this story is that I read a terrible comment about LA Full Service Storage on YELP. The same exact situation already happened to someone else 2 years ago !!! After everything, REMINGTON MOVING and this KIM MCNAIR DIDN'T DO ANY COMMERCIAL GESTURE at all ! They couldn't care less.

overpriced bad complete scam. They claim there in Orange County come to find out there in LA somewhere operating under different Name.

It was wonderful.

All I can tell you is everything was fantastic and they were on time and they were helpful and I tipped them very well and I would use them again.
